What is up, people of the internet? Welcome back to another episode of the way from podcasts where host M. K.
I'm Andrew and i'm David, and we sound a little bit different. Well, plate, we haven't said much, but you ready pick up one fact that weren't a different spot than usual. And if you're washing IT, you can tell IT looks a little bit different.
That is because we are still as we record this out in california at apple park um because where a day after apple wonder last event so uh we've got this nice cherish we've got this night set up courtesy of apple's podcast studio and over here actually adam and Alice says as of right now have twice as many microphones as usual we're still going to only use one even though I just broke that yeah they ve got a podcast table, got the producer table over there. And we're going have a very fun epsom of a lot to talk about because know there wasn't the whole ton of announcement products at the event. But there is still a lot to talk about, which is interesting distinction. So just jump right into that stuff, right off the top, what you want to start with. Because I feel like.
I think that this are with what they started with, which is a quote from .
the men himself.
god, I mean, how how cool .
is that they here?
yes. But like they opened to the event with a quote from you and .
you weren't expecting that, right? They did. yeah. So i'm sitting in we kind of got like separates a little bit when like pods of seats open.
So we had to take a was available. So i'm on one half. You're on another part where all spread out. But I mean this like sort of front corner and they open with this like heart felt you know here's how many lives the apple watch has saved sort of classic tearjerker apple moment for the beginning of king note.
Then tim cook comes out and immediately does the thing that apple loves to do, which is why the sort of recap, some of the stuff happens since the last event. One of them was the macro are fifteen going on sale? And he goes straight into some quotes and immediately says, and Marcus Brown, I said, the fifteen etch macbook air is going to instantly rocket to the top of the lineup to become the most popular fifty inch laptop. At first one that happened as, like, did I say that? Yeah, I did actually say that I was kind of a shorten version of what I had set in my mac air uh fifteen review um and then the only thing I happened was when they save that he said markiss Brown lee said and I felt all the eyes around me in the studio just kind of go like that's exactly going to ask how many people just slipped in their seats as yeah and I was just like read was happening like that I did .
say that wo I saw a good in front of me take a picture of IT and then immediately tweeted at you I saw him pull up on twitter and pick you and like witter that yeah we so that's .
that's kind of a full circle moment I just I thought was super cool obviously total surprise. I don't know that I was going to you know we said some things about their products that they shows a quote IT was a tim cooks reading IT on stage that sort of validated IT and then my phone blue feel next one hour a you you mention the on .
twitter after how like a few years ago youtube and and what you started like you were doing wasn't really invited to a lot of events like this and how like not not only that, but you're opening the they're opening with a quote from you. Not only that, then right after vision pro quotes came up, you are in there as well talking about the vision pro. Yeah, I don't know.
There are more quotes to really. So from a point of not invited to that to also weird sitting in a poca studio on apple campus and there helping us like like film this for us in a Better sport than when we've set IT up in the hotel before. So like, thank you again, this is, this is really cool, but yet come full circle. We really .
are up as but okay, so we ve got a couple announcements. And by the way, this does not mean i'm going easy on any of these things. Just no, no, no, see, it's a dark in of shadow that .
we can see the people staring at us. What we say this good. Yeah, but we got some stuff. I mean.
we knew we made our predictions. We'll go over those little, but we knew we are going to have an iphone. We knew we are going to have an apple watch.
We knew some other USB related announcements would happen. What should we get through first? What do you think?
I think maybe the what yeah.
let's let's do you like how they use IT? okay. They also did right before that they mentioned that vision pro was on track for early.
I like early and I like on track.
Those are words recited trying you. I feel .
another because when I hear early, I think q one or last day of q one.
no, last day .
of q, that's a good target. May thirty. First final answer.
okay. So the watch.
so we have two new watches. We got apple watch series nine and apple watch ultra too. Here's the thing that struck me the most immediately was, and I was talking you about this, David, there is no outside visual queue that you're wearing the new apple watch yeah over in .
one new color yeah the regular apple zero line is .
now in pink so .
there's a pink now um but yeah they didn't do the ultra black. The ultra .
looks exactly the same titanium, same coating, same look, same shell, same size, same look. I mean, IT brighter display, but IT looks the same. So like on the street, I would expect like maybe if sensors no black version, maybe a new color button, maybe something, nothing, same exact look.
