Episode is a senate around the schools career day, and Jason and bg popped in later in the show to tell jAiling he's late for practice. It's just as picture alone is pretty fucking good. When did you go tape this?

How man? And I think IT was at the end of a day, and the recording a main look lies. We're trying to get the practices at like them.

And I think this is like maybe like a friday after, like one of the first friday or maybe I can member nice, but um yeah, he was super easy. They was all set IT up upstairs in the room that we usually do the draft out of then have many line. So that made a nice and .

is right right now was IT as fun as always. Sunny?

No, always this was like a zoom, like i'm not in person. Always he was in person in think to see everybody know you to see the set. However, thing was done. So that was probably a more fun experience I love with this show represents and anything that chance like on public .

schools and you did between .

the teachers.

the is pretty special. Kito does a fantastic job as does the whole crew over there in about elevatory. So um I was onod that they asked us to be a part of IT for sure.

Lets go bark from .

user down disease to page. The athletic article by Justin Williams was a ilaria. We need more stories about the college house.

What is your favourite story from sharing a room in college? Um yeah, the athletic had a great fucking article. They interviewed a lot of our college teammates most what mean what college foobar player is?

If you're not, you just doing college wrong? Um thoughts on the article. Did you guys know your former roommates were being interviewed for IT? Um yes, I did. No I I got asked by a few guys um if he was cool i'm just like you can do is always good. I was like completely trust all of them mission I made sure to tell them don't hold back like tell all the good stories and sure enough they they mention how really good ones like zx, mom walk on me fired up the garage before one of the games absolutely te hilarious um and that's that's I was live in back then what were your thoughts on to do?

I was good did you do you .

reit read IT right?

I didn't IT I thought was awesome. It's cool. Hearing from former t made together.

we is the best.

That house is so special. I mean, about the chips and houses had through between me.

you, Derek wolf and IT is hardwork hardwork not a parties and .

fun we had those were that may not get much Better than the times that hole sure you in line and um cash .

what is what's wonderful that that wasn't shared though I feel like a lot of them we're pretty good that had you a punch a hole in the wall.

Here's a one with crack part manner where you know exactly what i'm talking about.

Our entire living room was out in the front.

Well, if you just decide to become a furniture mover at some point and then decided to start doing the people's elbow on crack, palmer on a mattress, I don't even know how to describe IT like where you can .

describe can ah you can refer them .

like we and I was in but I don't think i've ever laughed harder.

You have IT I came out because you are you in fucker in zc were in the tears like to the point where you couldn't breathe like I was like to if they laugh any harder.

they are going to fucking and explode.

Like what was what's a good one from their man? Fuck is so many man. We talked about the hot sales. We talked about fuck and just how we had a bigger trash can like a IT was IT was a filthy, but so fucked in so much fucked in fun house men. And in this memories I just remember the the Davis family, oh, owning the home, and the fact that evan had to patch up all the house, maybe reduce some floors and some doors and some windows by the time we were out of there. So shut out to have volt oran.

is that column and try not to gale in the duke. great. Davis, for a man, right? Dae, yeah. Do one of the .

best families that i've ever fucking becoming counter with men. No, just the absolute best man to the Davis. I wish we had more stories, but you haven't. If you already read the article, you noticed that we were pretty fucking shift the entire time. So not a lot of memories really come to my mind.

Yeah.

but we could probably talk about a few. There were a lot of great story in the article. Should we play a quick game of um confirm or deny with some of the ones that were mentioned?

I mean, they can confirm all of them.

Now nobody made .

up a story. Yeah good.

Um during a house party Jason was a little initiated and ripped a sink out of the wall or that was at the house that .

was a previous football yeah and travels and even there because this my work year a bunch of the older guys had a house and house of freshman and at some point, um are you try to use a thing to get up and IT started falling out the wall and then before I knew that the whole thing was in my hands and water is even spread all over the place.

And heroica nakano, who also buy the chanter rooky that the room of the guys live in in the house he wanted to kill me. And as a as a seven degree black belt in judea, or whatever martial art at him and his family did, IT was something I was not too fired up about. But yeah, that was that was a fun one. Pressure.

not happy also, Jason once, uh, he confirmed that when Jason once filled a water bottle with James, said around the patrice day and drink IT during a spring practice.

he didn't just I also gave a speech before practice.

After that was after practice. I remember if you were fucking hammer when you did the practice when you did.

just remember made us part just on same pad day. Why are we not getting same patch day off? This should be there is no way we should have .

to come to pressure.

I so mad, no reason. And troy timely, I think retrospectively, I think, prime sense that we buy something tracks and you have fun. But at the time I IT makes us to, I decided to take matters .

in my own hand. So jon, point a audio game risk bands like the livestrong risk es gaa made one. He put IT around the special water bottle that had jams in in IT and he didn't .

put ice in the ladies and gentleman .

this was hot as balls in fuck in sensor. I spring practice and um cheer enough we're all getting cked out by Jason trying to come hydrated us now giving us a battler Jameson had Jason at that um was not the surprised you were hoping for IT but I mean made for a good memory in Jason speech after that after that practice was one everyone will remember about how Jason san cestre came over to amErica .

is a very same at day speech yes .

IT was that was exactly what we need IT so we can confirm that one I once stripped during a charity fashion show. I actually deny this one because by the time I got to this part of the ah of my so I didn't do the chief army, the chief I didn't do the bearcats women's one or one day until I was like a junior senior so this was you they stopped doing the fashion show by the time I went.

By the time I was a part of IT.

this was one thousand percent. You, I did not strip. I remember that I remember this happened. You remember this time because you were a part of IT.

You are the one .

in the one in the fuck jacker.

This was not chance. This was you.

It's not me whatever they got to confirm .

because I know for a fact you did this at one point if you don't remember doing .

no so you don't remember getting on stage with hn global and being and nothing but you're underwear no.

I didn't do that.

They switched from a fashion show to IT might not have been .

a fashion show, but whatever IT is you strip down and remember this happening. This is so false. Nobody wanted see me trip down.

That's really just stuff is i've never magic might anything like this? We had a giant outdoor garbage can sitting in the middle of the living room stacked with pizzo xi. This is, I mean, this IT was more than pizza xing.

IT was everything you name IT. I cans, pizza, beer, leftovers. And we didn't have a lid and just stunk up the entire fucking place is.

And IT was exactly useful. IT was useful. IT was exactly what we needed because we are about to filthy animals.

And the trash was a was filed, and I was just piled up. So what Better than to put a huge outdoors garbage can in the living room? Is everybody.

yeah, confirm travel, missed his light for what we are to know? That's true for the universities in graduation. That happened way after the fact. But yes, that is in fact a true statement.

Yeah, can I got a convert now when I was, was a mess. D about my my behalf. And thanks for the diplomat. Either way.

thank you. I guess that doesn't for no one questions brought you by buffalo wild wings. Let's go. Sports bar .

gusting. I fucked up the clap because you sound is so disgusting. All right, now let's get to the main event, Jason bollen, Chris long, take you away, baby.

The little season is in full swing, and that's why we need to tell you about our special hook up for today.

sponsor seek. And we have a special discount for the two percent. You can get ten percent off any ticket on seki with the code you get did new heights and .

that works for sports concerts, company shows, going to see travis and chiefs play you name and save yourself some money, open the seeker gap and add code new heights to your account to get ten percent off your next order. Doesn't matter if you view seeker before. That's right. IT does not matter.

