Everything from standard single-family houses to apartment complexes to hotels. Maria’s focus is on the purchase of value-add apartments and 100+ room hotels that are well positioned to be converted to affordable, workforce housing. These are strong recession resistant assets that function as a safe place for investors to grow their net worth. Maria is also the Founder of Valhalla Villas, a non-profit that provides housing for autistic adults.
