Welcome to Paranormal Radio. I'm your host, Nate Raderman. And today is actually going to be kind of a special episode. We are going to be talking about EVPs. I'm going to be actually playing quite a few EVPs for you and kind of get your guys' feedback on them as well. So this first EVP that I'm going to play for you was actually captured inside one of my rooms inside the Museum of Shadows.
And this room is actually called the Next Realm. And to me, what it sounds like is a snort. And as I mentioned earlier in another podcast, those of you that aren't familiar with what the Next Realm room is or my museum...
That room actually contains items or artifacts that have a demonic attachment to it. And this clip that I'm about to play you was actually caught on audio inside that room, inside the next realm. And to me it sounds like a snort. But by all means, let me know your guys' feedback. Comment on the podcast. Message me on social media. And let me know what your thoughts are.
So let's hear that again, but this time I'm going to amplify it so you guys can hear it even louder. I know it's very short, but it sounds just like a snort.
And that's very common for people to hear inside the next realm, along with grunting, growling, hissing. I know I mentioned this earlier on another episode on my podcast, but that's kind of a common thing inside the next realm, and especially on a daily and nightly basis.
along with hooves, or what sounds like hooves, walking around the room and clunking on the cement floor. So in this next EVP that I'm going to play for you, to me it sounds like someone asked how they died and they got shot. And what's interesting about it is that it sounds like a male voice, like an older guy, and he responds and says, Please tell me how you died.
So, I mean, it's very clear that it's an older male saying he got shot and responded back to me. And this was actually caught inside my museum. And I do have artifacts in there that...
several people actually in evidence court documents and evidence that was released by law enforcement of someone who was actually shot and killed multiple times so I find that very interesting that he was very detailed exactly you know on how he how he died so this next EVP that I'm going to play for you
I ask, was that you over there? And you actually hear a man say no. And he actually talks over me in the process or in the background. It's interesting. And I didn't even hear it with my own ears. I didn't even know it happened. And, you know, that's the best part about recording audio during an investigation is because you never know when you're going to capture an EVP. But let's go ahead and have a listen. Is that you over there?
No. No, furnace. So you can clearly hear him say no and over talks me, over talks over me. And this was actually caught inside the museum. All these EPPs were caught inside my museum that I'm playing for you. And, uh, I heard what sounded like a noise or tapping or something over by the furnace. And I was like, was that you? And clearly you heard no. Um, and,
Not sure, you know, who or which spirit or what item he's attached to because, you know, that's the only thing I got from him during that investigation. But I thought I'd share that with you because I find it, you know, kind of interesting. But clearly he was making sure that it wasn't him. So this next EVP that I'm going to play for you is one of my favorite. And it's what I call a Class A EVP, meaning that it's like so clear and so loud that you
It's just the best evidence that you could capture. And I ask, you know, if there's a child here, who is it that you're looking for? And you hear plain as day, mommy. And it gives you chills when you hear it. But you got to remember, inside my museum, I have thousands of artifacts and a lot of them have ties to children and they're attached to those artifacts. And
And unfortunately, you know, this poor child is just trying to find their mom. And let's go ahead and listen to it. I mean, it's going to give you chills. It does for me. But let's listen to it. If there's a child here in this room, can you tell me who you're looking for? Mommy.
So let's go ahead and have another listen to it again. Like I said, it's just so clear and one of the most amazing pieces of audio evidence that I was able to capture. And it's just so sad, too, because, like I said, you know, this poor child's trying to find their mom. But let's listen again. If there's a child here in this room, can you tell me who you're looking for? Mommy.
So during other investigations inside the museum, I was able to actually interact with this same spirit several times. And on one particular investigation, I did a quick EVP review right then and there. And I actually heard this voice come through and I asked, you know, what item are you attached to? Can you move it? And seconds later...
The doll got pushed off a shelf, so it was really neat to validate not only hear the same spirit's voice again, but also to put it and validate it with the actual artifact that it's attached to.