So the inal one, two, yeah, yeah, yeah. So so what's new internally under the hood? The biggest update is the s nine system, a ship or sip, as apple .
cost rebranded to system in processor system, system ack age with the system.
I had to make David playing when we were walking to lunch yesterday. Yeah, they pronounce chip. Was I confused? No, they said IT again, that's not okay.
Said, yeah, set of soc. Yeah soc S O C, S I P, apparently a big, a big performance upgrade and a big efficiency upgrade. A processing processes things faster, makes the watch overall faster and that's great processes data from the sensors faster, which is important, which will get to again um and that because it's more efficient, apple says that will allow them to crank up the brightness of the displays even brighter.
So the s ninth or the series nine will get up to two thousand. Its and the ultra will get up to three thousand. And which makes IT the brightest screen apple has ever put in anything. Yeah, pretty cool. Yeah I can't wait to use and outside .
very smart to do that in a very small package first and then eventually probably grow IT up. Guess it's going to get hot yeah yeah well.
I don't want to talk much about will talk about this an ultra ter. We will stick with us nine um .
IT is interesting to me that they have this new processor. It's kind of a big deal because they almost there, we used the same processor over, over, over again. They can IT differently. Yeah but I was pretty similar this year is a pretty big upgrade. Um I would think they would use those efficiency kinds for Better battery on the regular.
So it's funny they've been quoting this like eighteen hour battery life for like every generation of apple watch for years. yeah. And then the ultra has like the thirty six hour whatever with low para mode, but it's always the same.
And that seems like because they don't incrementally improve IT every year or they don't aim for some big battery bump every year, that seems like that's fine actually. I mean, David improved if that have changed this. So seems like if they get efficiency gains, they'll turn them into brighter stream or something else before .
they turn into more Better. But I think Better battery.
I agree, it's the main reason I use the ultra because I don't have to think about battery as much. I get a day or too full before I have to think about charging. Yes, huge watch.
So IT is what IT is but yeah battery life is the same. Um but the one interesting thing really is I think is the most interesting thing. Double OK yeah so double tap.
Double tap is a gesture that you do with the hand that is wearing the watch, where in thin air, you simply double tap your finger, your thun index finger together, and that will select whatever you're choosing, whatever is happening on the watch. So whatever the primary button is in the APP on the watch. So if you have a face time call in coming and you double tap your fingers together, IT will accept the call on the watch.
If you have a timer that just ended double tap, it'll stop the timer. All kinds of stuff like that. First of all, I ve got to try IT in the hands on area.
They put a watch on my rest ness, said to go head and try IT. And IT worked very, very well in person on a watch. I never won. So I thought that .
was super cool. I didn't notice that when you put IT on IT, just like work immediately, which brings me back to you. Remember the was the L G phone with like and waving over the exact post experience like oh god, I .
people .
like. The phone like just nothing is working and all the P R people at all year is like not just maybe a little more like this. That's weird. Is not this is like you put the watch on and and just work.
I think this is one of those features that shipping like a month after releasing something. I think you're really yeah so maybe it's not perfect yet, but it's available next month. They said yes, but I worked pretty for me.
The often interesting thing about that though um is how do you might be typing already so you can stop typing thing this isn't technically new. Yes, this has existed as an accessibility future in the upper watch for years. It's being moved, being graduated to a primary feature for everyone for a couple of reasons.
I think the the the one that stands out is this is also the selection mechanism for apple vision pro. Tapping your fingers together while looking at something on the screen selects what you're looking at yeah and I think if you get people used to that gesture early, great. I don't know what that means if you're wearing the watch and vision pro the same time, that might be kind of funny.
