Hey friend! Are you feeling overwhelmed even after decluttering your home?

Let’s dive into how personal organization can truly streamline your days and skyrocket your productivity.

If you’ve been decluttering but still feel unproductive, today we’re tackling why decluttering alone hasn’t improved your productivity and the five steps to reset your week from a personal organization standpoint.

Grab your pen and paper, and let’s walk through the five steps to overhaul your personal organization and streamline your week:

-

Simplify and Conduct a Time Audit: Know where your time goes so you can direct it purposefully. Conduct a time audit to understand your time usage, helping you plan your schedule around your core values.

-

Focus on Core Needs: Address your core needs—clothing, shelter, and meal planning—to build a solid foundation. Declutter your wardrobe until every outfit is comfortable, incorporate budgeting into your weekly reset, and plan meals based on what’s in your pantry and freezer.

-

Plan and Schedule: Plan your weekly commitments, create time blocks, and ensure you have scheduled rest periods. This organization will save you time and stress throughout the week.

-

Weekly Reset Walkthrough:

  • Commitments: Plan your time blocks in your calendar.

  • Meal Planning: Check your pantry and freezer, plan your meals, and schedule batch cooking.

  • Budgeting: Create your weekly budget considering groceries, bills, activities, and buffer expenses.

  • Clothing: Declutter your wardrobe and choose outfits for the week based on your calendar and weather.

  • Must-Do’s: Identify top priorities for home and business, ensuring unnecessary tasks are delayed or deleted.

Implement and Reflect: Use your time audit and weekly reset to plan your schedule based on your core values and needs, streamlining your life for better productivity.

I pray this episode blesses you!
