【适用场合】
今天节目中，我们学习两个表达。
第一个catch up with sb. 可以表达“叙旧；跟亲人、朋友们彼此同步近况”这样的含义；
of friends or relatives, to update one another on life events that occurred since the last time seeing each other
此时catch up可以理解成：to learn or discuss the latest news
后面可以加上with sb.，也可以加上on sth.；
