Hello, and welcome to another episode of Telling Everybody Everything. I have caught Fena's cold...

I feel like I lose my voice a lot easier than I used to when I was young. There was a period in Violet's life, early doors, where I was stressed. Obviously, I have inflammation from autoimmune disease. And I did not have a voice. Like, my voice was like this or worse for about a year. And then miraculously, it just came back one day. But this is my second bout in the last probably five months of losing my voice completely. And it's just...

Part of getting old. I'm dying faster now. But it doesn't help that Fenna Grace has had this voice all week. And I am the kind of mother who, trigger warning, sucks snot out of my baby's nose and spits it into the sink.

to be very honest with you if it's not very much and i'm in a hurry sometimes i'll swallow so yeah i mean that is going to lead to congestion and it's not that bad the only problem is i'm on tour again one night of shows and my voice is gone i was in doncaster last night

That was Thursday. Today is Friday, the 21st of February. My mother's birthday is tomorrow. Also, it's Bobby's dad's birthday soon. My mom and Bobby's dad were born within days of each other the same year. And my mom was not born in Sarnia. She was born elsewhere. And then she moved to Sarnia when she was 16. But I'm really surprised that Bobby's dad and my mom's like paths didn't cross when they were 16 in Sarnia. Maybe they did. Like how cute would it be?

If Bobby's dad and my mom had some sort of sexual liaison when they were 16, although I think my mom went for like big losers back then, sort of like I did. No offense, Bobby, but you know, like in and around Bobby. And Bobby's dad was very much with his mother from a very young age. Bobby's mom had four kids, I think by the time she was 21 or 22. So I don't know, like maybe there wasn't a window for that.

But what a shame. I wonder if they'd even been to the same party or anything. I love that we talk about Bobby's dad on episode three of At Home with Katherine Ryan, which is available as part of the box set if you stream on YouTube.

And it's coming out as an episode on UNW on Monday, if you prefer to watch it week by week. It's just a cute episode, really more about Bobby, about dads, about male trauma and mental health and male fertility. I think it's a really illuminating episode. But last night in Doncaster, my wonderful friend Rebecca...

does my social media clips now. And you will notice I've been posting more if you follow me on social media of my little crowd interactions when I solve the dilemmas. And solve is a stretch. But you know, I try to leave every town and city better than I found it. I love that people trust me with their problems, they're able to offload. Sometimes it's really funny. Sometimes it's quite sad and heartwarming. And if I can't solve the problem, just like we do on Telling Everybody

everything. I encourage other listeners or in my tour case, like audience members to pitch in and solve them for me. I mean, last night, there was a beautiful young woman who's only 26 years old, but she battled with obesity her entire life and didn't feel comfortable in her body. She said, I'm a skinny woman trapped in an obese woman's body, which I thought was really funny. And she was considering going to Turkey for gastric band surgery. And

And I said, Oh, don't do that. You will come back in a body bag. And then there was a woman in the audience who'd been who'd loved it, who went to the very same doctor. And so they exchanged contact details. I mean, it's just a great coming together of like minded women. But last night, I'm not even going to release the clip. I thought it was a joke at first. I saw the text.

And it was about a woman announcing to her husband through the medium of my show that she'd caught him cheating on OnlyFans. And he had a very indistinguishable tattoo or like not indistinguishable, like a very distinguishable tattoo.

tattoo that marked him. I don't know why men are going to do this when they're going to cheat. Like, do you remember the Ashley Cole and Cheryl Tweedy Cole saga back in the early noltees when he was found to be texting or DMing messages to women and there were photos of his dick, I think, or some type of intimate photo. And he had tattoos in the photo that Cheryl knew, like when he got those tattoos, you're red handed, caught red handed, Ashley. So where's he been? Who cares? Anyway,

