Tommy started out in door to door sales and instead of blowing money on liabilities, he invested his money into assets. Tommy looked at every opportunity he had to use his money to make him more money. He and his wife moved numerous times to buy properties for a little money down as possible that would give them the highest return. Tommy started partnering to leverage OPM (other people’s money) to increase the rate of returns for himself and his partners. He also did a syndication with a partner without having any prior knowledge but knew they could figure it out. Tommy’s also involved in venture capital investments with startups.
