Today I want to show you how to be the abundance you want to manifest, because you always have to remember that nothing in your life changes until you change, and that every manifestation technique that you use, no matter if you're using meditation, or if you're using affirmations, or if you're using any other meditation, or any other manifestation practice that you can potentially think of, always remember that each technique has only one purpose.
Every single one of them has the same purpose, and that's that you change. It's all about you becoming the abundance you want to manifest. Or if you want to manifest a loving relationship, then of course it's about you becoming the love that you want to draw into your life. And if it's about you...
healing a physical health issue, then it's about you stepping into the energy of wholeness by embodying wholeness, even though your physical reality might not reflect that at all, which is something that when I think back to the year 2020, I can very much identify with, because back then I was bedridden, and on top of that I was broke.
And when it comes to you embodying the abundance you want to manifest and you being the abundance, it's not just enough to do a meditation every day. You also have to be willing to, throughout the day, do certain practices and find ways for you to feel abundant, for you to express this level of abundance, which of course is so much easier if you already have a lot of abundance in your life.
And it's significantly harder if there's no abundance in your life yet, but it's still necessary. And that's why the very first thing that I invite you to do is to not check your phone in the morning, to not immediately go to the phone to put it on and in the worst case scenario to then directly go to the news and see, oh my God, look at the economy and oh, here is some explosion and there's some death and whatever.
then of course your vibration is already down down down before you even get up up up so that's something that you want to avoid hopefully but instead you start the morning
by priming yourself for abundance. And this can be a combination of different practices. Yes, on the one hand, in this case, a meditation can be really helpful. I, for example, love to do my abundance meditations in the morning. So yes, meditating is a good idea. But you can, for example, also go in your own personal power pose and
This is something that also Tony Robbins talks about a lot, that your physiology changes your emotional state. And in week number seven of my Abundance Reality Shift coaching program, we also practice this together so that you can step into a new abundant energy by actually embodying abundance, by
feeling abundant while you are expressing abundance. And of course, you can simply ask yourself in the morning, how would I stand if I was truly abundant? How would I stand there? How would I walk if I was truly abundant? And then you don't just walk like it and stand like it for a moment. You also throughout the day, every now and then,
Ask yourself: Am I walking like abundance? Am I embodying the abundant energy? And in the beginning of my manifestation journey, I kid you not, I swear to God that is really what I did. I put a timer in my phone that went off in the beginning every 30 minutes and at some point then every hour to remind me
to go into my healthy and whole self, to remind me to go into my abundant self, because it's so easy to forget. It's so easy to go back into these old emotions and to go back into the doubt and the worry and the sacrifice and the suffering and, oh my God, will it work out?
That's why it's important to, yeah, basically to call yourself out on your own bullshit in a sense. To be careful that you don't slip back into the old self. That you look at yourself throughout the day multiple times and you step into the role of a third person observer and you ask yourself, am I walking like abundance? Am I talking like abundance? Am I expressing this abundant energy?
Because if you walk like prosperity walks, if you walk like wealth walks, if you walk like riches and abundance walks, then you embody it and therefore you send the signal out into the field. Always keep in mind, you don't just send a signal out into the field when you're meditating. Of course, that's also an important part of it. And there you go really deep into the subconscious, which is powerful.
I mean, I do it every day, so I don't want to deny the effect of meditation, but every thought that you think, every feeling that you have, everything sends a signal out into the field.
And if of course you have a one hour meditation or maybe even just a 20 minute meditation and you feel kind of abundant during this meditation, but then throughout the remaining 16 hours during the day you are worrying, you are doubting yourself, you think to yourself, when will it happen, how will it happen, why am I still stuck here? Then of course you are not sending enough signals out into the field in order to change your reality.
But if you, for example, do a one hour or even a 20 minute meditation, and then every hour you remind yourself again of your abundant reality, you ask yourself, how would I change my walking style? How would I change in the way that I stand? How would I change my facial expressions if I was already a millionaire, if I was already wealthy?
How would you express yourself? Would you be more relaxed? Would you be more calm? Would you be more excited? Would you go into a feeling of ecstasy or into a feeling of complete relief? Only you can choose the emotion that is right for you.
But what will happen, and I know that from my own experience, especially on my physical healing journey, where in the beginning it was extremely hard for me to feel whole and to feel healthy because I was in constant pain. The moment I opened my eyes from a meditation and even during the meditation I was in constant pain. So I was always reminded of my physical reality which I wanted to escape from. And the only way for me back then that helped me to get out of this reality was to every half an hour in the beginning
say my affirmations, feel myself again into this energy. And yes, it requires effort in the beginning, because we always want to go back to the old self, because that's familiar. And we've been conditioned to, yeah, as Joe Dispenza always says it, to be addicted to a life that we actually hate. And
And we have to break this addiction. And that's why I recommend that you make this effort in the beginning. Because what will happen is that no matter if we take the example of physical healing or wealth, is that in the beginning when you then remind yourself with the very first reminder in your phone, then you might be able to hold that positive feeling for just one minute. That's a win. The next time you might be able to hold it for three minutes. The next time for five minutes. And at some point...
You won't even go back for more than five minutes into the old self, between the next timer starts again. And then at some point you will realize that you are in this beautiful abundant state all the time, until the next timer goes off and then you just continue with it. Will it happen overnight? Most likely not. Will it happen within one week? Maybe not, maybe within a month, maybe it takes you longer. But in the end it is worth it.
And of course, the same dedication has to then be put into the way you dress, the way you speak, because people who are abundant, they speak differently, they use different words, they don't talk about problems.
They don't worry about when or how the manifestation will come to them. They are feeling abundant now. They are no longer dependent on a change in their physical reality in order to feel the abundant feelings. And once you're no longer emotionally dependent on a change in your physical reality, but you feel the abundance already on a consistent basis, then it has to flow to you. There's no other way. It has to flow to you.
And of course, you can then also ask yourself, as I just mentioned, how would you dress if you were abundant? Maybe there's a certain watch, a certain accessory. Just like I, for example, in the beginning always wore my navy blue blazer, nowadays it's my linen shirts for me. But what makes you feel abundant? What makes you feel rich? What makes you feel wealthy? By you stepping into that energy more and more and more,
the easier it will get for you to then draw the abundance to you. And the same is also true when you're talking to other people, and this is often overlooked.
Don't get sucked in into these conversations of drama and worry and doubt and oh my god. And I do that every now and then. When I'm for example talking to a friend and he goes way too much into the negative realm, I simply use what in NLP is called a pattern interrupt where you say something that completely diverts the topic in a different direction.
Let's say my friend complains about the economy going down because of all these tariffs at the moment that are implemented and all this other craziness going on. And I then simply say like, hey, what are your goals for this year? And my friend goes, what? Yeah, no, I'm just curious. And I then shift the conversation in a different direction. Because always remember, and I have this conversation right now with many clients now that the tariffs are something that everybody's talking about.
There is a collective consciousness and there's an individual consciousness. And it's your choice if you're given to the collective consciousness. Because I remember the time in the year 2020 when I had my spiritual awakening and I embarked on this journey of manifesting money. The collective consciousness was, oh my God, we are screwed. There's a lockdown. Every business will go out and there's no hope anymore. And the stock market is crashing. And oh my God, that was the collective consciousness back then. But back then my income went up, up, up, up, up.
up, up, up, because at some point I said to myself, okay, I'm reading Dr. Joe Dispenza, I'm reading Neville Goddard, I do not allow the collective consciousness to distract me from becoming abundant. And that's exactly what happened. That's why right now I could care less about what's going on in the economy, because I know I can create my own economy, my own opportunities, my own abundance.