The man like got up and the lights are on for this section. He had a very visible reaction and like bolted from the theater. And then this young woman, like I didn't want to really push it. And without giving too much away, I thought it was going to be a really spicy text. Like, oh, okay. There's some story here. Like obviously he knows and we're going to talk about cheating, but he really did not know. And this was her way to let him know with the support that,

of a bunch of very strong women in my Doncaster audience. Like, yeah, she knows. And you shouldn't have done that. And here we go. We're going to air it out in public. Obviously, he ran like the coward that he is. And I feel like I didn't want to pursue it because I didn't want it to turn ugly. And you have to think about everyone's safety when this is involved. I got security involved just to make sure like,

We could find him again, which we couldn't. He went, he left. And I wanted her to speak to security just to make sure she had someone picking her up and she had a safe place to go. Like I go into like mother mode. And a lot of the audience members are really concerned too. They're like, whoa, whoa, whoa.

But I spoke to her afterwards. For those of you who were there and you're concerned, she said she had a weight lifted off her shoulders. She felt very free. She didn't have the courage to confront him on her own. So now that she had said it at the show, she felt a lot better. And we didn't make a joke out of it at all on the show. We just really prioritized her well-being and her safety. And unfortunately, this happens every day.

So I'm very clear at the beginning of my show that if you send me a text, it's not anonymous. Like if you choose to text me, I might call on you in the second section and the lights are up and we might have a conversation about it. But that's not to say that if I feel it's inappropriate or maybe dangerous, I don't pull back from that interaction. And then I followed up with her to make sure like everything was chill.

But I mean, wow, if you were in the audience in Doncaster, this is why you've got to go out to see live events, because there are things that happen in the moment that you will just never see again in your life. And, you know, I'm going to continue to follow up and make sure that this woman is okay. Good for her, though, for plucking up the courage, because a lot of women absorb a man's shame as their own.

Which brings me to the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. Now, if you're not up to date on the latest episodes in season 14, then please fast forward at least a few minutes because I need to discuss what's been happening with two couples that have dissolved, Dorit and P.K. Kemsley, simultaneously with Kyle Richards, related to Kathy Hilton, Paris Hilton's aunt, if you didn't know that. Beautiful. Beautiful.

child actress turned supermom, and her husband Maurizio Willakami. I don't really know his last name. Of course, I'm always team woman. But in this case...

I was really rooting for Kyle and Maurizio. They've been married like 30 years. They seem to really still fancy each other, really still be affectionate. They were for me the example of a family that's got their heads screwed on straight. They have the same values. They know how they want to live their lives and raise their children and what they prioritize really means something. And they didn't seem to be the kind of family who got lost in Hollywood or in the pitfalls of having a reality show.

Dorit and PK on the other hand, like yeah, I could see that going left. They've been married just under 10 years. Dorit, God bless her. You know, I'm no shade whatsoever. I am desperate to find the name of her doctor. But she has a completely different face. She does prioritize glam and her own time and like,

I just feel like I'm more of a Kyle than a Dorit. I can see how that relationship might have had some toxic elements from the start. PK speaks very openly about having struggled with alcohol abuse. He's in the music management industry. It kind of goes with the territory. They've got very young kids. All right, they've lost touch. They're divorced. And that looks really messy. And that sucks. And having a reality show will only escalate.

amplify the problems in your relationship and increases the likelihood that you won't make it because all of a sudden, your private life is no longer private. I say that as someone with a reality show, it's not at all on the same scale as Beverly Hills Housewives. But I mean, I get it. I totally get it. And I think that Bobby and I are strong enough to have our relationship on a small scale, public platform. And I hope that people see themselves like in us. And I think

very much like Kyla Maurizio, we're very aligned. But I'm also not naive enough to think like, oh, yeah, every marriage can just last 30 years. And so I've spoken on my social media about Maurizio and like this tale as old as time of a man reaching the ripe old age of 55 and thinking to himself, oh, shit, like, have I put my penis in enough interesting holes?

