This is the energy that makes large sums of money flow to you. And there is one sentence when it comes to the energy of money that stuck in my brain because my spiritual mentor rammed it in my brain over and over again until I finally accepted, yes, there is some truth behind it. And that's the following sentence, money is energy and energy wants to flow.

And when it comes to this sentence, in the beginning I was like, yeah, money is energy and energy wants to flow, but...

I don't want to let my money flow out, I mean I just got a little bit of money now, I just manifested a little bit of money, please don't take my money away!" That was my kind of mindset back then, until my spiritual mentor said it again and again and again, and at some point I was like: "Okay, I let a little bit of money flow out." And this leads me to an important point, which is generosity. And

And there are different levels of generosity. And of course, there are also different ways of being generous.

And what I mean by that is that, yes, it is important to have a good flow of money when it comes to money flowing in. But it also signals to the universe that you are ready to receive more when you're letting money flow out by, for example, investing in yourself or by treating yourself to a good spa treatment. And now you might be saying, yeah, but that's not really generous. It is. It is generous to yourself. Generosity can also be aimed at yourself. That's something that most people forget.

Because if you, for example, are in this energy where you can only be generous to others, but as soon as you would buy yourself something you feel like crap, then of course you're not doing yourself a favor because that's not the abundant energy from which you want to create.

The abundant energy from which you want to create is an energy that is comfortable with money flowing in and money flowing out, that is comfortable with you also upping your lifestyle a little bit the more you make. And again, that doesn't mean you have to keep up with the Joneses and you have to do it in this extreme way of lifestyle inflation. I mean, I still have a very high savings rate. I'm not spending all my money. But of course, I'm now spending more money than I used to when I was broke.

And this generosity goes to myself, for example, with nice restaurants, with business class flights. It also goes to my girlfriend, for example, with nice restaurants and business class flights. It also goes to the people who support me and who work for me, where I then send payments to them. It also goes to people randomly who I meet and who I'm generous to. It goes to all kinds of people, but also myself. So remember the energy of

of money that wants to flow, wants to flow to yourself and also to others. But if you are doing what Scrooge McDuck is doing, then you're restricting your flow of money. That doesn't mean that you can't save a substantial amount of money with this principle, don't get me wrong. I mean, a lot of people have achieved amazing things working really hard and sacrificing and suffering by going the matter-to-matter route where they work overtime until they end up in the hospital.

However, if you want money to come to you with ease in a flow state, then it's a way better idea to create from the energy of I let money flow in, but I also let money flow out. Again, that doesn't mean that you have to let more money flow out than money flows in, but by you being comfortable with letting go of a little bit of money, that can go a long way. That's why I, for example, I always increased my charity contributions.

I increased my restaurant spending, I increased my spending in general, but also what I give to others, as I just said, the more money I made. Again, that doesn't mean lifestyle inflation, keeping up with the Joneses, that you then put yourself in a situation where you again feel lack and scarcity. That's not what I mean. But by simply treating yourself to nice things every now and then, and then also by helping others. But there's more to it, and that's to speak the language of wealth.

Because you have to think about it in this way. Money is your dance partner and you want to whisper in money's ears what money wants to hear so that money follows your moves on the dance floor. And if you constantly say, I can't afford it and oh my God, it's too expensive. I mean, this is actually a sentence that I completely deleted

from my vocabulary. Not "this is too expensive", but "this is expensive". I try to see nothing as expensive.

Because a lot of people, when I talk to them about business class flights or really nice restaurants, they say, oh my god, it's so expensive. But by you saying it is so expensive, you are basically saying to the universe, oh my god, this is outside of my comfort zone. And then the universe says, okay, if it's outside of your comfort zone, then I guess we don't have to provide you with the money for it because, well, it's outside of your comfort zone. But if you simply say, okay, that's the price tag, all

Alright, that's a completely different attitude. I nowadays, I'm very careful about that. And that's why I really want to hammer down on this point a little bit. I'm really careful about not labeling anything expensive, because what is expensive completely changes with your money consciousness. And I know that from my own experience. I mean, I remember...

that once I started making more than $10,000 a month, suddenly a business class upgrade for a really long flight from Europe to Asia, for example, which cost only, and nowadays I say only, 1,000 euros more per flight. I mean, when I was making $1,000 a month, for me, the idea of ever flying business class was way too expensive. I even remember when I

went to a subreddit back then where people talking about it. I remember how in this kind of ego-based way I said back then: "I mean, who is so stupid and spends that money on a flight? I mean, on just a couple of hours? That is so stupid. That's ridiculous. If I would ever have this money, I would never do that."

