In this episode Jake and Andrew discuss a potential BRRRR opportunity that also happens to be one of Jake's listings just outside of Kingston Ontario. The defining feature of this deal is it's potential cash flow if the units are turned over. There are 24 units in total and most still need to be turned over. With that said, current rents on the un-renovated units are around $650/month when market rent appears to be more than triple that amount.
