Publisher's Summary: The foundation of Christian faith, the resurrection of Jesus Christ, is defended in detail in this powerful work from author Hank Hanegraaff's best seller Resurrection. Factual evidences are examined, from the fatal torment and empty tomb to Christ's appearances and transformation. Believers will find this chronicle of immense help in defending their faith with tangible proof and in terms the secular world can appreciate and understand. Not merely a shield for spiritual battle, this book is a torch to arm Christians with a convincing case study of the resurrection of Jesus Christ. As Joni Eareckson Tada said, "Hands down, slam-dunk, the resurrection is the bottom line for the believer. Hank leaves no stone unturned, thoroughly portraying the resurrection as our grand hope, the glorious springboard from which we will dive into eternity."
Members Reviews: Fascinating book. LOVE this little book. This fascinating study explains how the resurrection of Christ could well hold up in a court of law even today. I buy extra copies to share with friends.

Recommend It was a small concise summary of some basic key points concerning the resurrection! Recommend as a good beginner source!
The Greatest FEAT Ever Accomplished Hank Hanegraaff's book THE THIRD DAY is an excellent but short read on the fact of the resurrection of Jesus Christ. The resurrection of Jesus is unique to Christianity since Christianity was not founded on the teachings of Jesus nor the life of Jesus but the main focus of Christianity is the resurrection of Jesus Christ. The book of Acts demonstrates this point powerfully as the Apostles of Jesus, eyewitnesses to His sufferings, trials, burial, and resurrection (2 Peter 1:16-21) declared over and over again that Jesus was not dead but was alive (Acts 1:3; 2:22-24; 3:14-26; 4:10-12, 33; 5:29-32; 13:28-39; 17:30-34). In this book, Hanegraaff takes the reader point by point through the death and resurrection of Jesus. Using the acronym FEAT, Hanegraaff shows us first that Jesus died (Fatal Torment) and did not pass out on the cross. Second, he shows us the Empty Tomb of Jesus that so powerfully declares that Jesus is alive (Matthew 28:5-6). Third, we have the Appearances of the Risen Christ in the Gospels (1 Corinthians 15:1-8). People actually saw the risen Lord! Lastly, Hanegraaff shows us the Transformed Lives that occured because of the risen Jesus. Tradition tells us that all the Apostles of Jesus gave their lives for their faith in the resurrected Jesus but why do this if in fact He did not die nor does He live? This is a great book to read. I read it in two nights so you can pick this book up and be done with it quickly all the while growing in your understanding of the reality of Jesus' resurrection.
Great book for Easter I love Hank Hanagraaff's the Bible Answer Man program. Became a fan listening to his radio program years ago. The book is an extension of that. I got this book right after Easter and it explained so much and solidified my beliefs and faith in Christ. I would recommend this book to anyone; Christian or non-Christian.