And I know several guests touring through the museum have captured this same voice. We get people from all over the world that come in. They bring their own equipment, even during the day. And they walk through the museum. They ask questions. And they send EVPs over that they capture. And I have several guests.
that have caught this little girl's voice. So it's really cool to validate. And that's one of the cool things about my museum is that you can spend all day in there. It's all self-guided, so you don't have to worry about getting checked in and being rushed through. If you want to check in and spend the entire day inside the museum, you can do it.
That way you can investigate during the day, you can ask questions, you can read all the history, and maybe experience some crazy paranormal activity. But one of the other cool things about audio is I always get asked, you know, what's one of my favorite pieces of equipment to use? And I have to say audio because you've got to remember, our ears can only hear so much, and audio gives you the option to hear things that
or stuff that you can't hear. And it's just, it's an amazing piece of equipment to use during an investigation because, like I said, you never know what you could capture. You could walk in and ask if there's anybody here and not hear one single response, but then when you play audio back, you got a Class A EVP or you got something that's responding to you.
I also get asked all the time, you know, what kind of audio is best? Do you have to go out and buy the top dollar piece of audio equipment? Honestly, I'm using, it's just a Sony digital voice recorder. It records in super high quality just to kind of remove some of that static background noise. I mean, this one was like maybe $60, $60.
but I also have another one that's even more advanced than that. I spent like $195 on one and it's very, very sensitive. For an example, like if your stomach growls, it sounds like this crazy demon, but it's, it's really sensitive. I mean, you can hear cars going by, you can hear, you know, conversations of people outside, maybe a block away. So you gotta be very careful if you're using the high tech ones. Um,
But that's one thing I like to do when I investigate and if I use that piece of equipment, I actually place cameras outside that location just so that way if I do hear a voice say I'm investigating and I hear a voice, you know, it sounds like talking, I can pull those outside cameras and be like, oh, okay, yep, there was somebody walking by at that exact moment at that exact time. So I know that I was able to debunk it and that it wasn't an actual paranormal activity. But
The other ones, like I said, like the one I use, work really well. I know people that have came in to the museum have used their cell phones, especially iPhones. They have a really good voice memo on it. You can use that. It's crystal clear. That works just as well. But like I said, it's one of my favorite pieces of equipment to use, and I highly recommend it. If you're getting into the field...
definitely a cheaper option to start with instead of going out and buying all this high-tech equipment. I also get asked the question a lot,
Do you just use one voice recorder while investigating? And to be honest, I have like eight of them going in different areas. I have one on each level or multiple on each level, different rooms, because you never know. I mean, I could be in my main part of my museum investigating and I could have audio rolling downstairs also. And downstairs, I might capture...
footsteps or a growl or grunting or a disembodied voice and not even know that it happened until I review the audio.
And that's one of the crazy things is the audio review. It can take a long time to do, but it's definitely worth it. You know, you might, I mean, you got to keep in mind if you're recording for eight hours, not only do you have eight hours to go through on one device, but you have all your other audio to go through as well. So it's not something that can be done in like one day, unless you really want to spend like,
forever going through it. So it takes time. But I know there are other equipment out there that you can use that you can literally record
And play back live right then. And sometimes what I'll do, even with my digital voice recorder, I'll record for like five minutes and then I'll play it back live right then and there. So that way you can see if you got any sort of response within that five minutes. And then you can use any sort of, you know, maybe you asked a question to be like, oh, can you tell me your name? And you get the name Jim that came through. Well, then you can use that piece of evidence that you caught to ask more questions and try and get more answers while investigating.
But anyway, guys, I thought I'd play a couple of my favorite EVPs here for you. I hope you guys enjoyed. Like I said, if you guys have any questions or any comments, comment on the podcast, message me on social media. You can find me under Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, just under Nate Raderman, also under Museum of Shadows as well. But as always, thank you guys for listening, and I hope you guys have a good day.
