因为涉及到一些自我暴露,我一开始有点不确定要不要发出来,但如你所见,这期播客最后还是发出来了。
发起这次谈话的初衷,是我一直觉得,任何人都会有困惑的时候,也都需要被看见,被确认,被托举,任何一个人都没有办法独自解决自己的所有问题,而这一次咨询之后,我的确感觉思路清晰很多。所以我把这次被托举的过程如实呈现,如果你也感觉当下被卡住了,对现状有些不满意,或者是此刻有一些迷茫、混乱、不确定,可以听听看,希望在年末忙碌的日子里对你有帮助。
其次,我们公司一直都强调坦诚文化,比如说透明办公室原则,有任何一个会议谁进来都可以听,我对管理者的要求也一直都是,今天你跟 A 谈的内容,如果涉及到BCD,哪怕是批评 BCD 也都可以当面知晓。我一直相信坦诚是最高效的沟通方式,那么这期播客也是一种方式。
而我也一直相信,答案在现场。我们最主要的服务一直以来都是优势教练的咨询,就像这一次一样,我们同事之间也经常会互相给予这种方式的托举。但是这个产品它很无形,它不像是一个水杯或者是衣服,可以直接展示在你面前,而且出于隐私保护,我们也不能展示用户的咨询,这也是我们在做市场推广的时候最需要突破的地方。也许今天这期播客,就可以作为一种展示形式的尝试,而且也是我挺想试试的方式,所以就怀着 5% 的不安和 95% 的坚定,把它放到你面前了。