I don't know. I have that same mean, I think apple wants a lot of cohesiveness and how you that device pinch to zone is like do that on the mac track pad, every that on the iphone you do IT on everything hold, like all the, all the ways that interacts with their devices is me. So if they can start on loading people, or right now with the apple watch.
oh no, I just realized what they make a new mouse .
pinch mass going to have to be a pinch well, they don't want to make a mouse because everything is just going to .
be really interesting yeah very yeah. But the other thing thing about um so I so you've been able to do that but this feature is not coming to older apple watches and I found that kind of curious because it's in the accessibility that is why is also graduating to a primary feature? Apple says when asked about that um basically the new s nine system on a chip is fast enough that able to process all the information from those same sensors the sooner the geoscope the Harry sensor faster in a way that they are comfortable making at a primary gesture where this .
access accessibility feature was not really does seem Better like I think adam and .
else had IT pulled up on their watches when we got back.
It's not no me, takes me right now.
takes me right now. I was using .
IT on my watch and I was I only been .
using to dismiss things. Any other action kind of is give me like hermes. But anytime I get a notification, typically around to wipe down, hit the smith, do that whole thing, yeah, I can just double happen and goes away.
I will also say the clench detection is not work as well as the detection.
I think the idea though is it's like if you have something going on in your other hand, which happens sometimes, like Normally for me the move is the nose I don't know .
how many you do so much.
but all the time when i'm .
keeping bees so funny talking about you're walking the dog or you're drinking coffee and then in the system I was like a man to handling a swarm of bees more.
The dog walk is a totally reasonable as like, that's exactly what I .
feel like. Dog water .
dismissing alarm with double tap.
That's dangerous.
That's so I just like going to have a shop to work, be new nearby. I've been double tapping in this new is all morning that is a dangerous one.
I mean, so there is there is kind of a moment where you raise to wake when IT lights up, then you double tap. So if you're just like and resting on the couch, double tap, that's not going to do anything. I think yeah I hope yeah, please come to work.
I did kind of like theory plus health where you can use serra to talk yeah about things like how where you're movers that and like how you sleep last night logging data with your voice, I think was kind of cool even though I haven't used a apple watching.
But like the work .
out of was my favorite with the on device because I think the dev stuff because of made.
which actually has more memory, I think it's double the memory built in now. So they're able to do all serious queries on device yeah. And because of doing everything on device and it's secure, of course, you can enable more stuff like asked me about my own health data, never has to go to the cloud because now IT does a round trip.
What I think whatever you ask IT, obviously, I asked the weather in cupertino. It's going to look up the weather and bring you back down to you. But if I just want to know something like ones of my next calender event, something like that, the fact that I could just sit there spinning like your internet, not good enough to tell you what's on your phone like that was kind of crazy.
I think that's really good. I think that's a huge quality when .
google out of this to google assist in IT was huge because got away faster. You got away faster. I remember they did this like four years ago, maybe. And I remember they were like used machine learning to condense the machine learning model to be able to fit on your phone.
what.
So I think they are doing the same thing here, which is great.
Let's make you guys you three more no, no. I mean, i'm adding the video right now where the vela have is like syria isn't good yet, but it'll be bad way faster yeah which is Better but not that depends on what you use IT for.
right? Because I recently started getting a little bit integrated into the home kit ecosystem just to test out at home because I have is like matter enable, probably the in perfect thing for to be Better, I think so. Yes, because I just ask you to turn on my lights or open my blinds and those are pretty basic queries, but it's more of like google and things that it's bad.
That's why I think this will be good inside the health.
Yes.
like I think this will work pretty absolutely. yeah. So I had two more quick things. I had second end ultra de band um which have a audio feedback trying to find your phone as someone who leaves my phone literally yeah where that sounds awesome.
They on that no they also tripled. The second ultra de band is has tripled the range oh really so now you can um you can start finding the thing three times further away than you could for and if you use find my friends and you're like, yes, cool. It's bit easier to find people that you know so they have either in nine hundred and fifteen, which also has chip say that again.
generation you say that now or an apology .
series nine or altered two. Then you can sort like navigate and find your people, which is, which is really helpful. Yeah, give me to your kid. Find anywhere. Find my child.
I mean, if I had you talk about brighton, but also down to one night for a dark, I like the apple watch.
I want to know the current number because IT IT gets a really dim right now. What you're in a nightclub ronen. But one one is nice.
There is so many times, just like in bed no matter what like device I have, no matter how dark I put IT IT still feels .
like I am being blinded.