And boom-bada-boom, once I had the money, I was like, "Oh yeah, that's affordable." So what you consider expensive and what you consider affordable will change with your money consciousness. And the more you change your money consciousness, the more this will change. And that's why before you actually change your money consciousness, or let's say before the impact of your money consciousness change is visible in your physical reality,

Make sure that you observe your speech, your speech patterns, the way you talk about money. If you say, that's so expensive, oh my god, that's so expensive, then yeah, of course it will stay expensive for you, but if it's affordable for you, then it will become affordable for you.

And oh, this is something that I wanted to mention before when it comes to also letting money flow. Remember to observe, now that we're already talking about observing your speech, observe your feelings and observe your thoughts while you're giving money. Because sometimes there are certain blocks that you might not even be aware of. I mean, I had clients, for example...

who've been raised in extremely religious households, which is not necessarily bad. But in this case, the person was raised in a church where basically it was considered bad to give to anyone else but the church, which is kind of a brilliant marketing strategy, to be honest, because then people, of course, only gave to the church. So from the church, it was brilliant marketing, but it was not really beneficial in the abundance journey. So in this case, to really observe your feelings, how do you feel when you give?

And again I want to make that clear, you don't have to overspend. In the beginning if you for example want to start with charity contributions or with giving, do just very small things, give one dollar more for a tip in a restaurant than you usually do.

or give 1% of your income to charity. It doesn't have to be a lot. Just get used to the idea that letting money flow out is actually a good thing for you. And then of course, embody wealth. Embody wealth because then you project this energy, which again goes back into being generous. It goes also into being calm and relaxed because somebody who's truly wealthy is most likely not stressed all the time because of money, or at least

he or she shouldn't be stressed all the time because of money. And yes, you can even get romantic. You can write a love letter to money in which you express your gratitude for money. You can create an intimate, open relationship with money. I mean, not an open relationship in this way, if you know what I mean. But yeah, anyway, you can create a relationship with money. That's why I always say I love money. And one of the most...

powerful ways to find out if you're already ready for abundance or not, or if you are still experiencing a lot of money blocks, is the following exercise: Ask yourself:

If you were right now around three or four people you know, three or four good friends or family members, how comfortable on a scale of 1 to 10 would you be to say to them, I love money? If you're still not comfortable saying this, then you have some money blocks. I guarantee you that. This is the simplest test ever.

Because somebody who's truly abundant and who's ready to express this abundance and ready to embody it would simply very confidently say, yes, I love money. And this person would also try to be grateful for the smallest amount of money that they receive.

And this is also a trap that so many creators fall into, is that when they achieve a certain milestone, even though it might just be a very small milestone or just a fraction of a milestone, they then still look at the big goal that they have and they say, oh, you know, nothing is changing. But every dollar you make more is a sign of abundance. I mean,

Up until this day, I celebrate every small sale, even if it's just a $19 sale, or even if it's just, yeah, a very small amount of money that I receive from somebody. I always celebrate it. Every dollar bill I look at, I see it as a confirmation for my abundance. And that's the way to do it, because if you only look at the...

big picture. Because if you only look at that goal, these 10,000 or 20,000 a month, and you're not grateful for the money that you receive now, then you're not entering a state of gratitude. And there is even the German saying for that, which basically says,

who doesn't value the penny doesn't deserve the dollar. I don't know if in the English language is something similar, but this makes sense. Because when you then shift your money consciousness and you achieve higher and higher income levels and more opportunities flowing to you, celebrate every small progress,

I don't care if you say to yourself, I make $5,000 a month and then you go from $2,000 to $3,000. That's not a reason to feel sad for yourself and to look at the $5,000 and to say, oh, I'm still not there. That's a reason for you to celebrate now that you actually went from $2,000 to $3,000 a month because then the $5,000 a month can come to you. And that's

how you feel yourself every day into abundance. That's how you then develop this mindset and also this feeling of generosity. And that's how you align yourself with the frequency of money.
