How to Play on the Quantum Playground (And Manifest Your Dreams!)

On one of the three Joe Dispenza retreats I went to, he actually explained that whenever he's in this goofy, silly, playful energy, that's when the manifestations come the fastest. And yes, I truly believe that playfulness is important when it comes to manifesting. But I also believe that you can play on the quantum playground, because the quantum field...

can be your playground, you can see it as your playground. And once you see it as your playground, you can easily manifest your dreams. And in today's episode I want to share a couple of practical techniques with you and ideas that you can use in order to play on the quantum playground and to make sure that your manifestations actually show up in your physical reality.

And one thing you can do, or let's say you can start with, is to set the intention in a really clear way. Which means, before you actually start your day, before you go out and have your morning coffee or your morning tea, or whatever you do in the morning, you set an intention right after you wake up. And here's why.

The quantum field responds to us being playful and the quantum field responds to us being engaged in a manifestation practice, or let's better say being engaged in the process of becoming the person who is a perfect match to the reality you desire. Which means that if you set an intention right in the morning when you open your eyes, which could be, I am abundant,

I am making X amount of dollars each month. I am healthy. I am in love with life. No matter what it might be, this already in the early morning hours will shift your focus and shift your attention in a way where you are more focused

on the manifestation you want to create and therefore also the emotions and the thoughts that are in alignment with your manifestation. I can promise you that you will have a way easier time to play on the quantum playground if you set this intention in the morning, then for example, switching on your smartphone and then checking the news and going, oh my god, that happened and this happened and oh my god, that happened. This is horrible. So it's way better for you.

to set an intention right in the morning. And then remember that feeling is the secret, which means throughout the day you want to continuously, on a continuous basis, not just once but multiple times throughout the day, get into the feeling that is associated with your manifested desire, which means you can visualize it, you can breathe into the emotion, you can express your emotion with your body, and these are all different things

ways of getting there and ways of going into these feelings that we also practice in my one-on-one coaching program, the Abundance Reality Shift coaching program. Because remember, the quantum field responds to your dominant vibrations, which means if you are not

starting your day with an intention, and you're not going into the feelings of the wish fulfilled, then of course you're randomly creating, and as a random creator, you're randomly bumping into experiences that might not be that good for you. Or let's better say that might not be the experiences that you want to experience. But if you

you truly immerse yourself into the feeling of the wish fulfilled, you immerse yourself into the feeling of what you want to manifest, then you can shift your attention towards the quantum field and you can do it in a playful way. Always remember that feeling these emotions

shouldn't be in a serious way. You don't want to be a serious German and say: "Okay, I will now feel the feeling." "One, two, three, feeling, come." And then the feeling says: "Nope, that's not how it works. You have to feel me from the heart."

And that's also why, and this brings me to the next point that I want to mention, why being playful and playing on the quantum playground requires you to activate your heart, to feel into your heart, to go into brain and heart coherence, which is something that we will practice together in week number four of the Abundance Reality Shift coaching program. Because when you go into brain and heart coherence, when you really feel into your heart,

and you then continue to place your awareness on your heart while you're creating the emotions of your future, that's when you will be playing on the quantum playground. And speaking of playing, you want to be more playful throughout the day, which means you want to get away from this obsession. And I know it can be difficult in the beginning, but you want to get away from this obsession of

always focusing on when it will happen, how it will happen, how your manifestation will flow to you, when your manifestation will flow to you, when will it finally come, oh my god!

If you do that, then of course you stay trapped in this reality. But if you let go and you say, okay, I'm going to playfully manifest, which means on the one hand, I'm focusing on the manifestation techniques such as visualizations, affirmations, whatever manifestation technique you might be using. But on the other hand, what I will also be doing is manifesting.

to be playful, to have fun throughout the day. One of my best friends always says we have to do at least one thing that makes us love our life, that makes us enjoy life every day. And this is an important lesson. Because if you go through the day and you do your meditations,

you do the things that you should be doing, which is a good thing in the spiritual realm, but you then never do anything that you enjoy, you never fully enjoy a meal, or you never enjoy a walk, or you never enjoy your time at the gym, or you never enjoy time with friends, then of course you're only working in the spiritual realm.