What am I going to do? Like, this is my last chance potentially to be hot and virile. And I'm going to go and find like some sexy young women to date. And surprisingly, when I posted this, a lot of people replied with like, oh, didn't Kyle initiate the split so that she could be with a lesbian? Isn't that the narrative here? So I did a little deep diving for everyone concerned because I thought there is no fucking way that

that a respectable, wealthy, smart wife, businesswoman, and mother just decides out of nowhere that she is going to leave her husband. Like, I'm sorry, it just doesn't happen with the same frequency as it happens the other way around. So I looked back at the timeline and here it is. I've done a lot of research. I'm up north. I'm in Leeds. I got no voice. I'm away from my children. So I've got the time that you don't to really dissect the Kyle Amarizio timeline.

1992, Kyle gave birth to her first daughter Farrah with someone else. She was married very young to someone else and that dissolved straight away. Let the lesson be, get married young, fine. If you wish to be a single mom, great. So then when Farrah was very young, Kyle met Maurizio in a bar. He thought she was Demi Moore's sister, which I can see the resemblance. And he plucked up the courage to go and speak to her.

He proposed later that year and they were married in 1996. They actually moved the wedding up from April to January because Kyle was pregnant with their daughter at the time. I think her name is Sophia. So then Sophia is born in 2010. They launch Real Housewives of Beverly Hills and a medium predicted their split.

Alright, this might be the worst medium, the laziest medium in the history of the world. Because yes, when a Hollywood couple who are both like wealthy and good looking are propelled into the public eye on a show like this with the platform, as I mentioned, there is strong likelihood that they are going to split. So to me, this psychic reading means absolutely nothing.

But then in 2013, just three years after starting Housewives, Maurizio cheating rumors start to emerge. And the both of them like brush this off. I think these rumors were probably substantiated. And this is the funny thing about I think the husbands have have said before. Actually, I listened to a podcast with my tour manager, Annie, in the car. Maurizio and PK were on this podcast.

talking about their respective splits. And they said the husbands at first were just supportive of their wives. Like, yeah, you want to do this thing? Go ahead. They really had no idea about how much it would change their lives. And PK was involved before Maurizio. But he said to him, like, good luck, buddy. Your life is about to change. And I don't think anyone could have predicted how big the Real Housewives franchise was going to be and how long that was going to last. Because this was over 10 years ago. 15 years ago. Jesus Christ.

But then you get on a reality show, let's say you were cheating before as like a low key real estate agent, especially in the noughties, you could get away with cheating. There weren't as many smartphones, not everything was recorded and published. I think he's just always had a wandering eye. That's my personal opinion, alleged unsubstantiated. I just feel there are a lot of guys who want to have their wife at home, have their cake and eat it too. And they believe that like what happens on the road stays on the road.

Because of course, the friends, the couples are friends. Dorit and PK are friends with Kyle and Maurizio. It kind of would explain why there's so much animosity between Dorit and Kyle now. But Dorit completely shut down those rumors. Everybody involved was like, that is insane. 2023, Maurizio shut down divorce speculation on a podcast. 2023 was a very busy year for this couple.

Because like a month later, Kyle was pictured without her ring. And then a month later, they both released a statement saying, yes, like we've had a rough patch. It's been the toughest year of our marriage, but we are not separated. And then a month after that, the lesbian rumors started coming out because Kyle's hanging out with this singer, Morgan. She got the matching tattoos with Morgan. She lost a bunch of weight. But also 2023 is when Ozempic was really hitting Hollywood.

I mean, it's touching down in the UK now, but it's been around since 2020. Longer than that as a drug for diabetes, obviously, but used off-label to lose weight since 2020, especially in Hollywood. This family would have had their hands on that. But also, I've known women, especially women,

who when they're going through tough times in their marriage, they shrink themselves both figuratively, metaphorically, but also physically. When my mom and my dad separated, my mom wasn't on a diet. She wasn't trying to look good. She was just so anxious that she was like under 100 pounds. Like my mom would have been six stone, seven stone maximum, like teeny tiny. Now my mom is short as well, but she just got like Ariana Grande size just from the stress. So to me,

Weight loss, any kind of like physical transformation is an indication of trouble in your marriage more often than not. Also this year, who goes on Dancing with the Stars? Maurizio. Like when will happily married people know that like strictly Dancing with the Stars, if you have any cracks in your relationship whatsoever, like when an Eastern European dancer starts wrapping her legs around your head seven nights a week, your head could be turned.

