本期嘉宾花卷选择开启人生新副本，在国内攻读硕士学位期间前往荷兰交换一个学期。全新的生活环境中，文化差异、日常琐事、旅途风景等好的坏的都接踵而至。在和花卷的对谈中，我们分享荷兰高校的学习体验，广交各国朋友、游历欧洲的感想，以及提供给未来留学/交换生活的建议，希望给正在收听的你提供一些帮助~
节目将分为上下两期，上期节目中主要分享荷兰高校体验，以及游玩欧洲、庆祝圣诞和跨年夜的难忘体验；下期将深入文化层面，从个人经验出发分享对于出国交换和海外生活的看法，并提供最实用的衣食住行tips！

Life can be compared to a game, where we pass through levels, complete tasks, and achieve goals. Some people see themselves as NPC players, doing dull things, living a life similar to the others, and pursuing similar goals. However, everyone has the right to take charge of their own life and live as the protagonist in their own story. Unfortunately, many times we lack the courage to believe in our own potential.
Our guest Huajuan chose to start a new chapter of her life studying in the Netherlands for a semester while pursuing a master's degree in China. In this new environment, she encountered both positive and negative aspects all together. In this conversation, we shared the experiences of studying at a Dutch university, our thoughts on making international friends and traveling in Europe, as well as suggestions for studying abroad, providing helpful insights for our listeners.
This conversation is divided into two parts. In the first episode, Huajuan mainly shared her feelings about Dutch universities, as well as her traveling in Europe and the unforgettable memories of celebrating Christmas. In the second episode, Huajuan shared her thoughts on exchanging abroad based on personal experiences and provided some useful tips on everyday life.

In the last episode, Huajuan shared her feelings about Dutch universities, as well as her unforgettable experience of traveling in Europe and celebrating Christmas. In this episode, we will talk in depth about the considerations of exchange during graduate school and what she gained from the 6 months in the Netherlands. We also provide life and travel tips for friends who are considering or about to go there to study and live. Huajuan admitted that she had hesitated, but when she was about to return to China, she believed that the trip was worthwhile. May her sharing inspire those in the same situation.