My pay. So that's that's the watches. Um I think that's basically I mean, the interesting like background thing is and we will talk about sustainability. Do you want to talk about that?
I think we can talk way wait before though, they showed some new watch fans. Yes, the ten nike silicon sports man with like the orange and around dots.
do you know those .
dots .
are no dirt ground up, recycled other bands that yeah .
IT looks cool. I don't care what IT is.
IT looks yeah, that's the subway to sustainability because apple had this extensive section on sustainability. The skit on sustainability, they mentioned IT countless times with an individual product announcements. But one of the things is there's no more leather products at all in any of apples line up at all.
Uh, which as you're probably thinking, is like a lot of watch bans or rather, aren't they like a ton of new watch bans and a ton of new fibers and threads and recycle materials and nike has recycle band and for amazed or however you say that has a match of new bands that aren't not leather either. So that's cool. Yeah um but yeah well they they went yeah pretty ham on sustainability.
They change that to be called fine woven and it's like it's a really moving mesh kind. Looks like there in .
a i've held them. None of them to me feel like leather. They just feel different. yes. And I don't know if you wanna even get into the trap of making something that as close to others as possible because it's never going to like to feel like leather ah. So I just think like go for other fields, go for other materials. If you want leather, you can get leather, but like that, you can get a map anymore.
Something we were talking about was they're also replacing the weather in the apple stores for like the seats that you set on, little cubes that have leather inside of them, they're getting rid of them and they're replacing them with fine woven and seats. And we were talking about like is this .
less sustainable .
because they're getting rid of leather and then shipping more stuff? Yeah.
over to the genuine question. Genuine question. If you have leather seats in thousands of stores, what's more carbon neutral leaving them there or getting rid of them all and shipping a bunch of non leather things there?
Yeah, I understand the statement. They don't want to have leather appear in anything. They don't want have leather anywhere. But that thought did .
cross my mind is also it's like a lot of couldn't quote like vegan leather or leather alternatives are just petroleum products. You know, I really like there are plastics of petroleum products, so don't know.
The IT seemed like a lot. I don't remember a lot. IT seemed like recycled .
was used of .
the so I do I had a thought, I I want to look more into this like there is a lot of genuinely good stuff being done between the recycled metals yeah, the recycled plastics, uh, they were able to announce that the apple watch is their first, quote, carbon neutral product. Yeah no, you can't technically make a carbon zero product, but they're able to offset the last little bit of carbon emissions. That they know IT contributes.
So it's their first carbon neutral product and they want to get the whole company in everything they do to be carbon neutral by twenty thirty. Yeah I think there's a good stuff there. yeah. Um and I had A A meeting in a brief in where they they introduce me to wait more of this stuff I just don't know enough about.
I want to do so much more research and talk more people but I I had this like analogy that I made in the video which is like you know like tiktok videos where you see a guy like slip a homeless guy a hundred dollar bill, but he's also mike up and it's like a video that they are making and the comments like you don't really care about, you just want you to get the clicks because you're just doing that to get the video to make you look cool yeah and like, yeah, you're probably right but also someone to need just got a hundred box and now it's technically and net positives like, okay. Apples gna pat themselves on the back and eight minutes sketch with a tone of slides on every product page and with, like, all the stuff talking about and a lot of people will rightfully say, like, look, apples, a huge company with the tone of emissions yeah, it's still true. But the fact that they are making some progress and doing something at all and making a show about IT in general, you might not like that, but that doesn't spire other companies to try to do the same thing. So I can get out of IT.
It's it's a net positive. And also, I thought this game was good. I like, I thought was funny.
I thought I was, I thought was Better than any other company just being like, we're doing this funny. I like sing tim cook. Yes, I like seeing tim cook in the sky. I enjoyed the sky.
We didn't see crag. This time was time in the ski.
Want to guess how long this is?
Was there? I thought I looked back was like, four minutes.
It's five minutes.
five minutes. I think that's reasonable. I think five minutes is reasonable.
Before I looked IT up, I would have warn that was ten minutes. I like, like a ten minute youtube video. Yeah, it's pretty fun. I am .
tiktok.
everything. Like, I want to look up how much like how many carbon offset credits are integrated into this because there there's a really good john Oliver opposite on this. Yeah, it's crazy how you can sort just buy carbon credits and then it's that money is supposed to go towards like setting carbon by like creating more sustainable things. But a lot of the .
time IT doesn't. It's there's a there's so many. Again, this gets so complicated.
