This one is from a red page. Use so many thoughts, eighty, so many thoughts. I like thoughts here right now.
hit me. Would have .
thought they are pitching us an official new heights drinking game every time you hear travis Kelly say good right .
now there IT is you take a drink.
Is that a terrible idea?
Take a drink of anything. No, taking a drink of alcohol. I don't know events the way to right now.
I guess that depends of .
your driver and afterwards.
That's a good I mean, yeah, no, what one arena, arena.
That's A I mean, you can get you can get kind out of control when you have a few beers and get a little loose cannon. H, you know, I mean.
right.
You can fucking use IT whenever you want. It's it's literally is unprogrammed unprogrammed no matter what .
tomato says. Yes, it's a great. What IT is is when you have when you're actually not listening to what the person saying in front of you and you on, and we all have our little things like you just hear that, just hear that that little person trail off .
right now, right?
Do any other .
genre response to absolutely anything, something but it's .
not genre that's a beauty of IT. It's generic for you but everybody else is like men that I was creative I like, I like he's flavor IT was .
some special that and I don't even know which .
direction IT went here. What are there any other new hydes drinking game rules besides drinking? Whenever we say all right now.
just give IT turn this into rican, any bruises? Y yeah.
no, you go into a, oh my gosh, what's A C D C? Uh, why I um had a hug until they say the next thunder.
Do I haven't played that when that .
sounds like I .
have played? I think there is one part. There was always competition in all the drinking games and i've never played. And that just looks .
like just like like it's a good pre gamer to get in some funds started. And there's one point in the song where they don't say thunder for another like forty five seconds and what you're finishing your bit and started another one.
right?
What would the new heights drinking game be called? Trying to think of a bo .
hides a blue heights that's prety damn good.
You got to take a drink every time travel. Can't spell or pronounce a word. This is good.
Don't just start coming up with fuck and wear if if that's going to be a that's not just going to be .
you're taking drink .
sound like words you say and just not even saying every .
time Jason goes on a random every time I go on a random rent used to chuck your beer until I don't go on A.
That's a good one, too. I like that rule .
to talk about Donald and has no connection. Let's just start. Um yeah this is funny one from the team and any time I say cut that everything, yes.
we got to cut that. This is really just to cut to like the point of you say again, let's cut that just that we can get the drinking yeah, because we can.
We got to cut. Listen, if anybody guys have some other ideas for rules for blue heights, maybe this is a game we could play coming up down this street. You know, you got a lot of our season go on, you know, might be fun but yeah right I .
think .
it's a great job, good job of so many thoughts.
eighty well played, so many thoughts and glad your drinking, you listener yes. How can I get in on this that hope he's not doing .
IT in the live show because not there to live a post youtube like nine thirty in the morning if he's drat nine thirty in .
the morning get to yeah I may have done of two .
but usually it's not on a torn .
became became wednesay the previous night though that's when i'm snows dragon we have new merch.
new much new merch.
That is correct. Speaking of our right now, as we take a drink, we've got we've got new merge. Check out how much dog comes less, know how to check out our new shirts and uh, we've got rooting for office and arana on sale. As I said, IT again, okay.
good catch.
It's a lot of a shock being said. Make sure you should check out the website how much that consist new heights yet again and check out all our t shirts. I think they're pretty clever, pretty fun and most of all, that actually extremely comfortable. And that's what i'm here for him here about comfort and fashion as Jason doesn't have anything that right now.
Um I actually don't think you're for comfort at all. You're all about fashion. You wear shoes that don't fit you just because a lot of these manufacturer stop making him a third .
at fourth who says they don't fit if they're on, they fit IT might just be a little snug, might just be a little big.
don't able use.
They typically they are comfortable. I ve started to kind of a step away from the shoes that hurt my feet because my feet are fat. And they they hurt a lot of these surgeries on him and is not fun to wear shoes that are too small anymore.
Did you know your foot could get authorities? I thought authorities s was like.
limited to like joints. Yeah, well, there's a few joints down there.
Yeah, but it's not the ankle. I ve got all that you get authorities s in your ankle. I was doing one of the first run drill this season. I like, I think might broke stress, fractured my foot or somebody the game and actually like you're puts fine, you have .
authorities in your life. I try to my food here walking pizza of the rates.
It's skin real Better. So take pink pills.
That's like what kind of pills we're taken. We already went .
down with this. Yeah I mean, going actually over here given pink pills a bad name. Pink pills have to helped .
me get the thirteen years i'm not gonna pink pills are all these .
guys trying to stop, pick pills. And all these are just guys that have spent out of the league stop rule of for people that are still playing.
are too dare take any of that out because .
then I started after retire by him and teen big piles thirteen that is only chance play in thirteen years in the nfl on tumor and fucked and beaches, the fuck out here.
Just move on. I get so .
mad when they're like, oh, like, I put your college in support for your lady. That shit is not doing a fucking in thing.
I'm taking pic bills.
He gets your ginger shot this morning.
yeah.
Oh my god. I do drink.
Listen, I drink IT I do to C I do. How do anything I do? Yes, i'm doing everything i'm doing IT, but i'm definitely taking the pink people.
If I can do all of that, if I don't get the pink in my food in prex, it's you to be a bad day, even an option. That point signal season is in full swing. And that's why we need to tell you about our special hook up for toy's sponsor city.
And we have a special discount for the nine two percent as you can get ten percent off any ticket on seki with the code you the new heights and that works .

Fuck IT. We didn't live. Lady gentleman, yeah. We went live in kids of city share of the king city, live in the the kinda city music hall. IT was absolutely frequent rocket on a beautiful place, what a beautiful place and what a beautiful place to have our first live show. Yeah um shot out to the ninety two percent of, oh no you know sit down 呢 can you sit down for one second and let us talk right?
right?
Yes, that was. I can't even explain how amazing IT was. IT was way Better than I could have ever expected IT way more energy than I could ever expected IT kind of blue my load in the beginning because t 恤 can as little work。 But I said, you, what when they started work and he was going, he was, why do they so good? Yeah, what? I mean, making something harder than A T 恤。 T and thing, well, I did. I can. But which, we almost do a beer in there.
You guys almost put that would have been bad.
I almost put a beer in there that have been.
where does one buy?
You can rent them. I say we just keep random there. You know, those northin parties like a reno, i'll tell you they were electric and they matched the crowds energy.
That's what I love the bottom. And I am not like. I went in two of thinking and he was going to be more fifty fifty like there was going to be some eagles fans that showed up just they couldn't .
figure out where to get tickets because cancer going.
I don't know. I thought was I weekend we got a lot of new .
heights like this host .
is there for ninety two percent is what? Fuck what? I fans, sorry, band, new heights, east coast, ninety two percent.
There was a on the way into the then we saw the fans and .
my nice go birds friends.
But IT was definitely a red sea, for sure.
Yeah.
an enemy, enemy territory.
You, but you were, get in love. You are, get in love. Enemy territory. yeah.
IT was like, overall.
obviously we thought I went amazing. Honestly don't know how I could have gone any Better. Yeah no outside of we both came came out on this where were trying to learn to get Better at this whole new heights that we've taken our games to in this um on camera on mike world yeah um so trying to get you know genuine conversations and short amount of times and stuff like it's tough and we're all learning at IT but man, he was IT was awesome to just sit there and talk to the guess that we had .
and you mean that helps you have awesome guess? No, I me we saying this right now, we raga dell absolutely killed their stone shooting. Create tony and zales chat, honey and patch homes.