So then he performs on Dancing with the Stars. He dedicates his performance to Kyle. He always says what a good mother and wife she's been, how much he loves her. September 28th, he was asked by the paparazzi if he and Kyle were separated because by now these rumors have reached like fever pitch. He's on Real Housewives. He's also on Dancing with the Stars. Like people are really interested. Kyle's been seen without a ring. She's skinny. She's hanging out with the lesbian. He says on September 28th, no, they're not separated.

And on September 29th, the very next day, a paparazzi from TMZ asks him again. And this day he says, well, yeah, we are separated. So either they had a blowout on the evening of September 28th or he spoke to her and was just like, I can't I can't keep lying anymore. Like, let's just say we're separated again.

Two months later, he went on this weird trip to Aspen with a Brazilian singer and this YouTube star, Lili Pons, who is very funny. She's younger than I am. And then he was spotted with another influencer girl before Christmas. But then Kyle and the family joined him for Christmas Day. So I mean, seems to be at that point that he's publicly seeing other people.

And then in 2024, Kyle did admit that throughout their entire relationship, like we started to see these cracks publicly kind of in the last two years. But Kyle admitted that cheating rumors throughout their relationship chipped away at her trust and made her feel insecure. And she also said that it was she who initiated the split. And then Kyle liked a post on social media. And I love this detective work now.

that it's not just what you post on social media, but also what you interact with. Journalists will pick up on that and report it as though you have said it yourself. You have agreed with this statement, so it can therefore be attributed to you.

The post that Kyle liked said, oh, it was about the concept of micro-cheating. These examples include secretly messaging someone, deleting messages, complaining about your partner to other people, maintaining contact with your exes or people you used to talk to, lying about your relationship status online or offline, being touchy with someone else, trying to impress someone else who's not your partner, having secret friendships, and stalking someone you find attractive.

Kyle liked this post. So I mean, look, I get myself into a good scroll hole. I like posts that don't necessarily have to do with my relationship. But in this case, for people to say like, oh, Kyle just one day woke up and said, I want to be sober and become addicted to working out and be a lesbian. No, she has upheld herself as a respectable wife and mother. I think she's tolerated what

a lot of insecurity and a lot of mistrust in her relationship initiated by the actions of her husband. And finally she decided like, okay, I can't withstand this humiliation anymore. Let's have a trial separation. Um,

And this is what bothers me about what we see going on on the series right now. And I appreciate that what you see on reality TV isn't explicitly 100% true. But in this case, I think it's a very real indication of what's happening in their real lives, as my show is a pretty real indication of what's happening in the Ryan Cootster household. When it's fact and you can't stray too far from the truth, it's like against the TV rules. I don't appreciate that Maurizio

is acting like nothing's changed. It's all happy families for him. Yeah, yeah, yeah, we'll do a separation. He's still very affectionate with Kyle. It's good to remain friends for the kids.

But he's saying things like no, no, it's too early to talk about divorce. Oh, no, no, I'm just renting furniture No, no, no, I'm gonna like have an apartment for a little while I'll happily move out of the house and like leave you everything and still be a friend and we might get back together Let's not talk about divorce like he's keeping her very much on the back burner Well, she just cries every episode about how much she loves him and she still thinks of him as family I think she is clearly not seeing anyone. She feels really lonely in that house and

And it's very easy for him to just pick up and be like, yep, I have one towel. I'm living the bachelor life. I don't care about anything. Let me just go around the world dating young babes. And dating young babes he is. I saw photos of him, which is described on the latest episode of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. They go into this. Paparazzi photos from last year where he touches down in Greece and

And there's a half naked woman. I mean, she's in Greece, so it's fine. She's blonde. She's wearing a dark colored bikini with a completely see-through like Bianca Sensori Grammys style dress over top of it. And they're embracing very publicly at the airport. She's kissing him right on the lips.

