Publisher's Summary: Inside this little audiobook you can hear 14 questions and their answers on the life of a prophet. Matthew developed this book after a prophetess reached out to him with these questions. As he recorded the answer to each query, he decided to collect his thoughts into a book. Katrina sought out Matthew from a deep place within her heart to a deep place within his heart. She asked him some common questions and some other questions that aren't so common. What followed was 14 voice recordings that were eventually transcribed and made into this book for other aspiring prophets and prophetesses on their journey. Members Reviews: Easy to Understand This is a simple book, but well worth the read. I've had many of the same questions and reactions as addressed here in this book. Most of what I read really was just confirmation of what the Lord has explained to me. If you are truly called to the prophetic, I believe this book, it's questions and answers will resonate deep within you as true. The author has mentioned some personal experiences that I don't entirely relate to, but I've had some experiences of my own that causes me to at the very least be open to believing his experiences may truly have happened. I have not obtained or arrived fully in my relationship with the Lord. That is an on-going eternal relationship, it doesn't end here. I did find only 2 things that I disagreed with - the author's view on the tribulation, although not enough was said for me to be sure that our view is actually different. But that's ok. The second thing is his comment that a (demonic) spirit read his or someone else's mind. I heartily disagree with this remark. Evil spirits have been around a very long time, they watch us and learn much about how we think and often can figure out what we're thinking. I myself, am quite good at reading people's body language and vocal intonations. But in no way am I reading anyone's mind or thoughts. That said, scripture says we "have the mind of Christ." As we grow in our understanding and practice of the Word and in our relationship with the Lord, we will become more like Him in our thinking, speaking and actions. He knows our thoughts, spirit to spirit and as we grow in His ways, our spirit man will "know" His thoughts too. All in all, I enjoyed this book very much and do highly recommend it to other readers. And I will likely read other books of this author's as well.
So enjoyed this book! If you've never heard the voice of God or of Jesus, never had a prophetic dream or thought or vision, you might find this book, indeed many of his books, a little hard to believe. However, if you have experienced any of those things, this book will show you that you are not alone, that you have just been "set apart" by God.