Once again, that's code new heights for ten .

percent off the farmer's dog. We love our dogs. That's right. They complete us. And we all want piece of mind that we're doing the best we can to help ensure that they're healthy and happy.

The farmer's dog makes and delivers fresh, healthy dog food. Right to your door is developed to buy vest, nutritionally baLanced, made from real meat, vegetable. How about that to a safety standards of human friends?

Traditional dry and what dog food options are highly process? Can you use much lower quality ingredients that they claim to and are extremely difficult to portion accurate?

That's right. The farmers s dog isn't just fresh food, it's higher quality food. And they also send the food proportion specifically for your dog. That's right. This makes IT easy to help maintain their idea.

Dogs, a healthy way can live up to two and half years longer than over. Wait IT.

If your dog is Young or old, is always the right time to begin investing in their health.

get fifty percent off your first box of fresh, healthy food at the farmers dog duck comes new heights, plus you get free .

shipping left since two thousand and eighteen to bring quality sleep to a lead athletes.

It's for good reason. As super able champions, we know how important IT is for recovery to sleep in a great bed plus sleep number. Beds have great features, including the ability to adjust .

farmers sleep number. Smart beds show you your sleep quality every morning in the sleep number .

APP how does you coming up? Who doesn't love fresh new bedding or pillows or if you are in the market for a bed, if you haven't checked out a sleep number store? Now is a great time.

Hi, it's a time to walking on our guessed this episode and we got a tufa um first guests joining me now in lost vegas was in the N. F. L. For eleven seasons, two hundred and fifty two total tackles, seventy sex, six former recoveries, one walter paid man of the year ward and two super balls back to back my mind want to only Chris long yeah baby.

So they .

wanted to do so full disclosure. They want to you combine your guys that you need to just read IT together. They didn't want to do this. You, but I made them do this because these are good, no cache set, and the world needs to know these .

are good nose .

guard or with seven, eight seasons, seventy two tackles.

that's more than I thought. No.

what do you didn't play for? Like how many tackles do most nose? And so many tackles do not have sex, which is fucking great for never playing a tha.

We're going to talk about this. We're going to talk about this right now to next, next one form of recovery. And of course, one super jem and chip that we all share.

A my good friend, the Green light pot is in the house. Let's start about these steps. So because we one of the reasons I wanted to have IT separated is because these are actually good nose tackle steps, i'm serious. How many like what's an average tackles per season for most nose guards .

and league like undertake from the hundred OK one?

He plays one of three though too. He doesn't just point no.

I mean their games like I feel like I had a great game and like you like great out hundred percent is like kind of, you know hard to do. Like you clean state, oh my god. Like there is one time, bro, we played the folkies in tampa.

I had to get a flocking there, a two point or there's a point that was blocked. I D chased them with eighty yard and tackle to get on the statue. And you know how IT goes?

Like those place don't even count in the two point play. So like where does that end up? Bar win started me at a charity event, I tell you were doing a charity of OK and the invitations got like BIOS on the bottom.

And like Chris, just check this out. See if you're OK with this. And under C, B, it's everything he ever did. So on the right, it's like, you like a charity guy.

Time I come down here.

And so I had I was put in the precarious situation, setting the back and being like, no.

i'd like to also now I want .

my it's a good C V, but that's a good C V.

So but you you play primarily first, a second down. Yeah, you had seventy two tackles despite what your first three seasons. I mean, how many percent of the place where you in I i'm just saying I was actually impressed with the telling, which is why I wanted in you are on here own player if you deserve more credit and you are also .

a Better pass treasure that you ever got you for .

the short and nobody believe sure and .

I looked up your P.

F, F. great. The other day I was as examples, that's what IT. And have a .

good day. I would like to .

and I was .

like, drunk that what goes in to be in a good but .

so I actually think you were at that series. He was a very good, best pressure because he had two moves that worked off each other really well, pull the outside shoulder and fucked and hump and what like, Chris, same thing. Like you would work that one. ARM, yeah. IT was .

the other side what you do? yeah.

So what goes into figuring .

out what moves work?

Me, they gather, had three, six, two. I'll tell you about IT this .

hard because you know there's every coach. I mean that you had a great position coach and I still do you still do on like, you know, every deline coach.

they come up .

with this formula of her, how they want to teach scheme. And what they often forget is that every guy's different. Everybody is like you.

What I can do both can do vice first. So there's things I couldn't land a hump. You show me that you can just show me that on the tape and be like, yes, you do IT too. So I think every guy has to figure out what's their mechanism for getting the edge. Yeah, you know, like whether it's a swipe or a chop club like I played a member watching you would jump into club oh good and that's something I had no shot of doing so is like .

I wouldn't even practice that move.

So so it's so looking.

It's all or nothing .

short yeah and this wife was was for me the way to get the edge. But you get the edge of power to, and I think you watch to, you watch tape, but and you probably know this matching up with guys, you might have a totally different concept of who a guy is .

based on taking .

the first man. He hasn't anchor. Now I had my whole game. They stop power complex.

And now it's be in the past, I just had hidden in on the fly. Yeah, yeah. I think that's the way to go. You learn what your bread butter, then you ve .

got a bunch counters. How much of IT is sitting IT up to, like the double swipe is the power, and getting the .

guy to shoot his hands to prevent up you up in your but .

IT time out?

What's tracks like a speed .

track or a till track?

S angle.

the angle, the courtroom or where his drop is.

Gonna, yes. OK like for if i'm a russian lane and i'm thirty three. Like in practice.

I mean, doing matter how .

yeah i'm not going to get his ad. Yeah he's get off a speech tracks. Waste the time for me.

Like you have to like with a guy like that, take a toll track, try to sit him down closer, shorten edge for you. yes. And and then the fraction is the time in your favor of you actually buy the Grace of god.

Beat lane yeah. And go on the edge if I beat him at the top of the rush at eight yard, three yds wider, there's not going to be enough time. So my only shot is to the right atam. yes. So you .

dictate short has set down, get ready to anchor. And now of a sudden.

that edge shorter. yeah. And you set up the edge stuff with power, or speak, can set up power. You get to go dalen back is like a deep settle here. And then the man he's on the third step in his foot in the air, you go. And so like guys set IT up throughout the game and then IT sucks when you wish you yeah awesome, move on like a draw, you know like keepin present, there's one move and you save IT for a big situation thirty nine and they run a draw. And so like you know, it's sometimes you have yeah mean .

that I think if you want to be a good pass, I should you really need to understand your own game and I try to hit moves that really aren't you that's like me, not a cross shop. Sure i'm that you know it's just .

you need long for a cross.

You just need like you need a great get off to have I think that's.

A big I just my mean big to you.

About .

that.