And this was a bombshell for Kyle because like even though there has allegedly been this micro cheating, he's probably had other relationships along the way. Like this is just in her face. They're separated now. He's not cheating. But it still hurts. Kyle's 55. This young woman's 33. I looked into her because I was like, who is this little bimbo? But a bimbo she is not.

So her name is Nikita Khan. And she was married at age 19 to the fourth richest man in the world, world, world, world, world. He has like hundreds of billions of pounds. And I don't even know this guy. Like he's he's in some type of like tech thing called Oracle. I don't know. I didn't look too much into him because it would mean that I have to like stare directly into his face. He's 80 years old.

And he has, he's on his like sixth wife now. But this chick, Nikita Khan is like a Russian born actress. She was his fifth wife, age 19.

So that would have been, what, 15 years ago? But still, that makes him 65 years old marrying a 19-year-old. And God bless her because, like, this is a young Russian woman who knew exactly what she wanted. If you're going to marry an old rich man, then, like, make sure, as I've always said, that he is rich, rich, old as hell as well. Like, she'd have never expected him to live to 80 at least. But for him to have hundreds of billions of dollars, I mean, I don't know this guy, but

he must be pure evil but i would marry him tomorrow like that is a sound investment she married him she divorced him she put in 15 good years of her life but she's come out of it very wealthy i don't think they had any children together and now she's minted so for her she's out in the world maurizio is not bad looking maurizio is a silver fox he's in the gym

He's famous. She meets him in Greece and she thinks I'm going to have a little toy boy for her. A 55 year old divorced man is a toy boy. And she messed around with him for a few months. And then finally they split in December. And she said, I know what I'm worth. And he wasn't offering it to me. Well, of course he wasn't. She's not one of these girls who's like caught up in the game of like, he left his wife and he loves me. No.

She was probably using him for his hot young bod. And now she's moving on to the next. This young woman has become my new muse, my new hero. 33 years old, not a care in the world, hundreds of billions of pounds at her disposal. Like let's say in the settlement, she even got one of his many hundreds of billions of pounds. Where was this 19 year old hanging out? It said they were introduced by mutual friends. What is your circle of gal pals?

that your mutual friend can introduce you to a 65 year old multi billionaire at age 19. Probably like Illuminati, like maybe it was a pageant. Yeesh. But anyway, so this won't be his last wife. He's on a sixth wife now, this old man, I would say like girls find out where he hangs out and look out for him. And so now Maurizio has been in like a skiing accident and broke his clavicle. And I do feel kind of bad. But I just I think it's so sad that even a couple that looks strong, even a man looks

who looks like he's really respectable, has his head on right. He's maybe doing God knows what on the side because he's still a man. And I would appreciate it if he would just say to Kyle, my personal friend, Kyle Richards, if he would just say to her, like, do you know what? I don't deserve to have you back.

Let me put it all on the line and let you know, when I was gaslighting you all those years and cheating rumors were coming out and people were talking about our relationship and I said like, it's private, whatever's going on with us. No, no, no, no, no, no, no. Like, yeah, I was always in different cities and messaging women at the very least or like interested in sexy women at the very least. And yeah, I slept with a few women along the way. Like if you really want to be her friend, if you want to have mutual respect and continue to co-parent these like

teenage young adult daughters that you have, if you want to be a hashtag girl dad, then you respect their mother by being like, you're not crazy. I was cheating on you. And then finally, you had enough and you like, potentially became a lesbian for a while and got these matching tattoos with a country singer love it for you. But I'm not coming back. Because I don't deserve to like have this soft place to land of a family. Like you supported me long enough and I made you think that you were nuts.

But like, let's have enough respect for each other for me to admit where I was wrong. And you and I continue to move forward as friends. But like in my life, I wish to live in a bachelor's apartment and be like used and abused by little retired sugar babies. And then everyone can be happy.