I mean we really need do much. Really, I. Like 麦克风。
Got my god chat, honey.
the people who really need to thank our one the venue we need to think the can city musical for doing outstanding job in hosting that event. Uh but we need to thank our production team, quite Frankly at me yeah the fact that that was done at that level um uh the new heights team, you guys fucking and killed a man that was so well down to start to finish.
We kind of went there thinking IT was going to be just kind like I was going to talk to you. This is actually like this real thing. Okay, okay, this is so this is pretty little did we had turned to edited video and content for people coming in the door.
We had music going on, we had t shirt can and we had babies. Um I mean, I could not have gone Better and you know despite you and I flab in a the content but they killed IT a good job. New heights team.
I believe serious. Ly, I can can say enough. You guys make us look way Better than we actually are.
We get some audience favorite before I get ahead of myself. What are you? What are some of your favorite moments of the show?
man? And my favorite moment was rejected itals monolog. Because he was, like, surreal, that he was there.
I didn't think was, I was just .
going to go up, get boot with, oh my god, this is in the draft we can check out to get off. He gets book coming out, delivers an epic monolog, which I was appropriate I thought .
we were just doing the the intro like, yeah.
I didn't know he had the whole thing laid out and I was laughing. So that was probably the most fun park as there was nothing that I didn't see common um outside of that um you know all the guests and you know the fans were incredibly electric but um you know created that I think both you and I have talked about. We want to get on the show for a long time. Air stone treat another one. Tony g, we are happy that was able to find IT into a schedule that .
week I was epic man.
and you know, get chat, honey, that ball back, that might have been that was the icing on the cake. That was definitely the icing on the cake. So I think all in all, I mean, IT was just there's a lot of great moments. There is one really bad moment at the end that kind of made the show. Not that phone for me, but outside of that, he was a .
great well, I still thought that that moment at the end was impacted, able, my enjoyed every second of a little that I know I was going to enjoy seeing you in that dire. I told you I didn't want to see you in that die before. I thought, could I? By the way, everybody tried to get jacon out of this bet about one hundred times.
And he just, he was a man as word he was. He kept saying. He said he could live with himself. He made the bed, made back and .
down from from the. But a good man .
is a good man, right there. I'll tell you what one of my favorite moments was. Um IT IT really happened a couple times throughout the throughout the show because I felt like I still had to have like some type of guarded up even though we were alive and IT was the room. And we're still going to kind of, I would assume, edited to where you know it's going to do .
is going to be the same on youtube, but it's going to be good.
It's going to be, you know, just a little more button up. And I am I can look in a code in the day .
you could .
you see him is and then I would see him smile. And i'm just like.
yes, we're on the I couldn't see him when I was sitting down.
I knew exactly where he was saying he was. Enjoy IT. That was cool, everybody that that came in terms of the the front office and a team, all the cheese candover everybody keep say how much much how much fun in they had.
And that's all that really matters made if you came out there and enjoying the the content and the the entertainment that we try to provide. That's everything, man. So we we appreciate you guys for making.
I want a memorable experience for us, Jason. Any reaction uh, on the new haircut when you got home? I mean, we had, we had baby benny out here in K. C.
We did show why IT in a clip that well, that was one of my favorite things because you see the like instagram videos or tiktok. I don't do the tiktok, right? yes. Yeah I don't do.
I I more coldly sending .
to me every once a while so but then I have to have like the APP so like i'm a download APP, but now I was I always see like the when the dad shapes his beard is hair and then he goes up to um his son, daughter, Young baby and see their reactions so one of my favorite is to see White and alli's reaction um to the happy and shaved and why did not disappoint. We get that clip actually rate.
We going to put Lorena.
Your brain is going, what's gone? It's going what's gone. You going, you have, 我 还要 等。 Do you like IT? Do you like IT with the hair, without the hair?
Did your great guy? The brain guy, the place going my way, the plain is going. Where is my hair going? I lost a bet uncle today.
He covered IT off. He cut IT off. He cut my hair off.
不知。 Get here. Yeah, 这个 you pink hair。
Yes, I hopefully he goes back pink, pink and. for. Me for you.
So yeah, I don't know. I don't know why he thought my brain was gone. Turns, turns out dana's brain has been gone White.
I'm going to have to try and get a pink wig here coming up and catch a reaction. Number two from from White elly has been asking for the pinky or do so I got, I got some store. I can't wait.
Please, please get this on video.
I got a amazon IT. It'll be here about the night and we get that out there.
Okay, wait, we ve got some audience reactions as well. Hay nutty called think that I say I don't know .
much a reader.
but ah he and called IT an unforgettable .
helly but I and hey.
I thought was two else do we have to take a drink because I don't know this one no.
no, no. That was a proposed rule that said .
an official room. yeah. okay. Well, aly, noting called in an unforgettable night. Oh, nice. Show me a me on stage and yeah, yeah.
it's wonderful. I mean, you know, it's it's a height, new height show about two brothers. And he took a picture, the two kinds, a city chief guys. And how off in the distance is really meaningful picture for both of us.
Like we said she's going to was in, attended, created him free tweet and needs to brush up on a siccus that was funny.
that was actually .
he was another unexpected moment.
That is one of the best things about football, is to see the like differences in generations. One hundred percent uni mate, like the music guys listen to the the shows are especially like kid shows, like for me say by the bill that we watch. We watch at every frequent day.
go every day growing up these news.
Now they don't know what's save by the bills. They don't know who kelling your package.
I told I was that boron had no idea is that they are talking about some.
like want to be jacor s jack or some should I don't fuck you know what?
I think that was the tail end of my child and which ones?
That one that's disney. I think there is. yes. yeah. Anyways, that's one of the cool cases. Finding out about new, new things seem like the differences with you in your images. Because we were.
we were the tale into the eighties. I was literally the tail, and I was only in the eighties for two months. But kids are good.
Kids be in born in the two thousand. Now they must higher. Nineteen.
zero, one dunch harmonies who's that?
You don't even know what poking cards are.
You only you're trying you're .
trying to resell them things I was still open .
impacts you trying to catch them on .
the corner a third in your check. Yeah, no, i'm out here fishing firm in the city to change my .
packs and try and open in hope that you got a sore. Speaking of that, do.
would that be a good episode?
Would that be a good episodes? Have A A few boxes of unopened cards from tambra es rookie year that I own. Should we unbox them on a show and see if there's .
a rocky time, brady in IT? Maybe maybe let me .
just I would do yeah, just do thought .
I would be I would be interested for sure. I'm definitely going to be died into .
IT because I love trading bars. You love trading cards. Yeah who's your who's your most wanted card?
My most wanted card? Yes, there's a card that is of me and you and it's a jersey, a warn game game or jersey yeah but he has the nike logo on the jersey, on the card, one from your jersey and a nike logo for my jersey and it's both on the car and I think that is i'm a nike guy. I'm a nike guy and a nike guy.
You see right there is some a frick neck, right? Moving on to c era jaso. Chase just so yes, so twisted SHE like tweed, the whole shirt .
seo rare enough that he needs a four at the end of bit like there's four, there's three .
other three semester forgot her her not only her twitter password but her email password as well because that's how you get a new one. You don't member your email password so you can't go in and change the new pet. Yeah, now trust me.