But and then this I think they like kind of brought that up still yeah was addressed a little bit hard to do. I think that there .
are some companies who january they are like these Operations carbon neutral and it's totally not but they just bought so many carbon credits that I can technically be beyond paper. Yes, we are like apple is at least doing like sourcing new materials from recycled sources instead of the typical like virgin materials like actually making parts of their supply chain more sustainable, which they may also buy carbon credits. But it's like all of this adds up.
You know there is a funny one where they were like we're able to packed twenty five percent more apple watches in .
each shipment. And I was like.
you're also saving money on the shipping costs yeah so it's both good for the environment and good for apple, which also .
ult apple watch box be smaller and ay a bit. It's bigger, the life one. But IT doesn't need to be laid flat IT can be that box could still be be because the best. I don't believe .
that those big .
banks and a irca box, yes. I the way a lot of box watches come as is basically is like wrapped around a piece of plastic and they can come in like cube.
You should pitch that I did an apple and see if, say.
listening back. I think they're trying to like spot the difference because they want to make IT feel like .
a luxury for and boxing and all of that .
has a totally different boxing like expensive rolex es come. I have no idea how the packaging is crazy really because they like presented to you. The guy has wearing like White love is whole thing it's a delivery video and they like the key and like a brief case and is just a tiny key things like, right, right, I get IT okay, you know strike uh.
before we start there to we just didn't say that the series nine starts at three ninety nine.
oh yeah, same Prices, the same Price, same Prices also the ultra, the same Price, seven, eight, nine. Yes, I think that's IT. We're going to get to the phones, of course. But before that, we should take a quick break. And before that break.
we should do tribe, tribe. Yeah.
that I feels very .
long at .
basic trivia, dude. Okay, first question, pretty straight forward, which I am, was the first to come with face time. Oh, I know that. I think I listening and I instantly, you guys know that I, oh, no.
H something you guys .
about forty minutes. Okay, all right, that's like a break. I'll be right back.

Let's talk about, uh, I would say the headlining the flagship announcement from air. wonderful. He wasn't there.
Believe in and not something bigger. Um no, it's the iphone. We get a new iphone, really a bunch of new iphones.
Is that exciting? I guess there's a lot of new stuff a ton. Yeah okay, iphone fifteen and iphone 6 plus, iphone 4 pro and iphone 4 pro max.
which should we start with the regular ones so that we can get .
people to listen to the podcast longer and idea iphone and plus. So these at first to me, because there are so many things that apple does, where technically they are not new features. They just came from the prophet of the previous year.
I started to write IT off is not a big upgrade. But then the more they got into IT and then once you hold IT, it's actually a pretty I just don't like that. They started off by saying all new design because let's be real, it's metal.
I slightly more curvy design. IT is an updated design. All of you use that word.
So new colors, a new curve radius on the aluminum all the way around. And no IT feels different in the hit. It's less sharp.
IT makes a difference. Yeah and then they have this like color refused backgammon. They're doing where it's one piece of back, one piece of glass on the back. Yeah but IT goes from a lighter set finish, which that's new for the non profit finish, to a dark version of the same color around the camera buff. And it's one piece glass.
We I don't know how they do. I want to point out when they were talking about how they did that, they were like dynamic infused iron. And I was like.
I don't know you're talking, I don't know how you do believe you. The ends all was pretty cool. I love that. That is set now I guess with that.
what they're same essentially is that that clear part over the cameras, they can adjust the saturation of IT because before I was just kind of like clear and about whatever the color came through at this time. Now IT looks more like a an fuse.
The color .
into the glass .
metal c looks there a new pink. There's yellow that would become sick. And I would watch that on a pank yellow, blue, pank yellow, blue, Green and black.
It's just like the sea. It's onna cool. Like, I like that there, adding all the fun colors to the regular line.
Now I like .
the the ocean.
like the ocean.
like five sea. I like. The I .
wear enough.