Ranger, for the ones who get it done. Bobby got annoyed with me this week because Fred is now just gone past three and a half. And he's asking a lot of questions. He's reached a very inquisitive place. And I don't know what's wrong with this kid. Like, he has always had a very anxious attachment style. He doesn't seem to understand time well.

at all. And he has no patience. Whereas both of my girls have had the emotional maturity to understand stuff like that. Like, yeah, every kid that I've had freaks out when I leave. But if I explain to them, like past the age of one, how long something's going to take, or the fact that I'm coming right back, they can like contextualize that and be like, all right, mom's coming back. But if Fred asks you for even a juice, and you're like, all right, let me get up, walk to the kitchen and get he's like, bye.

but when's my juice? But can I have my juice right now? Like everything with Fred has to be now. And he'll ask you, is there any school today? Because he goes to nursery, like makes a brief cameo three mornings a week at the most wonderful nursery on the planet, just to like socialize him, but it does not work. He's like, is there school today? I go, no. He goes, there's no school today. I said, no, no school today. He goes, school today? I said, no. No, no, Fred. It's Friday. No school today. He goes, no school on Friday. Like he has to

He's just so anxious and we sleep next to him. He wakes up more than Fennah does. He always has. We have never left him to cry. We've not abandoned him. If anything, Fennah has been left alone more than Fred because when Fred was born, he came on tour with me. Whereas Fennah was born into a functioning society and it was just easier for Fennah to stay home.

And I would leave her more readily with like Bobby and Fred and Violet or Miriam. So, I mean, you would think she, if anyone, would have attachment issues. She loves me. She's obsessed. She's not stupid. I am a professional entertainer. But if I have to go somewhere, like Fena gets it. And Fred is still just like so anxious about almost every single thing. It's just his personality. And I think I've talked about Fred's like health issues before on this podcast. And it has been really useful because people got in touch about the tonsils.

But there's still something not right with his ear, nose and throat system. And I think it's reflux. It's either, in my professional opinion, tongue tie or reflux. And I think his anxiety comes from, if I could trace it back to anything, it'll be like, number one, ancestral trauma. Like there is the theory that Fred is Bobby's deceased dad, Fred, because Fred says he is

which is fucking weird. No one has even, you know what? We don't even talk about Bobby's dad enough in the house. And I want to do more of that. But Fred will bring up on his own, like, do you remember when I was your dad and I pick you up at school? Fucked.

But Fred had reflux as a baby. He would projectile vomit milk a lot. He had eczema. I thought he had food allergy issues. So I removed a lot of allergens for a long time, even from my diet while I was breastfeeding. We introduced formula because he was throwing up my breast milk. We did lactose-free formula. We did milk protein-free formula. We tried all these different things in addition to breast milk, in addition to me basically starving because I couldn't have like eggs, milk, nuts, fish, nothing.

since he's older, the eczema is gone. The reflux seems to be gone. Although like he still throws up every once in a while when he's upset. Like if you upset Fred, he'll just throw up. And if he coughs, if he's got a cold, he will throw up from coughing. But he doesn't report any pain. He eats a variety of foods. He eats dairy, he eats meat, he eats nuts. Like Fred seems fine. But I think he might have anxiety from being a baby who threw up. I don't know.

We got his tonsils and adenoids removed. That improved his health so much. He had way fewer infections. But I don't know. I just think something with his throat. He still gets a few coughs more than Fena and Violet ever did. So I just don't know. And I messaged the ear, nose and throat specialist because when you go private, you can just text them. It's amazing.

I messaged his secretary and I said, I think Fred needs to come back. I think he's got reflux or a tongue tie. I don't know. And she's like, oh, no, you have to ask your GP about that. And I just haven't done it because I was like, well, isn't it an ear, nose and throat issue? But anyway, my point is, what the hell? Maybe it's just that he's a boy. Like doctors have laughed at me before and be like, yep, boys are more obviously sick. Yep. Boys are more obviously emotional. And I saw a TikTok that said baby boys are

do have a very different central nervous system and they are more anxious and they are more needy and they are more emotional. And haven't we just totally ruined men by like toughening them up and sending them to boarding schools and being like, don't cry because they are more emotional. So I don't know. But anyway, Fred asks me out of the blue, mom, if I was in the jungle, would a tiger eat me? And I said, yeah, yes.