Then there been there here SHE lived, tweeted. They show IT. But he really loved talking about the fell scripts payers. And when our guy, Roger, was up there talking about how you scripted.
the whole thing was he was very candidate and open about the little scripting. You have to catch that when the epo de areas. But he admitted IT, I thought he was, he was, he was a big moment for the N.
F, T. To finally admitted description. And here clear enjoyed to .
at least .
the fourth, one fourth election.
Speaking of the the music hall and kind of a city, where should we go next? I think taking you in the enemy territory was hard enough. I think maybe I I jump in the enemy territory. I feel like filly might be the next stop for A A new heights live show.
I think that the logical next place, very where, where is some place that clever, we can .
always go home. We always go. We can go back to the native.
We can he's not a the travel you right now. How do you know for a loud.
i'd be my chance to staring, get some love back. Try some gold star chili right in front of all.
We will go back to since in any, if the mayor comes on the show and we can hash this out, yeah, yeah, where else be good? One should do a show. why? Let's do new heights life. And why?
Yeah, i'm done. We got some. I hope we got some hawaii, I fans or hawaii.
And to my fans, why can be man and why how do a live show on the beach and why on the north shore shouldn't .
be hard to get there? Get some hot guess there. But i'm really not what guys .
actually like.
I'm going to ask the ninety two percent of ninety two percent of if you guys got even.
how are the season?
I think, I think he does has have a place out there.
But I was so coy. We get some good guesses and why?
Michael ET.
because some local guest too.
I guess a good one. Yeah, over to the shrip trucks.
We really .
enjoy doing the live show that we can both say that we genuinely enjoy the electricity and the energy. Just having some fun with ninety two percent is in a couple of guests. So please send in anywhere that you guys think we should have our next live show. And while you guys are, send them in, will will work on getting the video version up on our youtub Epace t hat m akes y ou s ubscribe o n y outube a nd f ollow u s o n o ur s ocial m edia p latforms a t n ew h eights s how w ith V enus f or t he o fficial r elease d ate o f t he l ive s how o n y outube. And peloton has what .
you need to keep you on track, your goals no matter what season of life you're in. And as professional athletes.
we know how chAllenging IT could be to A T. Your fitness needs to your busy schedule, especially during the nfl season.
Palestine has been a great tool to help me adept my routine to my busy schedule of traveling for money in my football, podcasting, parenting and everything else I go on this year. Pelton is great for when you're traveling between games at the gym or when you just need a moment to recover.
Find your push. Find your power with pillow on one pala 点 com。
That's right. again. That's one pala dot com. Hey.
I recently I S mate mobiles legal team. If big wireless companies are allowed to raise Prices due to inflation, they said yes. And then when I asked if raising Prices technical .
violates those owners to your contracts, they said, what the are you talking about you in saying holly's wood? So to recap, we're cutting the Price of mt. Unlimited from thirty dollars a month to just fifteen dollars a month. Give me a try mid mobile doc flash.
Yeah, we also have some big time announcement and news is Jason lutte earlier about what we have a new episodes coming up. We both were in cases. So we might have somebody coming up soon that you guys will enjoy。 So Jason, that's right.
And as we just talked about the live show for new heights, we got to get to the other line performance.
which which was Kelly jay, yeah.
the second big draft weekend event for traveled healthy outside of actually travel were to the new heights life show, then went to the draft and then the next day, Kelsey jam, jam the weekend for travel's .
Kelsey ilm, this guy is killing .
in arana so travis, um you had the first ever Kelsey jam in kinda city this weekend.
How to go? Dude, at that point IT was like, there's no way like the the new height show was so electric. I was like, man, that was IT.
That was going to be to peak. And then we did the draft, and the draft was its own special event. I've got to be on stage and not even know I was going to say anything.
I thought when they went through the script of, like, what was going to go on, we were supposed to walk on there, kind of, sit back, stand back, pat, jumps on the mike, says something that comes the city and then hands me the trophy and tells him, and like proceeds that I go do to go talk. I just say what I don't know what to say. I even hold to get the mike here. So I go up there and like, i'm like trying to like, hidden with, just like something while I like, think of something else to say in the back of my mind. That's why looked back at Roger selected going to keep.
let me talk what I was.
I was turned under the bus. But I yeah, I enjoying that stage. I enjoyed the new height stage. And then Kelsey jam came around, and, man, that was a believe.
Boz, well, man, yeah, I hate to say a man, but twenty thousand people screaming, actually, like your music artists. That was probably the piece of the weekend. Then there was something that I could have never expected to even happened.
I thank you. We're going to show up because he was raining. I show up there and there's already ten thousand people there. Nobody had even performed yet. Um other than D J R um who absolutely killed IT as as really the the running host to the show yeah kind of keep in everything in line and man all the performers from technical to recall to loud lucky y um and then calls just came in mgk came in at the end and he's like a true rockstar and the crowd loved the energy um like like new heights everybody was on their feet the entire second time do so much fun fun man, I I can't think kind of a city and everybody that came in for this Kelsey jam and just this music fest, music and food fest that we did. Man IT was I was so much for confusion automatically and immediately i'm thinking about how I can make a Better for next year. So um yeah we already grown up how we're going to do this thing Better next year and try to make this in the ng rule event either in kinds of city or whether draft is well.
you just talked about pat hand and you the .
trophy have to draft. You took troy.
You took that trophy. You went that trophy. You took that trophy went strain .
the klse jane.
what we got video of proof and we're going to play right and ask to enjoy this video of there IT is there is the the footage of you descrying a history trophy. They have the nfl um in more ways than one. Yeah, how did you feel to you? You an icon.
The people are absolutely fucking ill if you think that I would ever disrespect .
the actual landi trophy shop .
that was one thousand percent of replica. K, I, I have a way too much respect for the game, the history.
I know the dent is on the front from Brown. I tell there was no dent .
in that fricking replica was the the yeah because .
ground had .
the trophy that said the chief s over the forty nine years because that was a replica I bought after I won the super bowl in miami.
You poured beer down the side of IT .
like he was a nice loose IT was a nice loose IT was the limbata loose and IT .
was a delicious the barons .
of casual where her name .
is who was the granddaughter of the the guy that made the trophy? If SHE was upset at time, brady thrown IT in the ocean. She's human right now. She's going to be a real upset to you.
Yeah well, I didn't do to the real one maam. So I think we're good on that book um IT IT was honestly I was just like IT was just like the can that I threw on the ground IT was a replica and didn't have any association outside IT just looked like to embark trophy IT could have been a cake for all that matter was I I would never forgot do that to lombardy trophy IT was all for the show all to try and get everybody you know.
you would honestly never do that to .
the liberty trophy? No, I have no reason .
to do that to the lomartire ropy do the limb to the trophy I did, yeah, I did do that so you would at least do one of them. So we established that you already lying. What makes you think that .
you wouldn't find? You know, I did a nobody loose because i've always, i've always wanted to drink out of lord standing, always wanted do so when I thought of, how can I take a drink off of this legendary trophy, the lombardy lose baby, so much things IT gets a little messy on the little party loose. There's not real you there's not a real like a poor effect other than you just got to send IT. You know you're going to get a dirty, but it's said its glorious. It's glorious.
What where is this in in the in the chronicles of disrespecting the liberty? Where does this rank next to the time brady throwing in the ocean and grown using .
as a baseball IT? I don't think, I don't think time threw IT in the ocean. I just do IT from one boat to the next and somebody caught IT yeah, they caught IT because he was trying to the other boat have opportunity hosting the trophy in front of the city yeah like that. Yeah yeah.
That's a move.
