I decided to make a dietary plan in order to lose weight and keep a nice body shape. Apparently, two things were required, a reliable dietary plan and a regular time arrangement of going to the gym.
Meanwhile, I said no to all sorts of red meat, most of the time, I preferred the white meat or vegetable and fruit salads only.
However, I was advised to improve my fitness plan after going to the hospital. All what I have to carry on is like following the dietary plan only.