But yeah but how if you get a big White nose guard in front of you, who you know is a power ash, like you're gna try to jump that. And that's about .

the moment you all the next time you getting a situation where you you know it's going to be a longer pass, said, it's like, man, i'm going to trying IT on the sky. K, yeah and if you can catch them while is trying to get on a quick he's linen and that for the home yeah so .

people attacked in your ball hand and stuff like that's .

probably going to be good IT used not be that big of an issue. And then we were playing dallas this year and dallas had a great beat on our side account and also um I can't give his name. Thank you for now. I thought you really took a big step this year as a player, a third third or forth. But um he took a big step this year and they were all over our snapp count felt like or he was just get an amazing get off at home yeah and he got on me a couple of times on the stamp and then completely .

surprised was, yeah but usually I can.

especially on a side account, I can cheat IT, right? Because i'm the one controller. That's why I was unique. Like north T I actually get off the ick. I A lanes .

off sides, got friends. Do you not .

call IT?

What do IT when when we when you're in chips off being a rocky together front side and you do that outside zone, your snapping the ball, but you've already .

move your body.

I never, never been able to do. I would love .

to ride again because .

that we might try that later. Now that's one of the things in shock, and that's actually night. So the downside of outside zone and checking n is the back is further away from he's like display from the line, right? Yeah, he's GTA catch up.

Yeah but the advantage of IT for me is I can like basically flick the ball and move, wake quicker on that attach to the corner. But yeah, I don't know. right? How about we've done we would square zero on the run down so far.

sorry.

First question, do you guys feel slider that IT took this long to get you on new?

Ask me talked .

about IT before. IT is crazy. It's been two years .

and you just going on. I know it's we've you just I could not believe when we talked about IT. Yes, like how two years .

ago yeah I mean.

you know you got all the realistic concerns of being a player and doing a podcast and like I just think you you've nail IT like know you played a high low also IT makes you able to not come in and worry about get your ass kick and then haven't do a podcast even a thing about cake like you play pretty well yeah mean IT .

was still hard and whatever you're losing game this is not .

fun to do about to do anything I started .

to feel .

for you but that's just like, know this is the best thing in the world to ably come in and do when you're win and but then it's like, damn, you saw flip side the coin but I just think you guys have nailed ed IT bro and like going to work with my brother.

I empathize. You try to say this a for the new watchers of the show that warned around last year when we kind of said this cries is a big reason why we started to show to begin with, a ion traps team, which is very involved, uh, the resort to Chris right away. And we started to talking about whether IT made sense to do a podcast in the middle season. And that was, you were one of the convincing people .

that was you did you basically were like.

man, just if if you think you're going to get into IT, do IT while you're still plan and do IT well, everything is of topic, right, and get IT started. And I .

think was how 过来。

Do you get missing? Advice you get missed the bus super something doing and afraid and see you said you don't .

do a part cast don't good depending on what team you're on. Yeah, yeah.

you can .

even take a that they know i'm serious, not even outside the building, like brookies come in all excited. And the next day the post is deleted and they have a meeting.

Thank you for finally coming on. The three of us know each other pretty well. We all want to super bow obviously in filled of you um i'll start with bow boat. You member the first time we met.

I do actually because I member calls of the same agent, shout out clearly sports just burn team up and Emily and remember Emily as, hey, we have a couple guys in the eagles like I think they're going to really like you guys should go out to eat and we to bears yeah remember remember a walk .

talk in the whole time yeah.

I were now a really well but I member, I think that the first time I met you counter barwon and I, what we first .

impressions .

a man, what a fucking question calls you think I remember that far back.

I know you remember the first in the shower. You remember all a boy.

something just so great. I just now I just, I mean, I member, you were cool like, I think you don't know shit. Get draft amp in your head spin and like, I don't know.

Like, I just remember thing that, yes, remind me a lot of a lot of my friends that I had college with scones. And just think my hope I can make this team because these guys seem pretty cool, you know, like that very much. But .

that was a stupid I just.

I just .

you're you're in the middle .

you're in the speaking .

of .

first impressions we talked about before the show, uh, kyle's first impression of me was you Carrying me out of a bar? Yeah um yeah I guess can we what's the side with your .

side of the story I ve said before? And that was physical .

of the .

was harder .

than climbing.

About I so if you think I like, people don't know. We were like they met a kan ja, met a tinder. So like for like a week or two meeting up to you guys, meeting like they're like chitter hating, you know like and like about this girl no, like this girl like gotto make a good first impression. They were like the cafeteria talking about IT yeah, there were the holiday party. You just like a big deal, like kind of a formal of, I get all dressed up like we pregame IT of course of course I went to risky probably because like, yeah I think with this girl i'd like heard all about, I like me the night just went a little bit side i'll sleep on the bar like snooze and this is the thing about actually not do not comment not yes, actually was looking back, you're like old photos, a lot disturbing amount of photos. You just asleep in various plans.

I think my brain just eventually got to the point that IT prevent me from drinking alcohol. But just, yeah.

shutting down. It's the safe thing that can happen, right, I think. But I only .

through old city.

like from buffalo, ill, a great bar couple on stress calls and you're fighting, straining. I drop you.

I don't know why I dropped. I know I was sleeping, but I remember, I remember, I remember fighting .

and laughing. My i'm A P, you matter is all were you shocked when kid .

agreed to go on a second day with me? Up for that.

I was slightly .

surprised that you're great time.

charming with that life, like how I want to go on a second day.

Chris enjoyed filly in twenty, twenty seventeen, fresh off a new england pages. Uh, what were your first impressions of me? Eagles bow. Um yeah do .

my first impression was the first guy I met was lying like, you just hang .

and out like, yeah I hope no me he was .

just around and then we just started talking and I was like, these guys are pretty cool you know he was explained in each guy's personality is like way to meet James you know you can love on the whole thing and so know I just remember meet you and watching you Operate and seeing you kind of like the way you competed at everything like that was fun for me so I just kind of eh guys up to see who the who the elf is are is like you're an other guy and you might be asked to be a part of that group yeah and I just want to know who's all SHE who's not know like I was obvious to me like you up pop in your tires here. You're not a bullet shit guy and so that was probably for me, was just like competitor. And what you see is exactly what you get, but exactly .

what you get you love about .

what were your a thoughts of coming to the eagles .

after being with the had was the super ball week other patents? Now I wasn't thinking about free agency, yeah, but we were playing in the folkies. And friday night I remember sitting in the film room and catching up on some some like late past right stuff and those watching rails and the eagles and vcs game from seventeen came up, yeah, are sixteen sixteen in in filly mh N.

I off in my head, and I don't think I thought about IT, but IT stayed there. IT was like a made lasting impression, as like, that looks fun. And then when I was time to you decide what I wanted to do, I called india's cutting ham.

Yeah, he's now with chicago, with ran polls and he was so joe, doug less guy. And ultimately they called football here. And I said, hey, will you talk to how you see if you could use of that? And yeah, that was the rest of history.

nice. right? I played on my first .

ever and film game did, and I he was a close game. I was untaught harman for a little, I thought was close to me. Now maybe for you guys would change you years. And just like we were like network and I ask kick, like every other week.

maybe that score .

up I think he was like thirty four eleven.

我是 H 哇哦, okay, maybe I was a little bit IT was my first game, so was a lot of things going. I trying to block James or night, but I see what's next.

I do this all the time.

It's fun. It's on other side.

What you want talk about what you found, this place.

anything? What do you .

got from top three? then?

Flavors coffee, love coffee three program OK, i'm on a kick right now. And the man.