Yeah I 们 i don't think it's disrespect。 I think it's A T mate move to let your guy host the marty.
Well, the person who made its great, great, great, great, great, nice whoever that was said that I was .
disrespectful yeah well, to each on, I don't need to know if that makes sense in this.
Not does I mean, listen, yeah, you who are opining.
I like to say, shout of their body. Shout out, dare body.
So was brock using in as a baseball bat just so?
No, he hesitated.
Yeah.
because I would think about IT. And I was like, you know what, when you win the lombardy, do whatever you want with IT. I have a certain .
way that I want to in an element object.
I know, maybe Spike IT on stage. I don't fuck.
you know, would you feel, would you feel that if they can't feel disrespect?
Can I really be disrespected? You would honestly, if you ve got a problem with somebody doing that to lone body, go win IT and don't do IT to the what's .
great answer at the answer right there.
Yeah, I mean, you could. You want IT at yours? You do whatever you want with that thing.
If you don't like the embassy ds, where you don't care enough, or you don't, don't, don't even know what i'm saying, teach his own. Shout out everybody. Do you think you do .
whatever you want? trophy? What's the best trophy in sports?
That's a great question, man.
There are some trophies out.
Yes, not close. Stay on three, one, two, three.
the up and take up ten times.
So he doesn't wanted about their lives. The Jerry doesn't is like the where is how? Where is IT this? Where is IT?
There's win the standing cup, otherwise I would love to win that one. But a good .
point now there's .
nothing Better than the delicate .
should start .
treating the liberty though you might be so much cooler if I had a ganger people that followed IT, whatever IT went and if IT was the same, if there was only one of them in the world but that's .
that's hockey's tradition you I mean they fit and found that one out and it's cool and recited. I feel like there could have been more to the the libraries though yeah and with you other ah that wasn't the lumbar ti trophy that I Spiked stap uh, saying that i'm disrespect the troy. Why am admit that was the actual troy this to the fan or to the person that retrieved IT in the crowd. Can you please send a picture to Jason so he can see that he was not the real and body trophy they .
still have that I would .
assume they .
still have IT a fan has the actual amount I troy, just around .
picked up when I actually you get me there, you cut second.
Already last thing we want to touch out before we get to the draft, we're going to bring back no dumb questions, but we need to help. We would love to answer any not dumb questions that you guys have, but we want to open IT up. I feel like a lot of the no dmm questions we get are strictly related to football.
We would love to open this to all sports, non sports donuts. Whatever your no dm question is, we will comment on IT. I think that, that makes IT more fun for us. So whether it's life advice, financial advice, which I would advise, not letting anything we say, or dating advice, which um tramps can help .
you on the sensor.
please email, treat us, reach out to our edit page with your not football dumb questions or football on questions, whatever yet he is with IT not done questions. I mean, and here are the kind of questions we want from my man on twitter, and actually is from my twitter. I say.
I think I treated twitter.
my twitter, uh, our iron and iron pronounced the same or pronounce differently travis.
where do you sit on this? You just said the same .
name to me well but if you were to read them, how would you say .
the sentence our iron and iron pronounced the same or pronounced differently? That's i'm same .
um so what we found out that fifty percent of whoever survey disappears do there's eighty three thousand people that surveyed this poll in its fifty feet.
Eighty three thousand eighty .
three thousand people will eighty two thousand and nine hundred and twenty three, to be specific, answered this poll in its fifty fifty.
There is no way.
I thought open, click the link in the thing now.
elan, he he fired way to many people. Their surveys are working. They're just saying it's going to fit. The every argument is fit.
This is all just filled up by elan must bots to create, to create as much division as possible by making IT a 5。 Yeah I mean, I just don't so I understand the logic that people try to comment IT with like it's an e versus an a so an air in versus an air iron right iron ever or whatever. Like you say that .
I say earn because it's E, R. Well, earn, that's a lot more things, right?
I are both and say the end, both this .
iron iron.
So is my point. Nobody says these name is around everybody, is that you know the one is air and and the other one is error. I've heard this is pronounced if you want to be like if you were just like i'm going to go to meet iran over at the mall, you're not going to say I am going to go to meet iran iran over at the mall like you're not going to say that you're going to say iran there both pronounced exactly the same in everyday language.
It's only when you get the questions like this where you come up with a bullsh answer about how you pronounce differently. And it's not sense nobody pronounce this this name any differently in everyday talk. There's not a difference. And i'm going to start recording you people who say that is different. I'm a kitchen pronouncing these names .
and the same this is talking to .
his wife right now. Yeah, i'm going to get catch because we are act and like they're different is IT eri, do you even say IT with the e eran? Eric eric.
one of my best friend's name is eric with an a but you don't say eric.
eric, that's what i'm saying. It's all the same would like and people said, like you oh, the I is different than the o like it's iran versus iron nobody says iron and but .
everybody says iron.
Just ridiculous yeah I mean, all of these things that people say sounds good in theory, but in practicality when you're saying in the name is .
the exact same like when you have B, O and bea x.
ah, yes. But snow, yeah. X, i'm going to go.
Me, no, no, no. You, yes. What do you talking about? You is bow. I'm going to go meet but not french of amErica so don't .
make that know .
if I say bow and bow, I say be.
I've never heard anybody say, say.
are you how they say? I don't even know how a french person would say.
how do you say earn?
Anyone know a range looks strange. What's up?
How do you say earned with the e how is iron?
What do you tell about?
How do you? How do they .
say IT though? They say IT like, like 那个那个 e, like.
you know how you say? They say.
yeah. Like, E, H. If there was that.
then there would be an E, H.
I mean, this, I think in other like countries there is a clear difference what they say, what I an irish people are like, UK people. They'd say iran and air in her, like they make IT more like they differed in the american language.
It's iron.
an air. And I listening, you filled out of people talk and they say, there's a difference team. Mary, mary and mary.
no idea what you just said.
How do you .
M E R R Y mary.
M A R R Y mary.
M A R Y mary .
filled IT out .
of people think .
that those three words are pronounce differently in there. And I don't think that they say them differently. And they just fool themselves in their own heads that they see things differently.
They don't there's no difference in everyday. So nobody says mary, mary and I even know what the fucking world will be. I don't even know marie, mary and mary like, no, nobody's noticed in the difference.
The only reason you noted the difference is the hat text. You merry somebody and wish him a merry Christmas. You merry merry. I'm merry Christmas.
So you there's nothing Better of the Jason kills you get fired up about something that doesn't mean anything. But let's move on. I get to these twelve of bold topics.
A K, A, just some bold topics to wrap up the x nfl draft weekend. And first, first place, some like IT. First things. First, we've got to get to sum some new teammates.
man, teammates and the nfl draft this weekend. I actually got held up because travis son have relate to the door.
They held IT up. I thought I was right on time. Everybody said I was right on time. They didn't actually hold problem.
Well, tell you what, they held IT like a few minutes to fuck alone because I got there right on time. I looked at the second phone and I said I had to get there by fib. Five IT was five or four when I walked right up to the stage.
So aid IT like seven in IT.
seven or five them. Had to be there. No five have .
little four.
They were. Ought I put in a few days here? I, you call part mama, calls yet again.
Rock in another stage. Get up there and picking one of the eagles drapier. One of my all time favorite ite moments in life seeing .
her up there came out .
that he was live in front of the entire world and didn't flinch once.
She's, I mean, mom, kells.
mom kills. Baby, shout of the mom kills. Showing us the rope.
