This episode is about Habit change.  Habits are actually very difficult to develop because they don’t come to us naturally, Yet ever New Year, people set goals for themselves to make positive changes.  The most common resolutions are focused around healthy eating, exercise and saving more money.  In this episode, I am going to talk about 4 ways that we can influence our habits. 1. Meditation 2. Community 3. Taking small steps  4. Accountability  and following the talk there will be a guided meditation.
