Starting in Asia and Oceania today, Israel and Iran continued to fire missiles at each other yesterday. Israel claimed to hit 12 of Iran's missile launching and storage sites.
Iran's new head of the armed forces, Abdel Rahim Mousavi, said that Israelis in Tel Aviv and the port city of Haifa should evacuate because of incoming Iranian attacks. Mousavi has been in his role for three days since Israel assassinated the previous head of Iran's armed forces. On Monday, Israel told about 300,000 people in central Tehran to evacuate.
United States President Donald Trump wrote messages on the Truth social media platform that he owns, saying that Iran should unconditionally surrender and that the US has the ability to kill Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, but won't do that for now.
Last night, United States media was reporting that Trump may be considering supporting Israel in destroying Iranian nuclear sites. In Palestine, at least 51 people were killed by Israeli tank fire into a crowd of people trying to get aid, according to the Gaza Health Ministry, which is run by Hamas.
Reuters news agency also said that it spoke to people who were at the site, who said that Israeli tanks had fired at least twice at the crowd. Health officials also said that 23 people were killed by Israeli gunfire at an aid distribution point on Monday.

Taiwan has signed a long-term deal with German-American drone company Orterion with the aim of strengthening its defense from a possible invasion from China. Orterion is already supplying software being used by Ukraine and has said that its technology could eventually be used in millions of drones for Taiwan. China views Taiwan as its territory.
In Australia, the trial of a woman accused of murdering three members of her estranged husband's family by feeding them poisonous mushrooms is now in its eighth week, but is expected to finish soon. Ghana has lost $11 billion in the last five years because of gold smuggling, according to a report by the charity SwissAid.
