You might hear these words. “I really gotta go...” or “Walk with me.” Can you tell the difference? Do you know what to do? Do you know, as a leader when to use one tactic versus the other?
Sure, the nature of your specific relationship, the maturity of your relationship and the quality of your relationship will make a HUGE difference in your expectation as well as theirs but how they address this moment and how you react me also be a test!!