Get again before we get to the eagle, please we get to talk about the chiefs first round. You guys went with the last pick in the first round. I want to what you were picking last. Um kind of the city took edge defender felix n. Dk, usaa.
mr. N, U. Dk, usaa. Feel it's wanted to the squad.
Baby can stay. Aby, what a guy. Man, what a guy. He looks like he is great. Frequent energy, explosive. I mean, looks like he's going to help us out, right? frequent.
Now that's good.
That's what you want for russia. Long arms, explosive.
The big long. Do long what's your to to his .
athletic as hell is he can he can get you with the future for moves.
the athletic retell.
I'm going to say he's athletic.
He's be a good pick of all there yeah.
I think you can I think you can throw in a few different sports.
and he he can play. Let's good. I you want athletics mantell out there than round one, round two, number fifty five. Uh, you guys to like S, M, U, wide receiver russia. Rice.
i'll tell you what he might. He might be the dark course in this wide receiver classman. I'll tell you what, man dog, I was watching some highlights.
I like what he does with with the ball in his hands and he's got a good field for for voice over the middle of field and he's tough as nails. men. I love wider servers that are just tough dues guys that to stick their face in the fan, do the dirty work. He's a guy that that can definitely you can he can be countered on in the passing game. But man, I think he's going to help us out a lot of different areas on the .
field then use among one of the prospects that ccp ma homes was playing catch with, which, by the way, I think this is genius and it's probably going to be tampering ring by next season. But you guess that patch homes work out with a bunch of quarter of the buner receivers. Well, he chose to work out with a bunch receivers. No, no, no to. Um what's the .
to potato?
no. What's the one? Is a bearship the .
woods tamplin .
ing or tampering ing? Whatever you want to call IT?
He was outliers are outliers.
To do is catch your passes. I mean, talk about a great way to figure out of the guys. You can be a good fit, have your starting corner. Bec best, one of the best players in the league.
asked him to rest some routes you guys might be running during the season. Not a bad idea.
So my homes apparently told the chief s that he really likes this guy because I drafted him in the second.
I mean, yeah, you couldn't go wrong. All the guys that I saw down there that we're working out that.
you know fix any future title rn max was the only receivers.
No, no, I I think I think there was some bugs around a dolin cake. But yeah outside that I didn't see anybody. We just had a all all our dogs that are at tight right now, downer working in the texas heat.
Don't kk, that sounds like it's like almost like .
a made up me like it's an action like the action packed like.
yeah, I like one of the guys .
pretty thriller yeah this .
I was glory should be like one in a like a safari. This is dot kincaid safari.
I did you get created their brother and alright.
well, either way, thought that that was genius. But you guys, and obviously pt like this guy, because you got to pick them in the second round. Round three coming along, you got oklahoma often to tackle .
one year Morris and he.
he's one year. Get to the canada city chief.
flake. Yeah, go. Is going to be fun to get him get him in the building the big due tackle played actually played next to one of our star guards in tray Smith back in back in college, tennessee since then transferred to oklahoma um and now is a is a canin city chief baby.
G, D, B chamara corner is the number four, number one, nineteen fourteen IT. I mean.
i've never seen A D, B where a number one of virgin attack that I didn't think was impressive.
say there are some schools that are just known for having certain positions. And I feel like db, a virgin sec. Db is usually a one that like perennially, they have pretty good to bring.
The flowers, baby.
already coming down around five, the one sixty six big. You guys take j in from Steven f.
Austin. I to see this guy, you so you mean get pumped about the guys. You just you don't have a lot of film .
on now you're from a school that I ve heard of.
I'm very curious to so ious to others because that IT could be a african who is a diamond in the rough. Jm, that you just didn't didn't see come and out all the excitement during the color foobar season. Usually small school guys don't get too much love.
Men endless. Yeah let's see. IT hopefully isn't just taught me around .
the training cap around six pig against chiefs select texas death at the tackle ka. Coburn and number one ninety four .
big coburn and seventh rp balls day corner nate Jones.
baby nate Jones ball state, don't see lot of corner coming out a ball state, we'll this one planes out yeah have you reached that in these guys or they reach out to you?
Followed a few form on ig l rating totally man fired up to see building my guy down in A X P, E, down in fort lottery, florida. Tony velan is helped me with a lot of my my speed in my transition.
Twenty.
just without my yeah twenty woman is the foot specialist that are in specialist. Yes, you have. You actually gave me the OK and like the thugs up to go down there and train, could you kind of talk to him coming out? The draft is .
just the guy that was at a broker.
So he was up in broken. Now he's down, tony ony me, a lot of stuff terms, speed and athleticism, control, going into out of breaks and things like that. Actually .
purpose.
full movement, baby receive was down there training with him for the draft, I would assume and sheer enough got the connection through him to, you know, just give me shut out everything and where he is fired up, baby, he is fired up. He was to come here when african lAmberty. Now it's IT was cool for for tony to do that man to get the ball rolling.
And ah i'm one of those guys. You watch a do you watch rookie mini camps on your um on your ipad? No but .
sometimes i'm there like friday when they first show up. I watch IT for a second.
But I like, I like to pick, I D like to see the fucking chaos they go on. Rookie mini camp. Do you remember walking in to that rookie mini camp in like going through the first practice? Like what the fuck did we just do that wasn't .
even football. So we didn't I didn't .
have a commune IT. We came out the lookout. Man, yes.
that's good shot of a training cap. And all the rockies were at training cap.
which could have also been a cluster. Fuck way.
There was a big time cluster. The first drills idea was against the starting defense and ten ten with Colin Jenkins and my man, mike paris, son. So let need us to say the bulls are fine. fast.
Come a great. Typically you come in, you get just after a week later, you go to look at mini cam. It's a 4 day weekend that you have with the team where they bring in nothing but rockies that's drafted rookies and drafted rockies。
You guys guys, you know have a chance to .
make the team that they want to see more upsides.
We can get away and it's .
the most chaotic we can get away if they can ever have. They put in probably close to one hundred sixty plays, I would assume somewhere around that to like two hundred. And you have to by the end of the week, it's like by the end of the weekend, you're fried.
Mentally, physically, you have full on practices, are not padded practices. But every way after and how I flying around, nobody knows what they're doing. I mean, the corti can barely spend out the play call because they they're so new, they just got taught what they're doing the day before.
So it's just it's absolute chaos and I love washing. Guys just do absolutely whatever they think is the best thing possible on film. And it's entertaining I think is entertaining because it's nothing like a structured practice, usually isn't the interface. Um but yeah, I was a part of that. K, S.
for all the guys that make IT out of the rookie mini. K, what's the first thing they got to do in kc?
How many you got hit the casey barber, you, I remember jump in into kat's a city as a rookie um first weekend you get put in like a townhouse or a hotel. For the weekend you get shuttle back and forth from the hotel. And um so I was out there without a cars back when uber wasn't around kansas city, he was taxi service was like the only way you could get around without a car if you didn't have a biker, your own vehicle.
And I was walking around going to barbecue joints and just enjoying the the area around the hotel as much as possible because I don't like sit in house. And then IT was quite the experience to got to get some good old kenco barbecue introduced to oklahoma joes at the time, which is now kansas city es. And I I gained some wait pretty quickly.
So enjoy the can city bar cue, maybe have some some Greens while you join IT as well. Yes, just get ready for, get ready for cheese. Random to show you some love, mak, because the city is to lecture right now.