好 OK that's disgusting。 All your choices that chill .

smooth. Before we emergency .

produce.

before we get to the game itself um there's an iconic pic, both of you in dog mass this was after this picture was right you so let's you in lane started, yeah everybody knows this on the team yeah you and lane started, yeah how did that happen?

So I don't know. All week I was like, do you guys know you're not supposed to win? Guys I was like like fifty mother forks at you. Like, same question. And you know, we were making a mocker, the fact that we render dogs, we were did.

So I started as kind of a joke, know we were born on like a tuesday, and we were like, we should, we should get some to and wear to the media after the game. Now we only think of one week of time here. Now the scarious thing is, when you commit to actually put those on right, it's like we're going to be a meme or it's going to be the cause.

I think that moment happened around when we were walking through the tunnel with those two dog, mon. But lane was like, I was like, lane, can you handle this? Can you to his credit, he found like, and we didn't have a breed mind.

yeah. So you just happened to pick the .

best mask of all time. Ask could be any mass IT was just whatever .

was available. I don't .

think I got .

out the of which was a fucking like a soluti. It's so fucking .

and IT was like a hyper realistic.

We told you that about like we were walking the holiday.

Because I don't. right? Like search dog mass and amazon. I like to remember poodle was .

because after guys were these the first game, they all sold out instantly. Yeah, IT became such a big thing that you couldn't get anymore from, like, couldn't even get when .

that's right.

Word you got to.

you had to up for like a different.

Do you remember, do you remember they were crying Jordan, everybody. Yeah, I was like, all I could think about was like, my worst night was me crying Jordan with a dog mass. And I was like, it's gonna happen but yeah like as I got closer, IT was evident that IT was a big thing for people that became a series yek around and then became a serious thing. And that's on the inside, the super watches .

that that i've been a part of that to me.

not just the super boy. Those little conversations like, yeah, people are put those mass song to this day because we were being domna ses in the training room. Getting back is awesome. The other other .

mentality stuck. We made always instructed, yeah, Chris ended up facing a half industrial against a team you wanted with the previous year. What was that .

like is another worst .

nightmare situation .

because you're like if we lose yeah i'm a huge moral people talk .

about IT so he's like .

when I left, I didn't leave new england on bad terms but I left because that scheme was right from and you know when you leave new england, people like you .

but first.

no, well.

some people do. But I wasn't .

one of those people. I just knew I was going to do some melons. And so when I got to superboss like praying whoever else IT was in the fc temperature would get in.

I think he was Jackson though, because we have in dom's office watching the second part of the game. And I really thought they could win that game. yeah. And there was a call and there whatever. But I was like, mean, if I lose to the pats, I mean, in the gar IT lose to the paths, we're just, they're going to be, they're going to kill us and you just walk around, never forget. And I probed, ask you.

J and like four teen times around the week, how many points you think you score? How many point you think you score, as we knew they were going at some point, the game with a flurry, do some brady. And then second, have they did.

But you guys, like, I remember one time coming over to the sideline and I was like, just get a fucking install. I like this. Is this happening like the worst you think .

about a mario losing this? Your former team is your ball. I'm from minnesota, so we're replying the super in my home state, twenty minutes where I grew up, all my friends of there and we're on the sideline. We cannot stop them. I'm like we're to .

lose this game because .

of my friends who and .

it's going on I mean, you can act like you don't think worse, case scarier, but you .

always do you think .

god do brand and be the man? Yeah twenty eight three the year before. So I know even when we got up on them .

you're just like, yeah.

what was that like for you watch you just I think we matter us. Yeah matter us.

H A more directly .

I was a man, but but as I got and I really just.

I know but you know, like I don't head.

there was a record day for him. I it's ironic that the best time b statistically played in the super ball yeah one of the .

but I seriously want .

to get on the red front and cuts out whoever was I would be, like, put somebody else on ground. Please do something .

else with ground.

S I N, the media copied until wash year, when you guys were industrial and we were out there.

There was so much fun shit that .

happened again IT going back jevon again IT .

was fantastic. And I guess I guess to answer that question though, I I wasn't is focused on you guys. I was more like amazed at how well nick fall is playing. Yeah like IT was like anything we did IT was, if you know when you're in that rhyme and in that zone where IT just feels like everything's heading even like they were so good at running there like games up front and somehow we are passing them off and nick was boys and IT was um yeah he was just one of those feelings offensively that anything we were doing was work but I .

knew you they couldn't beat you guys up for yeah I was one of the reasons I thought we win the game was because I knew they couldn't generate not pass rush yeah you guys were just so good and and they were that one a strength .

for them now they were their defensive on the down yeah yeah but they all I mean there so well, coach in in its bill but yeah IT was yeah we had had done one of the plays and I remember in a lake was the last play the game yeah, oh yeah and I don't know what I was like. Such a low probability but in my head never yeah it's time brady wrong and I remember that ball hanging up there forever waiting for you to fall.

It's like little the begun to make the movies. They're very good because all of the noise is out. I don't hear anything. I see the ball IT drops and I still don't know is over and you're like looking for a fly like we want .

super ing because just sharing no matter what. And B G most want to quick because he got around the edge and fell off tom. And then tom had the time because we were, I think, russian to to like to like really load up and yes scarious five .

seconds IT. We plays like that granting so I heard like, literally like people says, is like I black out sobbing so hard stars was .

was hired each other like .

going crazy, like just becoming barbarians on the sideline and then I looked down like all way out the feeling and .

as what you need to .

keep you on track, your goals.

And for those know Chris foundation water boys um has a signature initiative called .

ah oh no .

it's called .

the water boys. I am I A the water boys that uh is dedicated, very clean water access to over uh one million people more .

about yeah that deep .

bore wells .

in sub here in africa.

No.

I am. I am a man. We've done, we provide a water to five hundred thousand people in east africa and tania and kenya, and then we do domestic stuff as well.

We could be doing well in wisconsin at some point. You, we doing well in many apple at some point. Now, i'm sanding like up in your neck, the woods.

Like, no. So I might be asking you to join me to do something outside of a campground. O, in that area. And then, Jason, we could be doing an ohio project some point. So like we domestic and we're doing, uh, international and you guys were kind enough to join me, uh.

on the conquer, Kelly. So what trips for you killing? What climb they .

had to be? Maybe four.

You were higher than four and four.

Five, five, five.

I aren't new house after five times on twenty thousand. Incredible credible.

You really .

where where does that? Where does that hike rank in your higher archy of Kelly hikes?

Oh, up there. Did yeah personalities on that hike or incredible yourself included up. And just like every every you o you meet new VS, you meet new players like and we had gym more one time, you know the coach and guys smoke IT too.

yeah. Is resting heart rate at eighteen thousand people like forty eight? It's like a freak in nature OK.

So you find out that some people are like amazing mountaineers. And then you kind aside bet with each other who's gna struggle. You know like, no.

and it's a competitive group of military and athletes.

The congratulate is awesome and nothing's off limits. Works like we d buy each other other's balls is like the locker room, the tent. These guys and girls have been all over the world serve in our country and you know, they don't know us at all and they're not like super fans.

They just want to do this thing with us. And the first night is always evident that, you know, like there's a lot in common with the locker room stuff and just the commodity. And people hit off, as you know, the group chat for constantly. So you make up a bunch of great friends.

