While the holidays are a time of celebration, they often add more items to our to-do lists. The parties, the gifts, baking and entertaining or the absence of these things can make the holiday season feel stressful or even lonely. In part one of this three part series, I am going to explore how to be mindful in-spite of having more to do during the holidays. I will also discuss practical ways to be mindful when you are a part from family or feeling lonely during the holidays.