Do you think can says barbecue is a little bit overrated?
Nap.
just ask you, no, no reason behind that. Well, do you have any rookie advice for the new chief at a .
common in rocky advice? Man, the biggest thing that I see here and you're out is everybody wants to be that that star player, the guy that comes in and just like kinds like immediately gets all the place called form, all the opportunities to be great. And that's not necessarily how IT works in the league.
I mean, if you're a first round draft pick, that that's one thing. But for the most part, guide are going to have to come in and find a role. I was the same way I was the number two tight end for like my tooth first two, three years um and I had to come in and help out the team wherever I possibly could.
So special teams I was in every special team meeting I was going to, every single meeting I was going to the tightest room. Afterwards i'm going up to the corner. Bax is trying to get a Better understanding of timing and things like that. I'm listening, soaking every bit of knowledge that I possibly came to. Just try and find a role on the team and everybody is going to have to do that. So rockies men come in there with big dreams, big hopes, said, you know mean you're going to be that household name but at the same time ah the task at hand is that you've got ta help this team right now win and sometimes, I mean, you know you just got ta find a role on the on the office or defense or wherever you can.
Good advice that .
man is about all the advice like afra rocky's man just .
come in and getting where you fit in.
getting where you fit in. Bob, moving on to some new eagles, though. The newest eagles, yeah, to be added to the philadelphia eagles.
And these eagles, little more like dogs, started off the first round. I get to georgia d tackle um out of a georgia jAiling Carter r number nine overall, that's that. Do you just made a lot of money? Yeah, you just made a whole lot of money.
And Jason, you you chuck some beer when the pig got announced. Were you you are excited about this one. ah.
Well, I was down in the pit, was going to be checking beer regards who they selected, but was definite, very happy they took a jail. Carter, you the most Marks didn't have him following that low. know.
This is a guy who I think most of the ponant atterly is one of the top two or three guys in the entire draft. Yeah so you know for him to be available at nine, how we in the eagles to trade up from ten one position in the snagging. You know, I think that that was pretty fortunate that he kind of felt that far for the years from a little perspective.
You know, the big question about jAiling is the care of your concern, right? And yeah, you I don't get to concern characters still, especially when he comes to like college kids. This is these are highly transformative years for all these guys.
Um obviously is a concern whenever there's character stuff out there and you have to do homework and you have to vent uh with different sources that you trust just how bad those concerns are. But man, I think that people do a lot of growing in college. People do a lot of growing after college.
I mean, these are still by, you know, all intents of purposes, you know, these are still Young kids, the still Young men. JAiling is the opportunity now to reinvent himself, right? You just end of the league is the number nine pick overall, clearly has the talent to be a premier player as well.
You don't get pick that high if you don't have the upside to make that happen. So as long as he does things right, as long as he and you know IT goes about at the right way, as long as he dedicates himself, as long as he becomes professional, um he has a chance to have a life changing career in the N F O. Um he has a chance to play for over a decade as long as he doesn't get hurt if he dedicates themselves to the game to his teammates and choose craft. And he's going to be very, very fortunate to work with two guys in that room who have done them your brain and gram fetch cox and both played on the events line and done things the right way for over a decade. And they've ripped the benefits, they've ripped the rewards .
so you be able to take and they have got a city that absolutely .
frick and loves them yeah so you here's a choice, right and and i'm looking forward to um see and how he goes with him because I mean the tales there, we're all excited to hell that is a part of the team right now. He gets to go out there and and got there. An earth man go there every day, got there and become the player that you can be.
And he's going to do IT in a room with a bunch of other great guys. And I you like character concerns. Man, I don't listen.
I respect all coaches out there, but i've seen guys have fraction relationships with one coach. Go to another team and be just fine. I wasn't perfect college I know travel wasn't.
We've been over h the struggle he he said um but man, environment makes a difference. Who you interactive IT makes the difference. He's going to enter a great room in and he's going to have an outsetting opportunity to take ownership over this.
And every time i've met him, I met him right after we picked them for the second time. I met him when he was in filly for his top thirty visit. Man, he's a guy.
He's been a great kid in. His interactions of me is, look me in the eye, I feel like allowed these guys I have Carry to concerns are more concerned with guys that think they're too good. I didn't get that vibe with him when I met with them. You know where he's like looking up is not looking straight. Echo, that's obviously not a great let me test, but you ve .
got a pretty good gage on people. Men, I I could a pried around you think i've got a pretty good gage, so I think we gage things the same. And i'd tell you what men filly has never been you know hesitant when IT comes to get those red flag guys until until see you know picking traps.
kill the number number guys that haven't that i've been like black room.
No, I did.
I did. I am ignoring IT because I don't want to touch on the fact you still upset that the eagles draft even know you just want you're second super ball and at the most receiving yard of all time. Uh, next a few years, you see that a few people to catch up on that.
But through the first, the most recipe are to the first eleven years, or whatever is, listen, yeah, I mean, I can't remember the last time the eagles had someone in the locker room that, like, was that big of a cancer that IT upset the chemistry of the team. I can't remember the last time that happened. And so I listen he's going to make a choice either.
He's going to commit himself and dedicate himself and do things the right way. And you'll have a long, illustrious career where you can end up changing the lives of his entire family or is not in like at the end of the day, i'd like taking a risk on a day, not a risk. I'd like taking chances on a guy that have this much website. I really do. I think that usually and you know painting output yeah.
well, it's fun. It's fun that you've got to see him not only before the draft was during the draft, you told him that you're you're glad that he's an eagle and can't wait for one on ones.
Yeah, he missed. You know, he just heard that I said, i'm not looking forward to what I want. I don't afford you. I want to ones of anybody I don't you know.
let alone of an absolute terrorized in the middle the field yeah and obviously, like you said, a the deline room that he's going into is only going to help a man, is only going to help both on the field and channel that professionalism so moving on to the end of the first round edge russia knowler Smith a georgia um two bold dogs men two declined to delimit should say and um yeah who would have thought that the eagles would went on got two delmon after having the most sex and the national football league techy an outside .
backer but he's a he's playing on the line.
He's a he's rush in .
the um yeah I mean another guy uh from georgia. This is the guy no one is the guy that uh, moment announced epic thirty. So know this is a guy is unique because he's a smaller edge player.
He only fit certain types of schemes, and we happen to run one of them that we're going to be able to utilize them a lot. We do some similar things right now with the sound who was one of the highest sac leaders might have been these sac leader, the napfa last year. But yes, knowledge Smith um is going to an opportunity be in a great room again and learn from guys that are really, really good at their craft. And the only reason is probably there big thirty is because he's such a unique player, right? Like is not your two and seven person yeah yeah it's not a .
two hundred and seventy .
pound d and that's going to play in a lot of these four, three schemes. He he's playing in a three four he's .
containing and his pass rushing.
that's right. So and he's going to slide inside our games probably on third down .
now right now noted yep, put IT down.
You won't see IT and take I guess we might play as the first thing in the year. So maybe once you not take.
I hope we play you guys in germany.
but it's not have an artist .
MIT will move IT onto the third round because you guys then have a secret pic offensive tackle Tyler, steam about my any time you get any line at alabama, you get to get pic.
So I think we did have a second on pig. I think there's a trade that happened to somebody that that pushed us into the third round.