You learn a lot about your self. You learn a lot about people in that situation is one of the most chAllenging things in a very different way. yeah.

I hated each other.

hated .

each .

other. Brow IT was so peace to me .

because he thought I .

took his hat, did. And then I know you snuck in in my bag.

Have the this into any search .

going IT H, I know you didn't .

any of the new eyed people I told this on our guest earlier, but the only time min, Jason, both can be moody. But we have never been an argument except on Kelly, because he did not think that I sufficiently filled him in on how hard IT was to climb on was mad me.

This is the first someone finding out that people actually die on.

Yeah, IT calls you exhaustion of screen each other in our ten right before some and night. I don't have fucking hat with .

the same falling.

That's because .

I sent .

helps everything I like because I did a bunch of research. I was like, find stuff, so wait, all the same stuff. My father know your .

head and .

and you're fucking bag.

And we are marry yellowing .

at each other. You wouldn't fuck in looking. He took about the music up until you both right out do that. Really make up the we started singing and we .

stop singing .

and then .

we stop.

A while.

okay. Like you're like once we get to the full summer to come up will take a photo and I mean, get up such a .

cool pig .

of we like such a great let's take some .

twenty, twenty three eagles. I'm interested into what your guys perspective was watching the season. 有。 Be honest, you can. I do, I do, I do. Because I have said what I think, and I would love to know from an outside his perspective, what did IT look like on both sides? defensive.

End of think, when you replace two coordinators, the chances of you getting back or slam yeah and history says that like how many things have actually we .

can pair two thousand and eighteen .

where we were four and six yeah at one point got blown out by new orland and we flip the switch yeah.

I want you guys a lot of credit and we did on the pod because, you know, like I meant this, I wasn't just I wasn't being in a homer. IT is incredible to get to where you guys got, say, around week eleven like the resolve, the leadership you got people to, you know, the red zone, so to speak. Yeah, the leadership on that team, the talent.

But when you're replacing the ordinators and I don't think every guy on that team was invested as some of the guys and i'm talking about the tent eleven guy on a on respective side of the ball, you have to depend on Young guys. You have to depend on depth. And all year where we hit on depth where what sports gets heard, Peter gets hurt, guys get hurt yeah and the guys stepped up.

That didn't .

happen this year. So like I felt bad view because sometimes I look at the team and say after like the cardinals game and say what the fuck I was in his locker. And i'm not like i'm not that so important to say, but if you're asking me, i'd be like like we don't have something to fuck can play for years.

No, the urgency. But I also know that scheme when it's not going well, IT can be like a never ending pit. It's hard to get out of IT. And if the Young guys are guys off the street, you're not always onna win that that situation that we want in two thousand and seventeen. So that's why I took my cap, you guys, for even getting to the point where I was a disappointing yeah but you know it's sucked watching because I felt for you and lane and the guys that saw two thousand and seventeen to get to you.

I don't know to make much sense from an outside perspective. You know obviously we weren't in the law ker room like you are. We don't know you know everything that's happening in the locker room behind the scenes, things like that like in two thousand seventeen there's someone to be said for like you just kind of manifest energy where things go right for you yeah .

I mean and like we had for the first hour of the year before .

ten one a completely for I an like what do you have to do to get this back? Like everyone, i'm sure is reaching, trying really hard and you practices were unsure, emotional and intense of that point because everyone wants to figure, what do I need to do .

to get you you go back and forth like you try to be like over intense on one week and then you lose again like, okay, now maybe we need to .

do less and we have .

energy of that. This is all yes and .

yeah and there's what their .

personal issues like. I know they're all N O players and their teammates and like but to be one of those teams, like they can be holds at line back and they can be holds in the secondary. And like you know, I just as defense player on watching, I feel for the guys at Frank is a run fits. It's not all now, you know like it's everybody and and when one guy is into in their job.

you know that's look like defensive .

and and at the end of the year and then .

you look at the rose is happening like so much talent on a makes even more frustrating. I'm sure .

you guys what what do you .

guys think of the new coaching .

changes that .

been seventy, retiring? Heard here first, do heights.

Pot is one of the most important things, having those big guys in the middle, a gap in a half and all that up. And I really do think the fangio thing is not just about the scheme. He was in the building last year. And i'm not saying I know how much or how little he helps neck where everybody .

else but I know and you start and I would have conversation would think about red zone things like what do you think the defense? But how are they coaches in the situation? I don't know. Those guys can make those .

guys can make or break years. Yes, it's like that guy, it's not he's not burden with having to call the plays or having, well, not that nit was called to put place, but like having to do all the meetings stuff these guys is got like an elevates vantage point. He former high coach yeah and like that so valuable. So when you see people hiring, I always look if it's a Young guy, who do they bring in that can be kind of that assistant had coach because it's such an invisible .

or just offer the experience of that, right? Yes.

situations like I mean, look at the people he's awesome this year, but he also would tell you he was learned on the job. There's all his situation, football things like you're not thinking about that question.

The shots more me motions .

are higher. So what I remember red from him in deals because we played when you were so with the eagles. He was with dallas, right? Or is that before I remember doing all sorts of creative things? yeah.

And he he mixes IT up. He played up. Boys, you right? yeah. And they were doing all sorts of crazy ship stuff of boys. Y.

I think you guys are more like the dallas team and L, A teen, so I don't look at what he did. L, A, is like something like accurate sample size. I look like, hey, that group you got kind of like those really good dallas office is works like got a great offence of line athol quarter back some weapons outside.

I think you would be awesome. What are you? You should come .

back here.

yeah.

Do you do get in hurt? I know he looks .

like he. He looks like like .

him to .

see him and.

Down.

titans. Man, he is now, he looks crowded.

Man, sick out, living on the part that if .

you're going to say anything, the Young defensive limit especially, yeah.

what would you get you about a good home move series is .

just a sudden in .

the way he like attack inside moves and like that. So fun to watch. And uh, I mean, it's he's a guy that I think it's really easy to be excited for me because he's so electric watching employer. I think I mean also a lot like millions. I think he is your friend and I think he really like it's so hard to play that .

for technique.

Yes, yes. I think .

techne say square and I hang in there.

you know, like on one hand, hang in there because like IT wasn't all you guys this year. And I know sometimes it's like what you weren't get home, but the very thing that helps you last year wasn't there. Like it's Better back and guys and you know like it's just but also if you're jAiling Carter, if I can take advantage this opportunity to be a hall of fame talent in philadelphy for more than a day date.

So like that .

yeah I love watching and play. And is the tape again is the checkout and he springs other staff and just decapitates the crosser. That's the ship when you show me that I wanted all the time. Yeah, and I just I hope he's just I hope he's pouring everything into this opportunity because I think I think he can be mentioned among the greatest players to play in that uniform. And like, that's a hyperbola.

No, I I completely agree. The talent, the skill set, all of that is, is there .

and learn .

from the .

good old man guard swiming. No idea was going on. And Kelsey said, after work techniques, self with me. And we had very detailed conversations about the menu inside line play now. And like, look, the guys, you got sweet jet, you fly your car, you got brand grand, like some unbelievable but your room and do everything you can soak up.

anything you can from now and like you work and you ve got of that like that like fuck and don't wait till next year to be his his friend and i'm not talking to kissed his as but watch this guy yeah, you want to learn something from somebody out of bt. James hall, who was like, terrific, great player, played on the team, wouldn't talk to me for six months. Yeah, because I was I was unfair.

