Today I want to share a principle with you that in my opinion is equally important for bodybuilding as it is for manifesting. And in case you have no idea what shocking the muscle means, then you have to, after listening to this episode, go to YouTube and type into the YouTube search bar Arnold Schwarzenegger shocking the muscle, where he talks about how in order to gain size you need to every now and then shock the muscle, because your muscles when you go to the gym expand.
expect that if you always start with bench press and always with the same weight that you'd continue to do that and then of course the muscle can grow because there's no shock effect.
And that's why every now and then you have to switch up the reps, switch up the exercises in order to shock the muscle, as Arnold Schwarzenegger says it. And the same principle can be applied to manifesting, because what you want to avoid is that manifesting and using manifestation techniques in order to draw your desired reality to you,
becomes this boring habitual routine where you wake up in the morning and you're like, oh god, another meditation. I've done this meditation now 10,000 times and
Oh yeah, okay, here we go again. And then you continue with your affirmations and you say to yourself, oh god, I repeated this sentence now for the last three weeks for all the time and I just can't take it anymore. I don't want to do it anymore. I'm so rich and wealthy. I am so rich and wealthy. When will this finally end?
That's of course not the goal of manifesting and always remember that your manifestation techniques are just tools. They are tools for you to change. And in the end what you have to do in order to manifest your desired reality is to become as Neville Goddard always describes in the becoming process by claiming the I am. I am wealthy, I am abundant, I am abundance.
to then become that which you want to manifest. And this is only possible if the becoming process to, well, then which eventually leads to you becoming that which you want to be and which you want to manifest, if it's fun, if it's playful, if you actually enjoy this process, if you are
meditating in a way where you're half asleep. I mean, don't get me wrong, sometimes it's good to be half asleep, but to then still focus on the images and on the feelings, but you're just going through the motions, then you are not using these tools, which again, manifestation techniques are nothing but tools to help you to change.

I don't want you to then say, okay, from now on, I will only watch horror movies. And then you shock your mind and you go, ah, no, of course not. You don't want to watch what you don't want to live. Always remember this principle from Dr. Joe Dispenza.
But if you instead, every now and then mix it up by, for example, saying you're practicing a different meditation today, or by reverse engineering your process and saying today, I'm going to start with affirmations, and then I'm going to continue with the meditation in case before you were always doing the meditation first and then the affirmations. Or you, for example, say to yourself, you know, today, I'm going to practice something different. Today, I'm going to
change my meditation style into a walking meditation. I'm going to take a relaxing walk, listen to the same meditation while I'm walking with my eyes open and I practice that. How does that feel? How does that allow me to really immerse myself into the future I want to create? Because that's something that makes things fun and playful and it makes things different and you then push yourself out of
this habitual routine. And I mean, that's something that I mentioned also in previous episodes, but I think here it's important to mention it again. If you mix it up, if you keep it interesting, that's how you avoid that your mind makes up all these excuses such as, ah, you know, manifesting is boring, you can do it tomorrow again, ah, forget about it, nah, you don't have to meditate now, oh, your affirmations, come on, it's just too boring. Because you don't want to stop yourself from growing. In the same way as not shocking your muscles, at least according to Arnold Schwarzenegger,
And I made the same experience while actively going to the gym, to be honest. In the same way as not shocking your muscles and doing the same weights all the time, the same routine, the same exercises will not lead to more or at least not to significantly more muscle growth. You always doing the same meditation in the same way with the same affirmations can at least lead to stagnant growth.
It doesn't have to be this way. I mean, there are, for example, certain Joe Dispenza meditations, I can name the Synchronizing Your Energy to Abundance, that I can do every day and I feel freaking awesome while I do it because it just resonates with me. But then there are other meditations, such as his Tuning into New Potentials meditations, that I do every now and then because if I do it every day, it gets boring.
and I also mix it up every now and then. I do a walking meditation, then I do a sitting meditation, I mix things up, I allow myself this growth opportunity, which it is. It is a growth opportunity by introducing playfulness, by introducing variety in your manifestation process.
