How to Grow Spiritually and Financially at the Same Time

Today I want to show you how to grow spiritually and financially at the same time. Because one of the biggest misconceptions is that money cannot be spiritual. And that as a spiritual person you have to live a life of sacrifice and you have to meditate 15 hours a day somewhere in the cave in the Himalayas. But that is simply not true.

Making money, manifesting money and spiritual growth are in perfect alignment. And here's why.

By you growing spiritually, by you reaching the next level on your spiritual journey, by you reaching a higher level of consciousness, you are automatically becoming more and more in alignment with money, more and more in alignment with manifesting money, more in alignment with being a match to an abundant future. Because if you are, and I don't want to say it in a mean way, but

I just wanted to say if you're spiritually... Yeah, no, I'm not going to say this right now. Sometimes I'm too politically incorrect. Let's say if you're not on a high level of consciousness in the spiritual realm, then of course it will be way harder for you to manifest money. It will be way harder for you to draw abundance to you, which means if we now use reverse psychology, if that expression makes any sense, I don't know, but if we just turn things around, if we turn the tables, tables are turned,

then we come to the conclusion that the more money you manifest, the more you have to be in spiritual alignment, because otherwise you wouldn't reach the frequency of abundance. I hope that makes sense.

And then remember that manifesting is not the only thing that is in alignment with spirituality. It's also about how you spend your money, how you give your money. I mean, one of the most beautiful words that I had to learn on my spiritual journey is balance. And for the longest time before my spiritual awakening, I didn't live a balanced life at all. I lived a life of chaos, of crazy, of drama, of, oh my God, what the heck is going to happen next?

But nowadays I try to live a very balanced life, which means I balance my time between working on projects that really excite me, between meditating, between going for walks and going to the gym, and I just live a balanced life. And the same should be applied to your spending.

Because yes, of course, when you manifest money, you can of course just throw the money out of the window like crazy and give everything away. I mean, if, for example, giving everything away makes you feel so freaking abundant that your head is almost exploding, then of course it will be easier for you to then attract more money to you. But I'm a big fan of balance, which means that the more money you manifest, the more you give to others.

the more you also give to yourself with amazing experiences. I mean, I, for example, love my business class flights and because I love them so much, I absolutely love these experiences. And when I then have a 12-hour flight, then of course I feel incredibly abundant while I am on the airplane. And no, I never sleep in business class, even though...

This goes against the logic of, I would say, 99% of people who book business class. But for me, it's the experience. If I would sleep 10 hours of a 12-hour business class flight, I would be angry at myself. I would be like, why did you miss the best part? Oh, no.

I mean, if I want to sleep, then I can also do that in my bed. But I want the experience. I want to watch one movie after another on the beautiful screen. I want to enjoy the noise-canceling headphones. I want to drown myself in hot chocolate when I'm on a business class flight. I want to spend my money in a way where I fully enjoy the experience and...

That, of course, doesn't mean that I only buy stuff just because it's expensive. I mean, for example, this might be... Yeah, no, it's actually a really good example. I don't really like beef. Like, I'm not a big fan of beef. I don't enjoy it that much. Yeah, I just don't like it that much. Which means, if I would now say, ho, ho, ho, I'm really abundant, so I'm gonna now...

buy the best beef steak that I can get in this restaurant. And what is his name again? Waigu, Wagyu, Wiguyu? I don't remember. Anyway, there's a very expensive beef. Yeah, beef. Yeah, exactly. That's a very expensive beef that...

well, costs a lot of money. And if I would now say, okay, I'm going to spend that money because it's something that abundant people do, but it's not in alignment with me spiritually, and also digestively, however you want to call it, then of course I would not pay the money for it in the same way as

I will most likely never own a car in my life because I just don't like driving and I love the freedom of not having a car, which I know goes most likely against the belief system of every American that I've ever coached or who has ever listened to my podcast. And most of my clients are American, but well, as a European, I'm used to public transport. And for me, now that I change countries all the time and live this kind of lifestyle,

digital nomad lifestyle, how it's called, for me, a car would only limit my freedom. So I wouldn't spend money on that. But then again, the business class flight, oh, that feels really good. So it's about what is in alignment with you spiritually, which means what helps you, what kind of spending helps you, what kind of giving helps you to reach an even higher frequency of abundance, or let's say, to reach the frequency of abundance even better, to ping that thing even harder, so to speak. And

