❤️😡 Indias Love/Hate(mostly hate relationship with crypto) Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has released a 51page report called “Concept Note on Central Bank Digital Currency” It explains the objectives, choices, benefits and risks of issuing a CBDC in India, referred to as e₹ (digital Rupee) It promises easier, faster and cheaper than paper money. It specifically mentions the degree of anonymity would be a key design decision for any CBDC. (But only for Retail CBDC).