I was cut in his raps, and I won't ready to start over him. It's like a hydroponic. And he understandably did not like me in the beginning.

But I was learning and from him, yeah, I was gonna fucking and get some out of James home. Yeah, he was me or not. I shadow the mother ker. And I would just like use those vets and like you get the plan on third down at the link just understand IT is not like that .

everywhere and first and second down all or what what I .

mean is first and second the link like you get the one to the tall, the link and put that that how man, like I waited my whole court to play somewhere exactly like that. And these guys, they don't realize what they have.

And so i'm just i'm not saying our group fille's group, but what I am saying is like if you need to reminder and like that everywhere else, so you should fight and scratch and claw to be a part of this thing the next five, ten years, because it's fucking you could be jasie healthy. Look at the way they love Jason and laying in those guys. You could be those guys.

Chris. We share something common. We both have a brother in league and share a brother and a yes, what was that experiences like playing and legal? Chris.

well, IT was, yeah, I didn't have like split personality inly, but cocos always been like my baby brother, you know, like I definitely like i'm tied and we've talked about this before. Like I always feel responsible for him. And then one day he was way bigger than me and he was like he could protect me.

And like kind of when I walk around with him, like super week or somewhere, i'm like basically have like a giant russian body guard. I got my disposal is awesome, one SAT to the whole thing. But when he got in a league, IT was like everything he was going to through.

I just felt like a parent for the first time. Yeah, you know because like, I know exactly what he's going through. My dad sweats, bullets.

Ts, watching us play every week. I remember one time he came play us insane. Lewis, and i'm talking about the season before when he was a rookie. We took him out to this with my deline and got really fucked up at one of these beach parties. Now I got Carried out that day.

I can fireman Carried you didn't have some much trouble um but um you know we were all tight and then the very in Williams is who solicits of my best friends on the the line and saying Lewis was just get on cow, get on cow and one play just nps and like the the absolute girl and cow comes out and he's like king kong and will behind the play, after the play and he's punching him and he's get ready, wind up and kick him and i'm screening off the sideline. You see in the footage of me trying to grab this big some vision. He's so big and strong, I go to grab him and he jokes like out of IT and his jersey.

I got a piece of his jersey in my hand. The jersey comes off and I think of sure he's going to be rejected. But like that was the everybody on the outside to bring you back to like you and travis, they think it's so cute. He is always so cute and it's all funding games. But like for parents to, like, watch their two kids play a football game and that was a meaningless game in same Lewis, that was the worst week of my life as a proof ball player yeah and my parents lives because they're just so fucking .

and stress yeah and they know the pressure that well in your guy's dynamic is different though because you play really play and but but the over yeah yeah you guys did you did you how many times you actually pass rush and and very.

very rarely one time and open practice though, when he came up to new england, I came in. I on a stand in guard. Most people don't understand, we're not going to .

be batting all game you but did oh, I got .

IT so so, so I crossed his space freedom, clean this big sort of IT whips his arms around like a .

helicopter to try .

just any and he, fuck, I take me the rise so he frack my room so you got him.

but he got you. yes.

The next more than a hf, like when I was shifting around in bed like I was like just .

much so even if you. So good set ways I I go here. What you both spend time in doing, i'm still shocked. Not the head coach yeah um I know older, but you would think that a team to me, the person match was the charges. They have a good quarter back like I don't know, we've seen .

what he can do with A A yes.

And then know .

what did .

a great job. yeah. So i'm super site to get that job. But I thought atlanta would have like the ownership group and like this structure in personnel that might work where the gms not like somebody that that's going to bot heads with them at all.

And then they ve got a president, right? And then they have an owner, and I, he respects, are their blame. And his name was hot there.

Yes, I just thought the charges were looking not fixed. justice. I think he's damn good. He's just trying to be here and he's here and like I just wouldn't miss this chance to give him a quarter bad guy that I can improve. But to me.

the offence wasn't that big like what are the entire stay for the charges when he was at the .

issuing crunch time? They lost a lot of one school games and using for ball sort of thing. And I think you can get the the James.

yeah but but James.

the rare guy that so I think .

James not this is not know hard .

because because he's such a good culture sector but which is usually a defensive coach but he's also that offence of was when he came to seven six go in two thousand and whatever was yeah, he was the lockout two thousand ten do I incredible IT is they went from this underachieving thing to thirteen and three in season without smith.

Yeah, what time out they are the best from seven? possibly. yeah. I mean, I don't think that the offense is what got them?

Yeah, no. But that group .

was like they were. But that front seven in the defense was fucking instead, yes, I was .

really Frank go. And they were good.

They were good, were unbelievable. The trends on both .

sizes with guys that have tiny and higher .

bush .

like that, just like IT looks like you got in prison. My idol, bro. He was my idol. I remember trading jerseys tal like fan.

Push is. Completely.

but let's get and i've been going to say this, the room in about the to fuck the sh. IT is .

not an on other .

teams .

tried to run .

IT this .

year. Yeah and they have .

and they're got hurt like duzen offence got heard on I mean.

just run IT so well. But the counters that you have off the strength of you know you guys some big as mother focus inside, you do such a great job of getting so low. And but like also like you know the laptop and you just get off so well, you know sometimes .

even .

take a bomb will been in track. No.

I was seattle.

When we end up losing by IT would have IT was .

a really bad safety home. Little safety hill maybe .

were off the field for sure.

But yeah, I was not good. I was, are your off hand too? Yeah, they were doing .

everything they could to try and shift some of the baLance back to the defense. But what's the way .

to stop the? H, I think you need to just reverse engineer, man. But the problem.

I think about food poisoning. Food poisoning.

that's the .

only chance stay and .

then you just get just can run the account.

Obviously it's like .

online defense cheat the shit out account. Just try to get off the ball your life. Yeah.

thank you. Figured out the my wrong.

There is one I think I don't know that I want.

Yeah yeah, let's IT. He's not going to tell you.

I think I think if you can try and get everybody single up, yes, and you can win the leverage at the point of attack that your your best hope yeah but it's hard to do that. And like you said, be able to defend all the counters.

I respect the hell out of the man like, I want him to love IT because it's just such a sac play.

So guys.

the nose in like you know that the first point.

yes, it's a title. Yes.

you can fuck you. The bottom, the piles is like trying to figure if you ve got the first down or not. Those guard .

you've to hate IT, I think edge.

And do you think the line barker should push you?

I think you kind of need to do like maybe you like because you can run at multiple times and games. Yeah so like the first .

one tried out, then the second one fame and scrape over for about that.

If you get seven yards on first down, i'm like, fuck, we might see the touch push. You are very successful here. That's like a whole mind fuck thing. We felt like once you guys ran IT successfully a single game, IT was like knocking the biggest guy out in prison the first day, like everybody else, like you guys are like.

fuck actually can at home and the link, everyone would be going crazy. And it's like fort down in a critical moment, right? Can you get shot? Yeah exactly. You know like that everyone loves in well.

that's the one thing with IT like it's I guess one of the one of them knocks s against that. People say not exciting play, yes, but when you're at the stadium, IT is the most exciting play for the front like everybody is like this is where about the .

can see what you're going to do.