I don't know if you this .
one please sorry ah big from an obama can play guard or tackle. We've had a really, really good office, a line for a number years of filly and part of this because the organization to invest in drafting and accumulating town on a line and an end line um and obviously we lost a single mo are studying my guard. We lost under diller who is our next in line tackle and guard so this is a we need to get another guard tackle that's just the realty of IT in you know a drafting guard tackles from alabama not a bad place to a draft .
guys from he told us that works.
The power is impressive when you watch and play. And i'm looking forward to getting tired steam over there at that the university and see what he's .
got right now. Will your your second, third round pick back to back actually safety sydney Browns out a illini fight .
a lana have watched absolutely zero type of sydney Brown, but everything everybody says that is a heat seeking missile playing with reckless abandoned type safety. And that's how I like my safety so let's hope he's doing at .
the end of file with that. Yeah moving on around four corby, Kelly, ringo out of georgia about .
the building bulldogs, the philatelic bulldogs.
which is the best team and count football so I get .
IT yeah and it's a good idea to get us from the best team of college not a bad game plan um yeah not the guy that I have seen zero tape on and honestly, even if I have seen table button, I do not to value corner backs. Uh you know in general um you know if the receiver in catching a lot of passes to is that to pretty good quarter?
Around six, you guys drafted a quarter back. Man, you just paid one, two hundred and fifty million dollars. You guys dropped another one out of stanford.
You will no brain. Ec, you'll tree for trees. tender. Mickey tai, stanford university.
We don't feel he is always to invest in three positions online deline and the other one's quarter bec. You know we know for sane, uh, the necessity to have good back of courter bags. We saw some friends struggle this year without a third string courter bag.
Well, I guess so in into the year with three, a search correct and handle the injuries. But no, it's just the one of these things is always a good idea to have at least three quarterbacks, if not for that you're comfortable with um and yeah, this gives going to get an opportunity to prove himself. We've been known as the court of that factory at one point when we select to jail herods in the second round, back when cars once was still the starting cortege. C so they're still keep in the factory up and run in a .
little bit right now. Well, round them out. The draft here for the eagles at around seven d tackle moral o jamo from texas. We so both d tackles from texas, uh, go to the chiefs in the eagles. Men.
I about that. yeah. I mean, again, haven't seen a lot of this kid. Authorities are shot off. Second, he will be a nice boat there in the middle of .
the defense and takes, i'll just right.
just let him sit there, take up double teams in. Just create a bunch of a gunk. You gunk up the pipes of the outside zone and all the other things you know he just is that you're spacetime ker.
what? The eagles didn't leave the georgia dogs alone after the draft. The eagles actually traded the twenty twenty five four pick in the number two hundred and nineteen pic in this year's draft to the detroit lines and exchange .
for a day named Andrew swift. About that. How about that? how?
How about his background worked there? Trade, i've got a guy. This sounds like you guys wanted from the gic.
O you, I mean, you know, we already had a great running back room, but everybody in philanthus wanted how we to drive bijan Robinson and that was what everybody's stake was sports talk radio shut up the VIP um and I think everybody he's looking forward to that be in the pic but nobody expected jane Carter to fall. And when b jha g are taken eight j and Carter on the board, everybody's aid is an Albert is jAiling Carter. I mean, let's take him.
Yeah, but you think you lose out on acquire an explosive running back? Now today, how we rose men trades a couple late round picks and acquires an explosive running back at the detroit lions and out of a georgia and adds another boat dog to the office, so we end up name explosive running back. And I mean, you know, how is turning in into quite the manipulator of a acquiring talent to the draft, whether it's through trades or through a the draft itself traded and traded last season, obviously for acquiring A J Brown during the draft.
This season requires another explosive office, a player and he enters a room that already has some really good running back. So um i'm excited I was excited before the draft and i'm definitely excited now. We we filled a lot of things and I think people were wondering who is going to feel fill these spots. So have you have .
you reached out to anybody yet?
I rested nobody, met nobody. Jason.
you ve got a tackle. Come in india, office of line room or the leader of the office of line room.
Yes, be there. Eventually got a .
version. First, I say .
is excited, as I am for the draft that happens every year and almost never does every pick pan out the way you think it's going to. Um you know it's it's exciting because guys are realized in the dreams they are. They're being entered into the nfl. There's a lot of energy behind these new guys entering. But um I always wait to I see the guys in person, see how they move out on the field, get to know um um all that stuff gets reserved until they show up into the nova care building OK .
shout of the nobody care yeah have what's the first thing they're going to do when .
they they get to filly man try the Barbie cue because is definite Better than kids cities.
I got a cheese takes about right the street for this place. Got silly time, baby, it's got the best cheese you ever have. I, I have. I got a few favorite. It's actually all when I .
go to a fill SHE stakes is a big to our city. Obviously with founding of the the united states, there's a lot of history bounding of IT. That's right. Yeah.
the freedom just .
scribble the games.
They just scribble on african piece of paper. Didn't find anything.
No, found the finding, not finding. Yeah.
they didn't found IT. IT .
was a lost.
never ridiculous.
Now I mean, so the site seeing stuff you're got to do, I like doing IT, the double decor bus style because you can catch all that stuff at once. You have off IT.
That thing probably is the best if you're looking for the .
history aspect of the hop on hop off bus or is a great way to see the city at a fast pace. Um and then the other thing you just go get some food filled in, obvious food is it's a really under rate of food scene. Um bad of the great restaurants are to hit up um i'd like kidding up the one of unique spots yeah those are the .
best that's that's where you really get the the awesome side of files. If IT does have its chain restaurants, but IT has some mom and pop shops, that one of spots that are just it's que .
they've been placed that have a very .
self serve city man. I love that in places .
that i've been in people's families for generations, it's hard to say. The first thing you can do is feel that obvious. It's so diverse is so unique um you know it's a filler neighborhoods like within two to three blocks you're changing whether or in pacy Young, whether you're in south street, whether you're in uh old city fish txt lic, there are so many different neighborhoods in philadephia.
They're all unique and different in their own way. So but just to start, get out the house, that baby, get out the to know the city. It's a great city.
All these guys are are gonna ve IT. Unless you're from downtown th in the ral area, then you're probably live in self jersey. But outside of that, amen get to know IT.
Um yeah I would say you got a rooky advice.
rookie advice.
rookie advice.
The biggest thing I tell all these guys is, you know everything you do is being not just evaluated but you're selling yourself. I know it's a weird way to look at IT, but what are you doing to stand out? And this is kind of from your book, outliers.
travis of other.
There's every single day you ve got to be doing something that is standing out and that coaches head, standing out that scouts head so that when they are upstairs they're talking about IT and you don't want to stand out on the wrong way.
right course.
Tell us that one yeah. So what whatever you do at what the whether you're great, the meeting room and you answer questions well and you do a Better than other guys, whether coaches like me, that I really he he retain things that we ask questions, he's in the meeting. Whether you finish, that's one of the things is .
so true nal african film.
you are the last person to finish every single play. You're in me all these news, your name notice in that upstairs, uh, you know whether it's in the weight room, whether you're strong, whether you're fast and you're going to burn people out there on the practice.