But as Joe Dispenza said on one of the advanced retreats I went to, he said, I want you to have one foot in the spiritual realm and one foot in the physical realm. And that's exactly the attitude I want you to have. One foot in the spiritual realm and one foot in the physical realm. Because only then will you be able to draw what you want to you.

And another famous sentence, or maybe not that famous, but maybe I made it famous, I don't know. But one sentence that really stuck with me from Dr. Joe Dispenza is, don't watch what you don't want to live. And that's something that you also heard me say over and over again, because that was for me one of the biggest wow moments. When I consciously, or let's say when I became aware of

of what I was consuming when it comes to music, when it comes to YouTube videos, when it comes to movies, when it comes to TV shows. That was the first time when I really realized that 90% or even 95% of what we consider brilliant cinema and the best TV shows and the best TV and the best movies and the best songs are all based on betrayal, murder, deception, and drama.

And nowadays, I'm very careful about what I consume. And this is also connected to playing on the quantum playground. Because again, you can only play if you're playful, if you have that playful energy. And do you think that you have that playful energy to play on the quantum playground after you just watched a crime TV show with murder and with betrayal? And then you watch a horror movie or you watch...

a movie where people get killed all over the place and then you watch the news where even more people get killed and then you can't tell me that you feel oh so playful and oh so fun and yabby-dabby-doo, let's manifest. That's not how it works. I mean Joe Dispenza on one of the retreats he mentioned this example how his son basically told him yeah you have to watch Game of Thrones, it's such an amazing series and I used to watch that stuff

And again, it's a brilliant series, but do you want to have that in your consciousness? And then Joe Dispenza said like, in the first couple of minutes, murder, betrayal, and oh my god, I don't want to have that in my consciousness. And you could really feel in the audience, it was like 2,000 people in this advanced retreat,

How everybody was laughing, but it was not like this kind of laughing of "haha, yeah, that's so true", but it was more like a kind of laughing of "yeah, oh shit, what have I been doing all the time, oh my god". It was more like a realization laughing, that's the best way of putting it. So that's why it's important when you want to play on the quantum playground and you want to manifest in a playful way, that you actually allow yourself to play.

that you allow yourself to really detach from this idea that everything that other people are consuming and everything other people are doing is just the way it is and that's how you should do it as well. Nowadays I don't care if one of my friends tells me "That's the best movie, you have to watch it!" and then I watch the trailer or read something about it and it's just drama, drama, drama, I won't watch it because I don't want that in my consciousness.

Again, when it comes to action comedy movies, we can make an exception or when it makes you feel good. There are of course some movies that make you feel good, but that are maybe for other people, yeah, they don't feel good when they watch it. When I watch the Jurassic Park movies, for example, I feel amazing. It's like my inner child says like, dinosaurs, that's awesome. So it always depends, of course, but be careful and be conscious about what you consume.

And also be conscious about how you move your body, how you express yourself. Because when it comes to playing on the quantum playground, it's also about being playful with your expressions, with the way you move, the way you move your body, the way you express your body. Because if you're, for example, all day long working and being stiff and your neck is all tense, then of course it's harder for you to play on the quantum playground because you then drag this energy in your meditations.

you drag this energy in your affirmation practice, you drag this energy with you wherever you go. But if every now and then you lighten up, you do a little abundance dance for example, you do a little food celebration dance when you're sitting in front of a delicious meal, you are doing a little bit of a gratitude dance, or you are going into brain and heart coherence in a one-minute break

between two work sessions. These are all things that you can do in order to get into this playful energy that makes it so easy for you to play on the quantum playground. And the more you then develop this playful energy throughout the day, the more playful you are, the more fun you have in your life, and of course also with your manifestation practices, the faster your dreams will manifest.
