Still going strong for National Small Business Week. Today I am talking about the benefits of treating your business like a franchise. This is near and dear to my heart and I find it very interesting. Over the years of working with franchise systems I've noticed, across the board, some things that all good franchises do. You don't have to turn your business into a franchise to succeed but if you think like a franchise owner I believe you have better chance at success.