It's like saying Justin biber for a middle age. It's like they just start. They just. Like we always remember this year, though, that be the touch for, remember.

move on to posture retirement.

real just for you.

Do Chris, you return in twenty? You officially returned in twenty, twenty two. What's IT been like? Sense hit up. What's how's IT different?

shela? I mean, IT is different because IT just feels like it's a little born and calls you don't have the intensity of football. You know that's some that's been a little bit of adjustment every day.

now. You know how is like it's it's such a physically intense competitive sport. And you know you always feel like you have to get ready for camp, you have to get ready for O T S, you have to get ready for practice and next the game.

This is things like that. You don't necessary that the other thing about um football, like your failures and successes are measured in such a black and way, way yeah that's some you get so accustom to as a player and it's not like that a real world. You know we talked about that little bit this morning yeah so that's a big thing. But you know for me, like a i'm just trying to live and spend as much time like friends and family, catch up on travel and hang out of super boy and do something like that, that you can do when you're playing because you're so committed to training and getting your body right and things like that. That was been fun for me is just kind of do things a completely different way, live my life and in a way that I was never able to live when I was playing and then lose a lot away out three hundred thirty five pounds until a couple years ago.

You know, what's what you today .

by two seventy eight? Wow, yeah is a well, yeah. But I mean, i'm sure whenever you decide our terraces, you know, you lose that weight. You get so much more, you so more energy, man and it's it's nice and not feel so poking then you get .

which isn't happened around .

now .

the state of mind, brother, I mean, it's fucking it's it's chAllenging yeah but it's fun.

I mean, that's why I love doing the pod with Chris and really light in fact, in the king. Just an excuse to hang out your boys and talk about football, man. And that's what you miss. You talk to any guys is retired and ask what they just say, guys, oni, that's that's I and I was .

going have a different answer. No, I do actually miss all man and um I think more anything it's like you can get a big room full of people and failure your cup socially but we're different in a way yeah like we just are and I think that's the hardest thing like you can go to work some awesome place but there's no laying yeah there's no Jason, there's no boo there.

We're just different for all our shortcomings and ways that all our wives and significant friends get. They get they get frustrated with us because of things we miss place. So you know like whatever. But um we also have like really specific mindsets and you we are high cheever s were meat heads in the whole thing but like so you get certain situations and you're like them I just IT is the lockers but is also the absence like my kind of guy yeah you know and I also think like it's a huge existence al crisis me and whether you think you're ready or not, your life changes and and yeah you've been given a routine for yeah you know you feel like the guy and shaw shank he was at the grocery about the grocery store of up in eleven years and the grocery store socks yes. And now i'm not doing the Brooks thing because I left the grocery store, yes and continued on my way but .

like nobody .

is fucking you. You must you must you miss the the hard stuff? Did you need the hard stuff? You need to be and fucking life is, is, is not as hard.

And I think that's what I struggles like you ve got to do shit like killer. You ve got to and get on chance yourself, everyone. So, well, that's the thing on this. The guys and it's like the feedback loop for you or for me was like the chAllenge every day of like this is real. Yeah, you know it's hard to find that should so .

let's move on to something lighter. We got to ask that's our segment. We got to ask, but you don't have to answer.

Feel free to answer if you so choose, right? We'd like to ask all of our guest what they're welcome to the nfl moment. Chris, starting with you. Is there a specific moment you can point to?

Yeah, I was really hard to bug and drafted all that in the elevator radio city musical and there were two, like, huge dudes and their and they were guys on the rounds and like, hey, guys never like ready to get to word like, you know, at that point I was like, go to this is .

different I think I was like.

probably my first precision game. And just the only way I can like and that too was like standing on a highway yeah, and the cars are wiped by you and you're just like, I don't aware anything going. Where is the ball? You know, like it's just the offences is so fast going to play filling my first game, I wasn't filly at the link.

We've got pluck and beat like thirty four to three. IT was stray. Thomas, john was broke me.

Now I remember the noise. Pro, yeah, I was like, every play was a deep shot. And oh, IT, was Stephen Jackson getting lit up by shepherd?

Little little shepherd?

Not i've been saying, as Steven Jackson all camp like, who hits this guy? Not me. yeah. And then the first time he gets out, the yeah the whole thing no.

i'm trying to think, remember I got draft as a sometime book as like locke kind of surprising the draft so great about the family. The house is a stressful day for me and get all um you know from two, one, five code and you know what this a chip side to drift you like talk to chip coja at the time proceed to have a couple of drink here phone call ten minutes later is James Harris whose chips like .

great the hey both .

James here to go through .

your .

social and delete how .

member this a very is .

a po sexual photo OK so you saying that things myself .

IT wasn't anything .

like an a you saw .

that photo hair like the sunset the background was not like a .

pose you like a bed with.

Ah but .

that was the first one like, oh, this is a serious a business like luck in didn't even go on social media for that whole thing but done from football same point we get in for for rocky many cam and it's like not a full of you know how to bring local guys and we didn't I don't even know how many people we had out there for working many, but I was chips offence right? And we only have like no, we didn't have like three, four defenses .

like two and .

so which I.

I was like .

you're going to get on a fucking in a lipstick man, that was IT was serious. I think that those by my mind, man, just like like the speed and uh, how fast the chip was run in those place was IT. Wasn't that I really experienced .

that point vest this before? What's harder and if player or podcasts ter the different .

if you couldn't get injured, football is easier. Yeah but football, it's like you're always deal with something. So it's hard to even know what you're going to feel like there. Podcasting is fucking kind of hard. Yes.

I can be hard. Yeah I think I .

think it's. But you also care. I care if people like your show, you like I would rather people love my show and do like medium numbers then and you're doing both because you're hit out the park and people really like yourself because you're authentic, like their shortcuts.

I don't want to take those you know like pakistans hard because you don't know if people like your shit yeah like you can get on twitter and you know like the the most angry people are going to tweeted you the biggest fans are going to tweet you like shames, what do people that respect you think you you're opening your mouth like I don't want to do this all time. I can be really quiet sometimes. Like in this situation, IT can be unnatural.

So I think it's just like when we played, you made to play, everybody cheer yeah. When you played you, you could look at the statue or the film would be like objectively at place. Well, the hard parties is not like answer yeah.

Like to be Better to do this differently? I don't know. Yeah fucking there's no audience. They're all invisible.

是 吧?

Reis the soul of work, there is the soul of soul.

Um I recently referred to minnesota boo as the White place .

on earth talk show .

about my you a chance giving you a chance was that an accurate member .

played .

in a big ball?

I you from a place for the most well known thing is a mall time is so cool, so cool and I .

really like.

cos you're going to love IT man, it's beautiful, like so many great legs so so it's like, you know, nature and then we shall be as negative telegonus outside I like this was, yeah so what do you ask me about my.

the White is this .

is a White? yes.

You were draft by the state, lose rams second overall, though you were drafted by the ears. And seventh round did either you almost go to another team?

Yeah, you .

yeah, 我 it's。 We're maxie to the later rounds. Like I was feeling calls about being african. Yes, I was on the phone harb off.

