👀 Kraken Digital Asset Exchange) is delisting Monero (XMR) for clients in the European Economic Area (EEA) due to regulatory changes. Starting October 31, 2024, at 15:00 PM UTC, trading and deposits of XMR will stop, and all open XMR orders will be closed. Clients can withdraw XMR until December 31, 2024. After that, Kraken will automatically convert any remaining XMR into Bitcoin (BTC) at the market rate, with the converted BTC distributed by January 6, 2025. 🚨 Franklin Templeton) has added the Aptos blockchain to support its $435 million OnChain U.S. Government Money Market Fund (FOBXX), already available on Ethereum, Arbitrum, Avalanche, Stellar, and Polygon. Aptos, a Layer 1 blockchain launched in 2022, uses the Move programming language for faster transactions and was chosen for its suitability with Franklin's Benji platform. Aptos aims to bridge decentralized finance (DeFi) with traditional finance. The fund’s integration marks a step toward connecting both EVM and non-EVM networks in the Aptos ecosystem.
