🚨 The U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission) has charged Binance) with willful evasion of federal law as the regulator insists Binance operated an illegal digital asset derivatives exchange. 🤑 The Global crypto market has been down ever since the interest rate hike of 25 basis points MicroStrategy) has been on buying spree though! MicroStrategy has increased its total Bitcoin holdings to 138,955 BTC, purchased for $4.1 billion at an average of $29,817 per coin. Michael Saylor has mentioned via Twitter) that MicroStrategy repaid its $205M Silvergate Bank) loan at a 22% discount. As of 3/23/23, $MSTR acquired an additional ~6,455 bitcoins for ~$150M at an average of ~$23,238 per #bitcoin) & held ~138,955 BTC acquired for ~$4.14B at an average of ~$29,817 per bitcoin. ❌Michael Saylor is definitely not the ideal advocate of Bitcoin as he often posts #fakenews) incorrect and misleading information about bitcoin #fact). The only reason he is promoting Bitcoin is that in doing so the demand increases and his own network in Bitcoin increases

❌ Looks like Bitcoins are in the hands of Multibillionaires, multi-millionaires, Celebrities & Early adopters. This is definitely not ideal for a Peer-to-Peer electronic cash system. With the accumulation of Bitcoin among selected individuals Bitcoin as sound money may be a terrible idea.