I blue seems like .
the um okay, so pex wise. I me know the same size phone, same sized screens which are getting now is a brighter display. What is two thousand? It's now. And you get the dynamic island.
And I called .
did that one, the prewster of .
the predictions from last .
k and IT has the eight sixteen bionic from the fourteen pro. Yeah, right. So we've seen this trip before, but IT is improvement. IT is going to be faster, more capable.
Uh, IT now also brings the forty eight makes pixel primary camera from the iphone teen pro yeah that was a pretty big up. great. That's a nice camera, the biggest sensor and is a lot going on with the software, so much software.
And I think I can miss IT during the ino, but basically it's kicking out twenty four megaplex el images by default now not twelve. So what we're doing before, we are getting quite pixel binning. So IT was the forty eight picture cameras and often will give us the Normal twelve maga pixel shot. We've seen that everywhere. Quite picture binning is very common. What apps doing is not quite that actually IT is that and also more more so they're taking quite pixel binning twelve maga image combining IT with individual pixel forty eight mega pixel shot yeah merging them together to use some of the light information from the twelve mega pixel and the detail information from the 48 magpie el turn IT into a detailed and bright twenty four mega pixel, sort of like a hybrid fusion photo file yeah, that's the default. Now what a what i'm realizing.
how important those animations in the keynote, just watching you move your hands around is very good.
It's a lot. It's a lot, and I kind of miss that at first. But not only are you're getting a new sensor and a new a image pipeline, but all of that is happening now by default, and there's so much more soft with the Price. But that's basically the new thing with the cameras.
I like to the porter mode stuff that they talk about.
Yes, I think porter mode .
is essentially is automatically capturing depth information so you don't have turn up portion.
It's interesting if there is a person, a cat or a dog in the picture IT will ally captured all the depth of information because I recognized the subject yeah ah if there is not, IT won't unless you tap on something, if you tap IT captures deep information. So I think IT doesn't want to unnecessarily capture that information, but IT assumes that when you take pictures of people, cattle, dogs, you would like IT, yeah. So you can change the focus at any point .
that I thought was cool, how you can change focus between subjects like as well and and change the boca.
that this is an interesting thing because we sort of hit this stay at one point where you had to make portrait de because all phones were like the equivalent of f thirty two. But now we're giving bigger sensors with these, like more wide open patuit. Yeah, so you can have this combination now, but now you can sort of take part of that competition photography that was useful before and not really anymore and bring IT into them like smart from cameras and just fun enticement enhancement yesterday it's good .
um I enough to test IT were enough to try this stuff out. I mean, I think IT will be good. I also want, I want to mess with the computational, the A I so bad like IT says, they said, dogs, cats and people. Yeah, so if I get like a raccoon, we're going to get a studio or like a fairy like .
something float.
I think he was still trigger.
I don't know. I think it's I think it's very kind of people.
But like how do you know .
it's a the same thing? Google photos recognize .
google foto is one percent IT. I'll get like to I bet if I search is going to be a videos, then you'll be fun and just see how just go to the zoo. I am like to see to work fine. I mean, you tap to focus on a fair IT will work, but if I .
just I work will be very good .
I the zoo I think tiger .
is a cat but like 对 对 anyway, good point. These are all very important questions that need to be answered in the four reviews. That's why that is coming later. This um but yeah that's that's a bunch of stuff. I mean, these are very these are relatively important things, but that's not the most important thing about the new iphone is IT all right.
USB, yeah got it's got got .
a USB c port. Now the iphone IT was kind of funny looking at the iphone and seeing that USB port no matter sometimes I look at IT can still processing yeah but it's real. I haven't use bc port .
to one of the new ones yet. But I think when I will, that's one little hit. That's probably that's like .
going to be like it's real my life when I .
have one cable we've done.
which by the way.
we've did society the same but one cable yeah one cable for the for the mac, for the ipad, for there's still of yourself by where the music update. But the new airports case is U. S, B C, so the airports pro case there, your friends, android phone, whatever, your laptop, the surface laptop, you use everything, one cable. Yeah, so.
yeah. Ah.
thank you europe.
