In this episode Andrew and Jacob Campagnaro discuss the May guideline changes to the MLI Select program. On the positive side, the program has not been scrapped the program but the fees are up and so are the factored in expenses. There are key differentiations between concrete building and wood frame buildings. Jacob's takeaway was that the new guidelines were very fair.