And Fred was like, what? I said, yeah, a tiger, if it was hungry, would definitely eat you in the jungle because tigers are carnivores. They hunt. They chase little things. Like this is why we don't leave three-year-old boys in the jungle because if a tiger was hungry and had a chance to chase you and eat you, it would. So Fred flips out. Oh, God, a tiger's going to eat me. And I said, no, Fred, the jungles are all far away. There aren't any tigers in London. There aren't any jungles in London for a tiger to eat you.

We would have to take you to the jungle, which we're not going to do. Or a tiger would have to like get on an airplane and come and live in the city of London, which a tiger can't do. It's too cold. Tiger wants to live in the jungle. But tiger's not going to eat you. Like it's just not going to happen. I could have conversations with this, with my girls, with Fena. I could tell her anytime. Like, yeah, if you lived with dinosaurs, dinosaurs would eat you. And Fena's like, cool.

But Fred proceeds to like have a meltdown and now he's worried that like tigers are going to eat him. But Bobby found out obviously because Fred's running around the house now being like, tigers are going to eat me dad. And Bobby's like, why would you tell him that? So Bobby's like, no, Fred, no, tigers won't eat you. And I said, I'm sorry, hang on. Yes, a tiger would eat you. You can't go in the jungle because tigers are dangerous carnivores. That's a predator and it will eat you. And like this is why men need to learn to stay away from tigers.

Like we've upset the balance of things because someone's raised little boys to think like, no, the only apex predator is you. And you could easily defeat a tiger. Well, I'm not going to tell him that. I'm not going to lie to him. And like maybe that was the wrong move. But Bobby's like, you just tell him tigers won't eat him. But I think that sets him up for disappointment for him. He's going to learn eventually that a tiger could absolutely eat him. And then he's going to be like, oh, why did my dad lie?

I said, I'm sorry, Fred, I'm going to tell you the truth. And this is why I believe that I'm right, because Fred is so anxious that we're not telling him the truth. He thinks we lie all the time. He's like, I think this is why he keeps checking in with us. Is there school today? What do you mean there's not school today? And I have to say to Fred about everything, Fred, mommy and daddy always tell you the truth. If I say there's no school today, I'm not going to like spring it upon you, like bundle you up in the car and like surprise drop you off at the nursery. There is not school. Fred, if I tell you I'm coming back to the house in one hour, I'm coming back. Like I need to build trust with Fred.

So if he asks me a question, is the tiger going to eat me? Yes, Fred, it will. But then Bobby had his nuts in a twist being like, you should never tell our son that. Who's right? Bobby's not here to defend himself. I see where he's coming from. I remember when I was little, I would watch the news because I did not understand it, but I thought it made me clever. I saw the grownups reading newspapers and watching the news. So I would watch the news. And I saw something about a tornado and I saw something about a fire. And I thought that that was right outside my front door. I had no concept that this was far away.

And I do think you should tell children truths that are age appropriate. But like when it comes to the animal classification system, I'm not going to be like tigers eat leaves and plants and crunchy grass. No, tiger will fucking eat you, Fred. Don't go in the jungle, dumbass. Um, I was really, really drawn in by this podcast that I don't even want to name.

It is a podcast with three gentlemen, and I use the term very loosely because one of them has already, I think, dodged a sexual assault charge.

They have a podcast that I don't know the name of and I don't think that you should seek out and listen to because it will just direct more traffic to these guys. And they have their whole concept is like, it's the wildest podcast ever. And they invite only fans models on from time to time to just humiliate them. And they have gone a little bit viral this week because they invited a young woman called Rebecca Goodwin. Rebecca Goodwin is a mother.

a young woman who comes from a horrific background of child abuse. And she speaks about her experiences. She now does sex work online and they invited her on and basically berated her. She drove three hours to do their podcast for free online.