Oh, I think it's more important for us android users is I can help my friends with iphone charge now I know how many times people come over do a charge like, yeah it's not that sorry, clear both using android so weird, like that .
weird house that the ox cable .
and an uber once and I can still .
use that what .
yeah yeah because you can do city want to ox. And one fact, are we going to say the same thing?
You Better. We are the same.
The fascinating new feature? No, you go first. So so there is no reverse wireless charging, but there is now through that U.
S, B port, reverse wired charging. yeah. So you're going to get that C2C cab le on the box.
You can plug in your airports from the iphone and IT will charge up the the airpower s battery from the iphone battery. Yeah which is kind of cool, but even cooler. Yes, you're probably wondering what happens if I plugged in my friend's iphone to my iphone. You want .
guess me.
Yeah, nothing.
There's a there's a correct answer here. And there's actually two answers.
IT sounds like there's not a correct answers.
If there's two well, there are two different scenarios. One is you plug in your friends lightning iphone with the U S, B, C to lightning cable, in which case every single time is the U S B C, iphone will charge the light iphone. I can see why, no matter what the battery state is. I say that because if you plug in a USB c iphone into a another USB c iphone, there is a special handshake where the relations talk to each other and they go, how much Better do you and the other one goes, how much battery do you have? And the one with more battery will charge the one with less battery.
Yeah I want where like you call two people. One has at .
the beginning. Funny, I want to see like a phone that's at like fifty two and a phone that's at fifty. And I just pushes all the power.
One will end up hundred and other one a year. One or whatever you imagine. Try to explain this to your mom. I think that's still gonna. I just put your phone into the other phone.
What if IT goes in the other direction? Or what if they have a lightning phone? You never do IT if you had no battery.
I'm I think that this is fair. I think I think it's I think .
it's like I have two percent right now. If you plugged in your phone into mine, can I get some of your battery and you plug IT in and IT works, you're like them. That's pretty, pretty solid, very good. And I like an Andrew zen phone, and that explodes. I don't know what happens if you plugged in .
other non hand shake phone that pulls up apple.
yeah.
by momo and iphone. So yeah.
that's iphone fifteen. So the cool thing about that, we are talking to one of the guys during the briefing, and he was like, yeah, I usually just like bringing one brick to an event. So I bring a brick that is a mag safe charger, mag safe charges my phone, and I put A U, S, B, C.
Cable in the phone and charges like my airports with that. And therefore then you can charge everything if you're like wired chaining. Yeah.
which is the same thing. People with reverse while the charger we're doing, they were just plug in their phone, turning and over, run its face and then putting the wireless charger your buds on the back but like this .
is wired so it's ah four in a oh in fun thing we learned is that you could charge things with lightning through the iphone before question mark, I think so yeah, but he was one point five and they moved IT to four point five.
Yeah so go off. What's your pots? Can I have .
something irrelevant? But happened during the announcement for the iphone. I think my favorite transition of the event was during that and IT was right after which also they should voice solution for phone calls, I think was kind of cool. But right after that, she's like, of course, they have apples here, and there's this box of apples and IT zoos into the road logo like on the apples, and then goes into this like road and then they step out onto the .
road like the music at the same time I didn't. The music was, you know, the bo classic .
I the classic iphone .
ring tone.
That but slow down .
was IT was a great transition, was a great transition.
I think that transition and way back into the there is one where went into somebody y's watch into like apple fitness room to talk about the first health and like zoom into the watch apple in the transition and they brought drones back again, like they didn't do drones that I was all like visual, like color animations this was we were back yeah I had .
a moment where I was watching the event because I was like, tim cook came out, said, good morning. Five times piece out and then we ve got like the event on the stage and I had a moment where I was like, do I want events backwards just like a dude on a stage giving a live demo because that's a different vibe and it's much slower yeah but as as a person getting entertained, I still really enjoy the cinematic transitions in the fun.
It's just so much harder to write. Yes, is happening. IT is what IT is.
I think they're both good. Yeah, yeah, sorry. Same Price, same Price, seven, ninety nine and eight.
ninety nine and five and six. Was like a hundred dollars off if you trade in an I O.
I was in certain .
careers.
Deals are in a while deal yeah yeah but .
think you do contract.
which is yeah.
yeah.
