In today’s episode we are talking about your life. What it looks like now and what you want it to look like in the future. I am walking you through a step by step process to create your vision and I share what was on my very first vision board. If you’ve struggled with staying consistent and motivated and keep giving up on yourself when working towards your goals then I want you to do this exercise, because it’s really hard to go through life wanting to accomplish your big goals without a vision of what your life will look like once you accomplish them. This will also help you if you have never taken the time to envision how much your life can actually change.
