Let's have a look at some daily habits that help you to manifest financial abundance. And it all starts with gratitude, because gratitude is the ultimate state of receivership. And every time that you
you look at any confirmation in your life that already shows you that you are abundant, use this opportunity. And I know for a fact that you, because well, in this case, you're most likely just like me in the beginning, you allow so many opportunities for being grateful, for creating this feeling of gratitude within you.
You just let them slide, you let them float away without ever appreciating what you already have. And now you might be saying, Sebastian, you don't know what you're talking about. I am struggling financially. I don't have enough money. I am limited because... And then you make up all these excuses why you're not abundant.
But I want you to remember that just like I in the beginning of my healing journey, I was developing gratitude for the only thing I was able to digest back then, which was sweet potatoes and potatoes. And I was forcing myself, literally forcing myself to feel grateful for what I had in my life, even though back then I was broke, I was bedridden, I was in constant pain and so much pain that when I put my pants on, my boxer shorts on, I was screaming and
And if I can find gratitude in that, then you can find gratitude as well. I know you can. I mean, of course, I don't know your personal situation. I would love to at some point get to know you personally in a coaching session, or maybe at some point you even decide to join my eight-week coaching program. But remember that the more confirmation you can find in your physical reality to feel abundant, to feel wealthy, to feel rich,
the easier it will be for you to, well, attract more wealth and more abundance. Even if it is that you are grateful that you can buy the sandwich in the supermarket, even though you want to go to the restaurant and eat the lobster.
But try to feel gratitude for the sandwich before you can then have the money and attract the money that allows you to buy the lobster. Allow yourself to feel that feeling of gratitude. Allow yourself, even though it might sound illogical, even though other people would look at you and say, are you crazy? I mean, imagine if back then I had told my friends that
that I'm so grateful that I can eat these potatoes even though it was the only thing that I was able to eat. They would have looked at me and said: "Dude, are you freaking crazy? What is wrong with you? You are struggling. Wake the f up!" That's what they would have done. Well, and that's also why I kept the whole thing a secret.
In fact, most of my friends still don't know what I went through back then, because I wanted to isolate myself in a way where I could focus inwards, where I could allow myself to do these things that other people would have talked me out of, that other people who are not believing in manifesting would have then realized.
Yeah, would have said to me, you're crazy. What are you doing? And maybe I would have believed them and I would have never healed my body. I would have never become abundant and you would not be able to listen to this episode right now. So find things to be grateful for. Do you have running water? Be grateful for it. Write down an affirmation. I am so abundant.
because I have food in my fridge. I am so abundant because I'm living actually in an apartment. You are not homeless right now. And you can even write down, I'm so abundant because I have this electronic device that allows me to listen to this German dude with his Arnold Schwarzenegger accent. You can also write that down. And I really mean this, even though, of course, I always, well, I always make my jokes here and there, but I really, really mean this. One of the best habits that you can take is to write down beliefs, right?
That are making you feel step by step more abundant that remind you that you are already abundant. And I know it is, of course, so much easier when you already are abundant to a certain extent. I mean, nowadays, when I write down, I am so abundant because I already have $500,000. Yes, of course, it's easier than it was back then. I don't want to deny it.
But I also did that back then. And the only reason why I was able to now live this reality and enjoy this reality of even more abundance, way more abundance than back then I could have possibly imagined is because I literally wrote down back then and reminded myself that I am able to buy this sandwich. I am able to buy this water bottle. I am so abundant. I'm so rich and wealthy. I did that. And now I'm rediscovering it again. And it's
Yeah, it's beautiful to know that I want to reach the next stage to use the same type of affirmations, the same type of gratitude exercise.
And to actually see the difference, to now look back at this time when I was barely making $1,000 a month, where I did exactly that, and to now look at my income and say, my God, I mean, this is just crazy in the best possible way. But that's something that you can do. And you can even combine it with mirror work. That's also a great habit. You can look into the mirror and then speak to yourself and speak yourself into a state of abundance.