It's like like, hey, we really want you, I promise you like you're going to be on the rock. Got to go. Um so I remember that. But also I think the C, I learned later my car that the seahawks really wanted to draft .

me and to the office of wine. And I am. So I think .

about in an alternate reality somewhere. I'm out there still plan playing right guard.

baby, to celebrating.

Thank you. start. I'd play for you. You if you're watching this start. No, you're big fan of the pod. I would play right cards.

You about, you see.

I don't know, could been somebody else, I guess. I mean, night before I gotta call, I grew up party and somebody pulls me the bathroom. IT was like, never mind.

he really did he gave me and couldn't believe .

IT and then know I could have been like, I was like the jazz and the raters and we're like, you know, because that play for the just so how to fell a bit and cancer city can see was right behind and they took like glandore. I like there were a lot of teams and lot different IT.

There's less factors of shaking out before him.

And I knew team could be bad. Like if you have picking top five, things will be bad. yes.

So I was had a pretty realistic tic. Good idea. But get in the elea where those guys were several life.

They were not a good move.

Like a place very perfect, perfect and .

hates me best born feeling man.

Where do you even .

the buff of buffer .

like it's like you live right there, a restaurant. We just .

govern .

him yeah bubble because .

that's the place .

we used to go.

Which time I bold me a basically .

Grace was .

over at the time and I really want to go out and after a game and is new year's even like.

Your whole family was in a little VIP section. Yes, he was like up in the back, which I never even know. There was like a little .

up section that sort, walking turn right back.

like .

down the ground.

So funny bar, nothing against the bar, but and nothing against the people. But i'm thirty three. Yes, I love i'm a big new year's guy dude, I really I love IT are you .

ring the new and but I .

also ring in with much of people unlike tiktok. I would like gig pet like like yeah I think .

seventy i'm .

sorry here's i'm yes well year's legended just like.

did you know what was going to be like that? No.

no, no. It's not like .

this every single .

time you that was going to buy like twenty .

three just a great day. IT was .

self fully about, what do you guys honest thoughts .

on the new baby word?

No, I like to go. It's my favorite branding thing you do. I think the branding on the show is great. I the merge the fuck in the front. The colors are nice. Green lights, by the way, you know this guy and and then I just think the baby is a great time.

Babies a bit much. This is how I know you're surrounded by, yes, oh yeah. Like, hey, guys, I got this .

blocking. Great idea. I wouldn't .

get this massive two .

hundred pound. You're not me.

I don't know. I like see how bad you .

want IT because it's weird. If I was just a regular trophy, would you wanted that much? If that bob hope is nice if that baby .

is at a bar and they walk into the bar and the babies behind the bar like you're like .

i'm staying it's like a weird baby onie and false .

title no IT looks like IT looks like a mid western kid, like was just too big looking .

to the baby's eyes and it's lisa anywhere you're room.

You really alizon the .

baby to make a couple of weeks ago yes, phillip, um you know for the game with cards and yeah that baby .

is like a grown man.

You explain the baby like so you .

win the baby at the train so you .

don't win the baby.

The baby will say, baby, you we are thinking about a military version of like a baby that's in the same form of that in the cup instead of being thirty two hours will be a shark lass but that baby will live in opportunity. Everybody who wins a competition or that that baby represent.

you'll be able to sign the baby.

We do do tana .

the next day to six P. M. wow. yeah. I took him to the the way .

game .

of beautiful .

wife care of got air trade. I looked out the thing too.

我。

得了。

What are your favorite? What your favorite story from your time with the eagles? Do you have one?

I have had a good one.

Nova, I can say .

just .

like.

I mean, now, I mean, this was actually really cool. Have you fucking serious?

Okay, so .

it's not a .

funny history.

Good work. What for that you .

to deliver really .

hard for now so in a should dog and jim, first year beney went down against the the red skins of the time, the commanders. yeah. So is my first time I got to play like a very significant role.

This is athel, you know, in washington. And all all I like, I was a little, you know, your nervous. The first time I was playing like, very, very significant stabs.

And all I was, I like, I do everything. I just play as hard as I can run. I came to the ball, uh, just try to be as physical as I can, shut my brain off and just give like as much effort as possible.

Classic White delight. And I remember, just like this is a good way to just kind of, you know, get back to the basics now. And I and I tried really hard to do that.

I member, brian dockers, came out to me in the whole way of the of the nobel are in my comment. And how hard I played like that was a really cool thing. I don't ever change that. And so I never did like a core memory for me. Please don't ever change that .

was like, yeah breakfast because out yeah if he said your breakfast, you are to like go tattoo territory the next person you saw in the whole way it's like nine .

you just staring your have crazy .

play with my favorite I guess the first thing I popped up my head was and you know one super year but is year after and I think that you're special because like you really get it's hard like you know with four and six in the whole thing and yeah, we came up, sure, but I remember haven't to win that game in washington. And then we needed something to happen. And so we went in the workroom and we won the game and we went in the locker, and we all crowded in dogg's office. Yeah, watching .

minnesota and chicago was chicago.

I know, but I was I was like, eight, nine of us. Lot of us were older. You don't get these memories, nothing more. yeah. And I just knew sitting and they're watching on my disability last time they like you and you do some light certain ough IT was two weeks later. But yeah, the ball dropped our way you and if that didn't happen, we don't go double doing, you know even the new world and lost like IT was IT was a terrible loss. But just, I was glad we got there.

We got there. And I mean, we had a chance of there. I mean, we played the earlier that year just back and reverse from reverse from the shrub year before the defense killed IT again here against breeze of as a .

running imo performance.

What about you? My favorite memory is eager. I think my favorite memory, this man, this is .

difficult.

I feel like a be buddy. I think I think the ones are like, really are the most daring, are your first days in the nfl and I will say this, and I still think I like, I will never forget the first one. S and Peters do one to one pass out. Yeah, I was like, I don't know, I would apply in this next time moment like you was that impressive? But how big he was and I like and how baLanced and how athletic IT was that definitely one of them um my favorite moment and you might be different about that you see not the one.

not the one of .

the .

one I was yes I not saying .

this because I was IT was a great memory ah I going to buffalo bills mean my wife and past now .

after getting .

drunk with the a rough year.

But I think is some of the stuff like some favorite memory is is crazy like .

I just like random shit.

It's like seeing jp roll up in his conversion .

and do this is, I can say this one of J P. S. So man, he just like.

and he was so cool. Yeah would like take care. Like i've been around some hole famous and like great players and guys that thought they were hall famous and they weren't. And like, they just don't help people show them and like someone do and it's like, fucking awesome to see. And Jason was always .

like willing to help.

Yes.

anybody.

And M, I actually .

was one more to me. And remember, like walking the lock monday I because I like that habit that's cool. I like thanks for like pump you a time we spoke to about when we get ten of those from like what is like yeah like can you bring ten of yeah yeah I run I run the luu la mata practice.

Try to get falk and ten of these black headbands like clean out there's like seven go to a different little lemon. I'm truly proud myself as I come back the next day. G I lemon, my game to as a here but like, I got these three music art, thanks, and never saw him work on. He never wore on one time. Yes.

I do not bad.

One time .

where don't playing football, do .

inca .

every time I turn .

a game.

Oh my god.
