What if I told you that I took Neville Goddard's "State Akin to Sleep", changed the recipe a bit, and turned it into one of the most powerful manifestation techniques that I've ever used? I call it: "The Blessed State Akin to Sleep with a Beaming Heart".

And after never really getting anywhere with Neville Goddard's suds, I now have cracked the code to make them work better and faster, and on top of that, my sleep improved. And that's why in today's episode, I reveal the powerful three-step process of the blessed akin to sleep with a beaming heart,

my personal SATS nighttime routine that I used every night for the past 30 days, the number one mistake that keeps thousands of people awake when they do SATS and how to avoid it, and what has changed in my life in the last 30 days since I'm following this brand new manifestation routine. And keep in mind that this manifestation routine only works if you follow each step as I describe in this episode.

If you miss only one step, you might not achieve the results that you want. And oh, in case you have no clue what SATs are: SATs stands for "State Akin to Sleep". It's a manifestation technique that you use when you are already lying on your pillow, all comfortable and snuggly and cuddly, and then you picture yourself in the state of the wish fulfilled and don't forget to feel it.

And now that you know that Neville Goddard's suds have nothing to do with the sud at an American university, or does it, we can now jump right into it.

Because now I want to share a quick story about how I came up with this advanced way of doing SATs. And it all happened in the year 1967 on a rainy afternoon. No, of course not. It actually happened a couple of days ago. I had trouble concentrating when I tried to do SATs. And also because I stayed up way too late filming a YouTube video and that's when I had an epiphany.

That was the birth of the blessed state akin to sleep with a beaming heart. And yes, it was kind of like in Lion King where...

They were singing "Aaaah, Sambhenja!" That's how I was feeling when this last state akin to sleep with a beaming heart was born. Okay, maybe it wasn't that dramatic, but I then had this realization that I always sleep better when I do brain and heart coherence before going to bed. It calms my nervous system, it relaxes my mind, and it relaxes my body. And then I asked myself: Isn't that the perfect state for SATs?

And it was as if a light bulb went on in my head and my brain said: "Yup, finally he's using me, it's been a while!" And I then went into brain and heart coherence in a beautiful 15 minute meditation and then I went back into the state akin to sleep and now it was so easy for me to feel the feeling of the wish fulfilled. And here is the lesson: Activate your heart before you practice your sets.

And in week number four of the Abundance Reality Shift coaching program, we will practice opening your heart and creating brain and heart coherence. And what do we do next? Well, now there is one thing that you absolutely must know with 100% certainty before you go into sets, and it's this: When I tried sets for the first time, I was lying awake for an hour, and it actually stopped me from manifesting. And it stopped me from falling asleep, because I was angry at Neville Goddard for not letting me sleep.

I felt like, how dare you, Neville Goddard, to keep me awake with your weird technique, and that's when I realized my mistake. I was all over the place. I wasn't specifically focused on one single and simple manifestation goal. Instead,

I had went through a whole list in no particular order I shall add of all the things I want to manifest, because hey, better include everything before I start snoring until the birds fall from the tree, right? That was my idea back then. And the solution was very simple.

Focus on only one specific manifestation. The next day you can then use another one, but avoid multiple manifestations in one such session, at least if you're like me. Maybe you can pull it off, but you don't want to enter a state of confusion of the highest order right before you go to bed, where you then go from one potential to the other one, then to the next one, and you're just feeling completely overwhelmed and you can't focus on anything.

I personally, I like to whisper a specific affirmation, for example: "I am thankful that I'm manifesting $30,000 each month" to myself.

You don't have to speak it out loud, but for me, whispering works really well. And once you have then stated this specific affirmation, and you have seen yourself living from the end by picturing yourself living the life of your fulfilled manifestation, then you can reaffirm your abundant state with more general affirmations, such as, I am abundant, I am wealthy, I am rich.

Just make sure that you avoid the following crucial mistake: Imagine for a moment that you sit in your dream car. Maybe it's a Porsche, and yes, in German we call it Porsche and not Porsche, just for your information, but maybe it's a Ferrari. Maybe it's whatever it might be, maybe it's a Cybertruck, even though I find these cars really weird, but anyway.

Everybody has their own preference. So how does it feel to put the pedal to the metal? Isn't it relaxing? Isn't it peaceful? Isn't it so serene? Or is it more like this? Oh yeah, I'm in this car and woohoo, I'm shifting to another gear and oh my god, this is so amazing, this is so exciting!

And now I invite you to fall asleep. Of course, that won't work. And I know this not just because, well, it's a very logical thought, but also because one of my amazing clients who completed my 8-week Abundance Reality Shift coaching program, which you can, by the way, find out more about by clicking on the first link in the description, made this exact experience.

The good news is he actually ended up manifesting the money to buy his dream car. But the bad news is the first time he tried SATS he was lying awake all night because the manifestation and the picture he chose was way too exciting and well, not in alignment with "I'm ready to snuggle in my pillow and fall asleep peacefully". So make sure that you choose images

for your imaginal act that are calming, serene and relaxing. And these images can differ from the images that you use during a very active "my body is shaking and I cry tears of joy" kind of meditation. So for example during sets you can actually imagine owning that dream car, but in this situation you might want to see yourself

standing next to that dream car, looking at it, admiring it, or for example relaxing after a long drive and just looking at it. This is a way more relaxed way of visualizing your dream car than driving it and going 180 km/h on the Autobahn. So think about it this way:

And if you ignore this next step, the whole concept will break apart, because one thing I learned on my manifestation journey is that nothing, and I mean nothing is more powerful than feeling blessed by life, blessed by the universe and grateful for this moment. And that's why I absolutely love to repeat out loud: I am blessed. Over and over again. After I followed the previous step of my Satz Protocol.

And I personally like to do that really intensely in this, yeah, you can say in my personal prayer pose or blessing pose, I feel blessed by life pose, where I put my hands together as if I'm praying. You could also call it the Johnny Depp greeting style. And I then, every now and then, when I go really deep into the emotions, I tear up and I get really emotional and thankful while I'm doing my sats. And yeah, no matter if I am thankful or I am grateful resonates more with

you, then I am blessed. Just try it out, because for me it always helps me to fall asleep in this state of the wish fulfilled and to even dream about my manifestation turning into reality. And I've been doing this for the last days and since then I have more money generating ideas than I can possibly write down, my income went up and on top of that I sleep so much better.