You oh, there's things that you got to do you to figure out what what can I do to separate myself from all the other guys? Because there's a lot of guys that are going to get separated and those guys usually don't make the team. That's just the way IT is if there's nothing that is bringing you up in the scout heads or the coaches heads, where is like aim? And this guy is different. There's some about the sky. I don't know what IT is, but this dude finishes every single play. I don't know what IT is, but this guy asked me questions that I don't usually think to ask what are you doing that separating yourself from just being in another your the guards sixty nine that was brought in last year as well shout out to a mainlander dicarchus that's that's the advice I give all the rookies um stand out I really think about what am I doing each and every day that these coaches are talking about me i'm right .
there with you men. I still take that mentality to every single off season, every single day practice. I'm trying to do the right things and obviously show the Younger guys what the right things look like, right? Um so I feel like effort is one of them always finishing plays even in the conditioning yeah you know I mean, keep you going any any way that you can show everybody in the building that you want this, that you care about this, that this is more than just a job for you um I think you're in the right right but don't do IT for the wrong reasons. I don't just be asking questions, just to ask questions.
Yeah nobody like like that.
I've seen guys literally sleep in the office of meeting rooms and not take anything that they're doing and building out onto the field. And that's just annoying to see if you really got ta make you know what you're what you're doing all the acknowledged consumer, you're gotta make way to share that on the film, on the field. And yeah, I might say with his brother.
yeah, so we've added, we have six, seven guys from georgia now maybe even more. Is there a less intimate dog than a bulldog like like georgia rot while as my god, that's A A convicted dog. But bollen G I, there is zero concerned about. I kick and put the fuck out .
of a boto zero .
concern. I feel like a boat lazy. They can't read right?
You know that fast?
No, I don't.
I mean you, i'm not even bother .
up grounds upon me. There is zero worry in my head because zero. But at the end of that now I can just pn IT and decrepit .
by the back of the neck just up here, right?
Can get to me yeah that I there they are, orb looking. So that was, I guess we can talk to because since a bear cat sounds frozen, just like a boy dog, a boy dog is the reason in schools .
is the name. Bodog.
that's a good name. Bear cat, that's a good name. Little do they know? Bear answer, fuck and stupid.
You ever looked at this thing? I mean, beyond. A bestrown or whatever it's called about the least intimidating thing you've never walk up on.
Look out here comes a big troll. big. How even think that makes that noise is more of a red coon than IT get .
have since and eighty hats everywhere right now. Let's but the way they .
got the name, the way since and they got the named, is not, do you know? How do I get the name?
Yeah.
no, you know, no. There is a player back in the nineteen, twenty years or thirties, maybe whose name was teddy bear. I'm that make a meda. His name is teddy bear.
And in the paper, the next day after had a big game, the headline was teddy bear was so dominant, he looked like a, like a combination of a bear and a cat. And that's how they got the bear cat mignet. So it's named after a player, actually, not after a very unintimidated stupid would then .
create up. And that's all we .
got for the field alphy and candidly drafts. But the last we want to touch on man, um but how do case you do was a whole .
city man I thought they killed IT honestly, that was I went to i've been to a few drafts and see a few draft .
stages .
here to my draft. I've been to a few. I went to vegas last year, sock levings. Um it's A I tell you what and I might be a little bias from the energy in the city and kind of what we had going on.
But I had, I had a whole buch of fun this week, and I thought, kinda, city did an unbelievable job of hosting the draft, the draft stage, that amazing. I was the biggest stage and venue that had been put up for the draft yet, and I think was packed to a tea. I just thought of such a cool, unique setting for the draft and really .
made a memorable, yeah, I thought was outstanding. And that's the first i've ever been to filled up. He posted a few years ago.
And everybody loved IT and filly. I got to think this is just a great event. I've always loved watching the death on TV. That's my first time I ever going.
I was in the crowd with all the I like some of the fans where there was in the pit watching IT for a portion of IT. Dude, good vibes, great vibes. I mean, you to think about is such an exciting time for fans. Who are we going to like you? Like you put the water, you put your thing, you.
I think I want to keep going in like IT was a great and especially that first day, man, the fans are into IT uh, the whole nations into IT like I mean, it's IT was a IT was a great experience. And I want I think i'm excited that the enter felt does this now like I used to just be in yard? yeah.
But i'd like that this is now an event that is moving around and each city is getting a chance to partaking IT. Because I think, do you I mean, you get to realize, you get to see first hand kids realized their dreams. Cities get excited with hope and optimism uh, whether it's from a quarter bag or a deviant attacker.
Um I think that everybody too, it's just a it's a great show. It's a great event and um i'm i'm really happy that I was able to go to this one. Am I keep going to .
this right now? Well, well, i'll see in detroit next year at first next year.
Listen, if there's one place we shouldn't go.
we shouldn't listen. Baby is cold in, is cold in that got the the weather. yes. So that does IT for the kinds of city draft experience shut out to K C, for holding down an amazing experience.
Um but one we to close the thing, one we talk about some of the things that people might not know about a what happens after you get drafted like the next steps into the days that you you start to go to your team yes. Like like how quickly are you in the facility working for your new occupation? I I should your new career yeah I mean.
obviously is different for where you are draft IT with you, your first chunk pig and i'm draft for free agent and know um the first one picks are shipped out on a private jet the .
very right right sometimes that night so shipped out that right because you is going from .
west coast to east coast so they are doing media the next day but not before the low around guys on jetfire es is the first time step in foot in the buildings a rookie mini camp and at your first opportunity to can meet people you usually you get picked up at the airport from somebody in um you know the first person you meet when you get there is a one of the team secretary or executives that in charge of um assisting players and showing people around um one of the first people are going to meet is a role that every team is Mandate to have which is the player development and development uh when I was personally gue my player development that was hailed carmicle hall the family future future deal delphia eagles legend and this guy saw position for cookies in on drafting guys and everybody that's new I mean new for agents. Their job is to help that guy get acclimated to the new city that is coming to right? It's whether it's you know telling you different housing options where most guys live uh whether it's um getting you set up, uh, man, i'm trying to blank IT what else is good does helps you .
with the movie, he helps you find transportation if don't have the basically to make your life so you can focus on being the best football player and best professional that you possible can and the player development role goes far beyond more than just meeting guys in helping them get settled. When I first came in, he was busy, stable. Now it's rage robot and shut out to be no shout out to B, J.
Both of them are been one of the two of the, you know, best people that i've ever met, usually a very personable guy that can relate to a lot of different guy, lot of different human beings. And they're just there to kind of make your life easier and help you develop into a professional every in which way possible. Usually that person has all the connects, the city that you need.
He has a connect yeah yeah.
Hotel connects to places that no, you can set. Get your family set up when they are in the, you know, they're in the city. It's very, very accommodating.
And i'll tell you what man that role is very under appreciate or very unrecognized. Yeah I should say it's very much appreciated, especially in my book and especially in the kid city locker room. But it's it's a position that not a lot of people like to shine light on or just don't shine light on. And yeah, yeah, that helps out so much for guys they are common in.
I mean, we shut off with hero now. We got paul, a lot of this guys job about. And another part of this is that they literally meet every rocky has to do a meeting once a week.
They do IT with the player development coach as well as financial advisers one week you might be um really say people in like anything that you could possibly need to know as an eagle or as A N F L. player. sorry. Yeah you know and they they put this position together to try and educate guys and they help guys get accumed ted to a new lifestyle that they have no familiar with yeah and and then also for former players, I mean, guys reach out. This is the guys.
This is the guy that players, former players, reach out to in terms of career development opportunities where there's going back to school, whether it's doing an internship, whether it's taking different courses at the nfl, offers further your education outside the game so they are ready to transition. So um like jeff said, these guys end up being incredibly important figures in each teams building and one of the guys that the players can interact with the most. So it's a highly um kind of unseen role that ends up making a huge impact with guy the league that's IT.
