Today I want to share the exact formula to connect to the quantum field. And it all starts with stillness. When it comes to connecting to the quantum field, it's about you going into the realm of nothingness. The realm of space, as Dr. Joe Dispenza always says. We could also call it the realm of stillness.

Because the way for you to connect with the quantum field and to then receive what I always call direct downloads, where all kinds of ideas are flowing to you, ideas for abundance, ideas for physical healing, depending on what you want to manifest.

It's all about being still, which means you have to dedicate some time to being still. And of course, you can do that while meditating. But what you can, for example, also do, which helps me tremendously, is every day to just take a moment. It can be five minutes or ten minutes.

where you practice doing nothing. And I know this sounds a little bit oversimplistic and maybe even weird, but we live in this fast-paced world where, and please correct me if I'm wrong, where we're always on our phones, we're always doing something. I mean,

How many people are nowadays able to, no matter if you lay at the beach or if you lay down in your bed or if you lay at a park or wherever you just lay down, to just lay down, to just be?

to just relax. We are always on the phone, we're always checking something, we're always posting something. I mean, I even catch myself doing that when I have these moments of just relaxing where I just want to relax and suddenly I have my phone in my hand again and answering an email and I'm like, Sebastian, what are you doing here? You wanted to relax, you wanted to calm down, you wanted to allow yourself to be in the present moment, but we are so hyper-focused

on everything that is going on around us and then of course on these wonderful smartphones. I mean, they allow us so many amazing things nowadays. I don't say that they are bad in any shape or form. Most people who are listening to my podcast are most likely listening to them via a smartphone. So these little machines are incredibly powerful and wonderful, but they are also addictive. And that's why you have to practice just being, being still.

Being silent, just focusing on nothing. And this alone can make it easier as an exercise to then actively connect to the quantum field when you go into a meditation. And I truly believe that meditation and hypnosis are the best ways to connect to the quantum field.

So when you, for example, throughout the day, every now and then practice to just be, to just, yeah, to be nothing, to feel nothing, to just lie there for a moment or to sit there and to just be.

then it will be easier for you to then when it comes to doing a meditation no matter if it's a guided meditation or if you want to guide yourself in that meditation to then go into that space in space and again i have to quote john spencer or to simply yeah to then connect with the quantum field and when you then meditate then always start with a brain and heart coherence always start with that

I mean, I believe that brain and heart coherence is one of the most powerful, if not the most powerful techniques for your immune system, for your body, for your nervous system, for your manifestation, for everything. Because what you do when you focus your energy on your heart is

and you develop this awareness on your heart. Then in the next step, you focus your energy on your brain, where you can, for example, activate these different areas on your brain. You can focus your awareness on your forehead, then the left side of your head, the right side of your head, then the back of your head, and then the top of your head. And while you do that, you can then connect

to your head, connect to your brain, and in the next step, you then focus on your heart and in your brain at the exact same time, and then you let the energy flow up and down. And that's, of course, also something we can practice together in an individual coaching session. Creating brain and heart coherence. Always remember that your heart is your center of creation. Once you have an activated heart, that's when you have a Wi-Fi signal directly to the field, which means you can connect to the quantum field, which means you can access information from the quantum field. And that's when you can get all these direct downloads that I always talk about. These business ideas out of nowhere, these product ideas out of nowhere. It can just flow to you. It can come to you.

And if you then, after you created brain and heart coherence,

allow yourself to tune into the frequency of what you want to manifest, then of course you're sending the signal out and you then draw the experience back to you. And I truly believe in the following formula that the activated heart plus the elevated emotion leads to the frequency. So for example, if you have activated your heart and you then feel the abundance, you feel rich and wealthy, you

feel like a million bucks, then a million bucks can flow to you. It all depends on how much you immerse yourself then with your activated heart while you are actually tuning into your heart into these feelings. And of course, in the beginning, your thoughts might go haywire, they might go in a completely different direction. It will be hard for you to stay in these thoughts, to stay in these emotions, but the more you focus

on staying present in the moment. And it is a skill. I mean, in the beginning of my journey, I was barely able to meditate for five minutes because my stress hormones were so high that even that was difficult for me. But then over time, I developed this practice and this skill of staying in the quantum field for longer and longer, of staying in my meditation for longer and longer, of accessing the quantum field faster,

during the meditation. And now you might be asking yourself, how do I know that I'm accessing the quantum field? Well, here I would say if you truly feel the emotion in your heart and at the same time you lose your sense of time and space, that's when you're there. So for example, you're doing a one-hour guided meditation and then after the meditation you feel like, hey, that's just been 20 minutes or hey, that's just been five minutes.

And also when you're then in a meditation and you really feel your heart vibrating and you feel that emotion of your future, that's when you know that you're there. And then when you follow these steps to connect to the quantum field, remember to stay open, but to not chase the signs and synchronicities. And here's what I mean by that.

Yes, you want to practice listening to your intuition, these feelings, these insights, these ideas that the universe provides you with.

Because the quantum field communicates through these intuitive channels, through the signs, through the synchronicities, through the serendipities, but at the same time to not chase them. And this is a trap that so many people fall into on this journey of manifesting their dreams, which is that they are hyper-focused, and I really mean hyper hyper-focused,

just like Scooter, this German band, if you know it, "Hypa, hypa!" Oh, anyway, that was a weird example. But when it comes to you connecting to the quantum field, you want to be open

Two, sign synchronicities and serendipities, but you don't want to be hyper-focused on where are they? Are they there? Will I get a sign today? I haven't gotten a sign in two weeks. Oh my God. And this is something where many of my clients in the beginning get stuck, which I always have to remind them to go with the flow because I often have clients who after one week in the Abundance Realitative Coaching Program then say to me, I didn't receive any signs. Where are my signs? I'm looking for the signs. I'm like, calm.

Calm down. Things can take a while. The signs will come to you when you're ready for them. But you're only ready for them if you don't chase them. It's kind of like...

you acting needy on a date, for example. I mean, have you ever been in a situation where you really like somebody and you then chase them and you're like really needy and that person loses attraction for you? The same happens in a sense to the quantum field. If you're too needy, then you're not in the energy of being already fulfilled.

Because always remember, the only way for you to manifest something, no matter if you want to manifest money, if you want to manifest love, if you want to manifest a certain experience, if you want to manifest physical healing, no matter what it is, the only way for you to manifest it is when you right now, in the moment, already feel as if you already have it.

Which means you are no longer dependent, emotionally speaking, on your physical reality changing. But you can actually change your emotional state in a way where it feels as if you already have your desired physical reality. So what signal do you send out into the field

when you are chasing the signs and you're like: "Oh my god, I still didn't get a resign, nothing changed, oh my god, nothing in my physical reality changed", because then, yes, you send the signal out into the field: "Universe, make sure that nothing in my physical reality changes", because that's the energy from which you're operating from. And that's of course not what you want, but that's exactly what you do in this situation.

And that's why it's way better to stay open to signs and synchronicities, to become aware of these signs and these synchronicities, but to not chase them. Because when you're chasing them, and when you are constantly worried about, I didn't receive a sign yet, where are my signs, why didn't anything change yet?

then you are still trapped in the old self, and then you're sending the signal out into the field over and over again. Please, universe, make sure that nothing changes for me. And that's, of course, not what you want. So remember, it's about you connecting to the quantum field, you allowing the quantum field to give you the signs and synchronicities by staying in the thoughts, staying in the beliefs, staying.

in the emotions of that potential that you want to manifest. And that's when the signs and synchronicities and serendipities for this specific potential can and will flow to you. And that's what I wanted to share with you today. And of course,
