Shawn Zane-Sharpless, Director of New Faces at Crawford Models, in New York City shares industry secrets. 

Shawn got started as a model in the DC area and within a short time moved to New York City. He modeled for a few years and then became an agent. Over the years, he has managed models at agencies like APM, Wilhelmina, DNA and Fusion, and he is currently with Crawford Models.
