本期嘉宾花卷选择开启人生新副本，在国内攻读硕士学位期间前往荷兰交换一个学期。全新的生活环境中，文化差异、日常琐事、旅途风景等好的坏的都接踵而至。在和花卷的对谈中，我们分享荷兰高校的学习体验，广交各国朋友、游历欧洲的感想，以及提供给未来留学/交换生活的建议，希望给正在收听的你提供一些帮助~
节目将分为上下两期，上期节目中主要分享荷兰高校体验，以及游玩欧洲、庆祝圣诞和跨年夜的难忘体验；下期将深入文化层面，从个人经验出发分享对于出国交换和海外生活的看法，并提供最实用的衣食住行tips！

Life can be compared to a game, where we pass through levels, complete tasks, and achieve goals. Some people see themselves as NPC players, doing dull things, living a life similar to the others, and pursuing similar goals. However, everyone has the right to take charge of their own life and live as the protagonist in their own story. Unfortunately, many times we lack the courage to believe in our own potential.
Our guest Huajuan chose to start a new chapter of her life studying in the Netherlands for a semester while pursuing a master's degree in China. In this new environment, she encountered both positive and negative aspects all together. In this conversation, we shared the experiences of studying at a Dutch university, our thoughts on making international friends and traveling in Europe, as well as suggestions for studying abroad, providing helpful insights for our listeners.
This conversation is divided into two parts. In the first episode, Huajuan mainly shared her feelings about Dutch universities, as well as her traveling in Europe and the unforgettable memories of celebrating Christmas. In the second episode, Huajuan shared her thoughts on exchanging abroad based on personal experiences and provided some useful tips on everyday life.

花卷在荷兰交换期间，深入体验到了课堂形式与教学方式的独特性——**鼓励关注个体，让学生成为课堂的主导者。**包容不仅体现在校园中，更刻进了荷兰人的DNA里，成为他们所自豪的一个标签。但花卷也对她所经历的文化现象进行了思考，认为完全的社会“融合”还有待达成。
除此以外，她对于阿姆斯特丹最深刻的印象当属天气，尤其秋冬阴雨连绵狂风大作，因其“槽点满满”而在人群中轻松开启话题。乌云也镶着金边，圣诞节和跨年夜是秋季学期怜悯的礼物。花卷去逛了圣诞集市，和室友们共同准备圣诞晚餐，并首次庆祝了节日。还在斗兽场前欣赏了漫天烟火，和人群一起迎接了2024年。欧洲的生活方式让花卷直言“物欲都降低了”，除了旅游几乎不花大钱，她认为丰俭由人，有限的预算也足够日常生活。
During her exchange in the Netherlands, Huajuan deeply immersed herself in the unique classroom dynamics and teaching methodologies, which emphasize individual attention and empower students to take the lead. Tolerance isn't just evident on campus but is ingrained in the Dutch DNA, a badge of pride for its people. However, Hanamaki also reflects on the cultural nuances she encountered, recognizing that complete social integration remains a work in progress.
Moreover, her most vivid memory of Amsterdam revolves around its weather, particularly the relentless rain and wind during autumn and winter, sparking conversations about its flaws. Yet, amidst the gloomy clouds, Christmas and New Year's Eve emerge as beacons of joy during the autumn semester. Hanamaki fondly recalls her visit to the Christmas market, preparing Christmas dinner with roommates for the first time, and witnessing the sky ablaze with fireworks in front of the Colosseum as she welcomed 2024 amidst the crowd.
The European lifestyle, she admits, has tempered her material desires, with minimal expenditure beyond travel, believing frugality suffices for daily life on a limited budget.
