Anger is a normal human emotion, yet can become overwhelming when we are under a lot of stress.  Some of us are in the habit of directing our anger outwards while others keep their feelings buried deep inside.  This show will explore how to find a balance with the anger we feel and transform our anger into self compassion.  Following the talk there will be a guided meditation.
