Debra served 25 years as a public school educator in the State of New Jersey that Retired in October 2021 who Acquired her NJ Real Estate Salesperson license in December 2021 and Joined eXp Realty in January 2022. In her month as an active realtor Debra closed her first of multiple transactions in her first year as a real estate agent. Debra is also a mortgage broker with Get a Rate Mortgage and is known as a “Hybrid Agent” who educates her clients on generational wealth through real estate and investments.