And I know that in the beginning, especially when you're not that abundant yet, it might sound crazy in the beginning. You might want to say, oh, Sebastian, I feel delusional. Come on, buying a sandwich. Yes, so many people in this world don't have the abundance to do that. You have it. You can find ways to feel more abundant.
feel more rich and wealthy, feel more in love with life. I mean, to give you an example, I had one client who actually allowed me to share this with you. And always keep in mind, I only share stories of clients who
when they specifically and explicitly tell me that it's okay for me to share them and when they encourage me to share them. And this client was living in a really bad neighborhood. And this neighborhood was so bad that the neighbors were always fighting and he had trouble sleeping because, well, if they're fighting at night, you just can't sleep that well. Makes sense, right?
And we then figured out ways to, in the beginning, to be grateful for the fact that he has a level of consciousness and therefore more abundance in their life than the neighbors who were constantly fighting because he was not fighting. And again, from a logical perspective, this doesn't seem as something that you should be grateful for because the neighbors are still fighting, but it led him on a journey of abundance, which then very fast allowed to him moving to a different apartment in a better neighborhood.
All because he found something to be grateful for in this shitty situation he was in.
And you can do the same, which leads me to the next point. And that goes hand in hand with self-concept and the creation of your self-concept. And this is something that we work on in greater detail, in fact, in way greater detail in week number three of my Abundance Reality Shift coaching program. But for now, I invite you to ask yourself, what actions, what daily habits would my Abundant Self take?
What things would my abundant self do? What places would my abundant self go to? Because if, for example, and I'm going to speak now from my own experience, if you want to be truly abundant, most likely you also want to be healthy. Most likely you don't want to be bedridden. Most likely you don't want to be sick. So what I said to myself was, my abundant self is in shape.
Period. My abundant self does not eat junk food. Period. My abundant self eats healthy. Period.
And of course, that doesn't mean that every now and then I don't enjoy a chocolate cake or that every now and then I don't enjoy some chicken nuggets or something. It's not about being such a control freak about it that you then create organic stress while you enjoy an organic meal. But overall, I live a very healthy lifestyle and I eat a healthy diet.
And that's just a core value that I wanted to have and a behavior, a daily habit that I wanted to take. Every morning, for example, you don't have to copy me here, but just to give you an example, every morning I start my day with a breakfast that consists of oatmeal with nuts and with a vegan protein shake. For me, it just works. That doesn't mean that you have to eat the same diet, but that's for me something that my abundant self would eat.
my abundant self would not eat five triple whoppers in the morning and then lie in bed and then slurp on a Coca-Cola or something. That's not what my abundant self would do. For you, it might be something different. I mean...
Who knows? Maybe you're like Warren Buffett. He eats McDonald's all the time, so maybe you want to do that. But what is, I mean, he in this case might be a little bit special. But when it comes to your abundant self, what would you do? What habits would you do? What daily habits would you, yeah, would you enjoy? Would you immerse yourself into? For example, my abundant self is in shape. I work out, yeah, almost every day.
I do yoga, I for example love the Diamond Dallas Page yoga, and no, I'm not sponsored by him even though maybe at some point I should be because I really love his stuff.
And I also go swimming, and I take walks, and I go to the gym. I do all these things because I say to myself, healthy body, healthy mind. Healthy mind, good ideas. Healthy mind, better meditations. Better meditations, more abundance. That's basically the train of thought you could follow, or let's say that I'm following. So what rituals, what daily habits would you abundance self
do. And again, that doesn't mean that you have to choose the exact same ones that I'm choosing. You might choose completely different ones, and that is okay. But one thing that my abundant self always does and that I would always recommend is to start the day with affirmations and a meditation. Nothing can go wrong when you start your day with an affirmation and with a meditation.
And then you might also want to schedule some time throughout the day. It can be a minute here, two minutes there, three minutes there, one minute here again, to just remind yourself to continue to live as the abundant self, to just remind yourself to continue to be the abundant self, to just remind yourself that you are now in this reality, to remind yourself that you are
already abundant. And you can then again ask yourself: What would my abundant self in this moment do? How would my abundant self in this situation react? What kind of choice would my abundant self make? And then you can make these choices. And this can lead you on a journey of manifesting more and more abundance, because then you truly become it. You become the abundance you want to manifest.
