He lives with us here in my parents’ house. He is an intelligent and active man even in the 70s. Most of his stories are made from his real-life experience because he served for many years as a pilot in the army.
He has travelled to different parts of the world and so his knowledge is far richer than the other members of my family.
It may sound weird, but many people are mistaken about that activity. When it’s done properly, it can relieve a lot of tension in the body, and help with relaxation, weight loss, and all types of issues.