And this also leads me to intuitive spending, intuitive investments, how the more you progress on your spiritual journey, especially when it comes to tuning into your heart with creating brain and heart coherence, with focusing on the energy in your heart,

the easier it will be for you to spend money in a way that is in alignment with how the universe guides you. I had these experiences multiple times where I was standing in front of a crossroad, do you invest in A or do you invest in B? And sometimes my logical mind said, yeah, yeah, A is way better, it's way better because of this reason and that reason and this reason. But then when I tuned into my heart and when I felt into my heart,

That's when it said, no, investment B is better. And every time I listen to my heart, I'm right. Sometimes when I listen to my brain, I'm wrong. And this is also something that Joe Dispenza, for example, said on one of the advanced retreats I went to, where he said, the heart knows, the brain thinks it knows, but the heart truly knows. And this is also how growing spiritually and going more into brain and heart coherence, feeling more into your heart, connecting more with your heart,

can then allow you to be more in alignment and therefore receive opportunities, no matter if it's investment opportunities, business opportunities or any other ways that can lead to more money in your bank account through the guidance of the universe. Always keep that in mind. And of course,

Spiritually speaking, meditation is a very spiritual practice, and by you focusing on abundance meditations, you combine the spiritual act of meditating with manifesting money. So please don't tell me that you can't grow spiritually and financially at the same time, because you clearly can.

And the same can be said for you overcoming your limiting beliefs. Because overcoming your limiting beliefs, no matter if we're talking about financial beliefs or if we're talking about beliefs about love or health or whatever it might be, is a spiritual practice and a spiritual process. And the more you overcome your subconscious beliefs and the more you let go of the past and you step spiritually into a new realm,

by creating new beliefs, by embracing these new beliefs, by immersing yourself into these new beliefs, the more, of course, you grow spiritually because you let go of the old self and you embrace the new self. And of course, at some point, if you want it or not, on this journey of overcoming your limiting beliefs, limiting beliefs about money and finances will pop up.

They will show up. And that's when the worst decision you could make in this moment would be to say, no, no, no, growing spiritually and financially is not related. So I'm going to work on all my limiting beliefs about everything else, but not on the ones about money. Nope, money is an important part of it. Because if you have limiting beliefs about money, you most likely also have limiting beliefs in other areas because it's often, yeah, it's often based on a general sense of unworthiness.

And then keep in mind that gratitude is always the ultimate state of receivership, not just when it comes to receiving financial abundance, but also when it comes to receiving financial abundance. And that's why it's a good idea to practice throughout the day, maybe even multiple times during the day, to go into a state of gratitude, to feel yourself into this state of gratitude.

Because yes, Joe Dispenza always says, gratitude is the ultimate state of receivership, and I have to admit that he's right.

And one thing that you will experience on your journey of manifesting abundance is that most wealthy people, and that's the last point that I want to mention, most wealthy people are not at all like the one or the two that you hear about on the news who screw everybody over and who committed a crime. Most wealthy people, and I'm nowadays blessed to have met a lot of wealthy people through my work, through

have these limiting beliefs about spiritual people in general, if we can use that as a stereotype. That spiritual people are somehow completely broke hippies who are just singing around on the fireplace and who

don't even know with what money they can buy the next sandwich. But the truth is that a lot of wealthy people, even from people who you would never expect it, they read their affirmations. They are meditating every day. They believe in the law of attraction and the law of assumption. They believe in it. They might not talk about it in public. And

As I said, I have clients who, and of course, everything with my clients is confidential, but I have clients who are the CEOs of companies of, you have companies where you would have never thought in a million years that this person is actually meditating every day and visualizing and manifesting.

But a lot of wealthy people are wealthy because of their spiritual alignment. And that's what I wanted to share with you today.
