Shownotes Transcript

“You can control how hard you work, how much you prepare, your attitude, how much you cheer on your teammates, etc. If you give 100 percent to that, that’s what makes you a champion and it helps you achieve your goal to win.” — Anna Buffini

Champion equestrian, Anna Buffini, has earned many blue ribbons, accolades and awards in the sport of dressage. Up at dawn, she hones her craft with recently retired horse, Sundayboy, and works tirelessly until dusk.

She’s more than a fierce competitor; she’s been recognized by her peers for sportsmanship as well. In this episode, Brian interviews his daughter, Anna, and she shares her journey to becoming a champion.

You’ll learn why teamwork is important, even in an individualized sport like dressage; why preparation and focus are essential to performing at one’s best; and the role the little things one does daily play in becoming a winner.

Anna proves hard work and sacrifice sure pay off. The lessons she’s learned competing in the dressage arena are applicable in the business arena as well. If you want to win in business, you don’t want to miss this episode.