And they proceed, these three men in their apartment. It's not a studio. It's not like a professional setting to just berate her, to be like, what do you contribute to society? Yeah, nothing. And she's like, well, I paid two hundred and thirty eight thousand pounds of tax in January. I contribute that to society. I raise my children very well. I you know, what do these guys contribute to society? I'm sorry, but like women don't belong to society. Not every move you make.

has to make the world a better place. If you are getting by and you're honest and good and you are raising your children to be safe and secure and happy, then that is contribution to society enough. So it just got really ugly with these guys and they kept laughing at her and then she storms out eventually. She goes, you know what? I don't need this. And she leaves. And they continue to

to big themselves up on the podcast and be like, "Oh, that woman was delusional, yeah? Like, why is she leaving? She's delusional. She's crazy." And she asked them afterwards not to publish this podcast that was humiliating. And they don't, you know, understand the concept of consent, obviously, so they continue to post the trailer. They continue to post videos. I think it's wonderful

Wonderful. This is probably their only contribution to society that they have posted this podcast. Because in doing so, we are afforded a window into the psyche of a group of men who have been bullies,

and who think they've done no wrong and who continue to humiliate and blame a woman once she has left the room. A woman who opens up about her history of abuse, cries. They don't ask her anything sensitive about that time. See if she's okay. They continue to laugh in her face. And once she leaves, what do they say? She's delusional. We're right. She's wrong. She contributes nothing to society. Like we are the good guys in this interaction. They believed that enough.

to watch the podcast back, to edit it, to construct social clips, and then to release them thinking that the viewing public would agree with their stance. And I'm so grateful that there are men this stupid to illustrate the point that women have been talking about for generations. Like, yes, they will be abusive. They will excuse each other's behavior. They will prop each other up. They will continue to

to gaslight you once you have broken down, like it would take a lot to break a woman like Rebecca Goodwin, what she's been through in her life for them to make her cry. I mean, it is cut and dry bullying. And then they go on to say like, oh, no, no, no, no, no, it's not bullying. We were just asking her legitimate questions. What have you contributed to society? And they're willing to put that on a social platform. What did they think was going to happen? Like who's delusional in this exchange? This is so good for

for the hashtag, like not all men to see when women talk to them about how they are treated, when women describe the atmosphere of misogyny and patriarchal abuse that they have to endure working in a variety of industries. I absolutely love that there are guys like this who will willingly put themselves forward as the fucking assholes that they are to back up our claim. So I mean, how refreshing to see it in broad daylight.

Will it change anything? No. But if they hadn't put that podcast out, which she, again, requested them not to do, it would have been her word against theirs. Did they bully her? Oh, no. Maybe not. Maybe she's crazy. Well, look, they've released it themselves and they edited themselves. So it's probably actually worse than it looks. Do not watch this podcast. But if you can find clips of it that have been posted by other people, feel free to point traffic their way. And especially if you are a man.

I know these men are not representative of all men. I know that. But like we're trying to tell you and for some reason you don't believe us that there are loads of men just like this. Also, many of you wrote in about the PA and I have to say thank you so much to this young woman for her intrepid thoughts.

initiative in sending what you sent. There were a mix of responses. I will say some people said hire the PA. Other people said it was slight Selena vibes, you know, when she was murdered by her assistant who happened to also be a super fan. So I mean,

Like I said from the beginning, I think that you are a very worthy candidate to be a PA. I think it's great that you've put yourself out there. If anyone's looking for a PA, I'm happy to pass on this young woman's address. You seem very competent to me. But the listeners, they know Katherine Ryan.

They know that I am a martyr to myself, that I will feel like less of a person if I accept help from anyone. It's difficult for me to even accept help from my own family, my own husband. And this is an issue with me, not with you. So the consensus is a lot of you backed me up that I would be like in a personal meltdown if I hired a PA. I would have a confidence crisis in myself. I am not going to hire the PA. Okay.

But I do appreciate you all weighing in. I'm not going to read some of the letters. Like, people were split. Some people were like, this woman sounds amazing. And other people were like, call the police. So thank you very much for listening. If you ever want to send me an email, it's telling everybody everything at gmail.com. Please look after each other.
