⚡ Lightning Network to back the dollar (Bitcoin Milkshake theory a part of Dollar Milskake theory as originally popularised by Brent Johnson. 🚨 Bitcoin Magazine has a great article by Luke Mikic that talks about how The United States government is likely to back the dollar with bitcoin in order to protect its status as the issuer of the global reserve currency. 🚦 As per the article, The Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland seems to be paying close attention to these developments, as they recently published a paper titled, “The Lightning Network: Turning Bitcoin Into Money .”https://lnkd.in/d3JdKRGz & The 18-page working paper by Anantha Krishna Divakaruni & Peter Zimmerman has some interesting points such as mixed evidence on increased centralization in the Lightning Network has improved its efficiency.

💡 The findings also suggest that the off-chain netting benefits of the Lightning Network can help Bitcoin to scale and function better as a means of payment. But LN does solve the Blockchain Trilemma problem.