Is there there .
is one more feature, roadside assistance via satellite. And so I didn't follow up, but you still need roadside assistance and you're .
in a no service area.
crazy. They played like the sub story video of like three different people who got like a lost in the andes and almost froze to death. And I was like, man, as soon as they launched that satellite feature was late last year. Yeah, they were immediately probably just having people going around me. Have you used someone used yeah because they had like three or four people who like I would died.
I think I am the stories kind just get out there. I give IT happens you just like tweet about IT like there's an article in the paper like .
people just find that oh you know at them they have all the information of everyone that's ever used IT that's also true so they could save somebody and then be .
like can be using in the commercial you use the button and get .
a letter in the did IT word my life so I work and do you .
want to be the video here? Iphone fifteen pro, we have two new phones, and again, iphone fifteen pro and iphone 4 pro max, they are the same screen sizes. But the first kind of notable interesting thing is the bodies are a little bit smaller and the vessels are a little bit tremor.
So there are a little bit smaller in the hand. thanks. I've been working yeah but also um actually i'll start with titanium tita tani.
Um now is what I felt like about IT. So titanium is both stronger and lighter than stainless steel. I only care about one of those things.
It's lighter in the hand. That's really nice to me. I don't think the strong there is gonna ter. And my only reason is because my anecdo evidence of i've dropped my iphone on the stainless steel rails before IT just gets dented and it's totally fine.
That's not the part that breaks the glass that ens like glass braking yeah and it's the same .
glasses last year as we can tell SRAM c shield know that. But it's not like you have like thicker, like bumper is around corners anything it's like right?
Titanium is lighter and that's Better well apparently tani um scratches easier and that's .
why brush I like the Better Better than polish frainch.
Yes I think he just .
looks but yeah fingerprints in china, this just like always of which I Better and .
brush looks so that's .
that it's also got A A .
is you say it's space .
titanium, sorry.
OK the same class five canyon, hello, sorry. How great, great. Five, five titanium.
A airspace grade.
It's in the mars over. I don't know where, but it's in there somewhere. So take that for what you want.
End of the space shadow so they could .
build iphone 4 pro。 They use the end, they minded we were recycled the space title. Um there's a new set of cameras. We will talk in depth about the cameras because also an eight seventeen pro ship, which is a three animals ter ship the first time they use the word pro in a trip which leads me to believe they're onna keep doing that .
um that what is interesting now yeah because you know how they put the a sixteen bionic in the regular this year that next year the iphone sixteen regular will have a .
new chip called the a they've given themselves the window to completely reuse the sixteen bionic again or to make an a seventeen bionic that is a step below what the a seventeen pro is.
Now that would probably be all the ones that we got banned because meet the thresh .
hold before he went here. You might i'm not making a prediction now, but i'm just said they gave himself that window. Yeah, I yeah.
But IT is a very, very impressive, I mean, to three enemy or ship. We haven't seen that anywhere else yet. Allegedly pretty big performance increases and also efficiency increases.
I hope it's a Better battery life. I am always open for Better battery life, but there's no more there's no faster charging. I'm just hoping for Better battery all the time.
Um that a seventeen pro chip also has a USB three controller on IT, which means if you're repaying attention that the other chip does not. Yes so yeah the the pro iphones will have faster wired data transformer eds ten to give its per second huge upp grade over USB two. And the non pro iphone will have the same U S, B two point o speeds that lightning did for four hundred eighty mega per second, not fast at all.
And I said to see impressions. Video, like most people probably don't care like who how much you plug your phone inferior. Like do you really transfer much data? It's going to matter for the pro phones because people are going to shoot lot more big files, progress video being the one I interface with the most. And I cannot wait to not have to wait forty five minutes to import fifteen minutes .
of video so long as and out of focus is transfering footage over like you are so efficient with those, you get them out before even know, you start think .
what they literally take longer. If you broke down the pie chart of how long IT takes, it's like an hour shoot, an hour to import and an hour to edit. Yeah, IT might be more than an hour to import.
This is crazy. Um so happy about that. It's not thunder. I can wish they went all the way and gave a thunderball like twenty, thirty, forty gabs per second.
Maybe we'll do that future version. Yeah I could see them waiting .
to push that later to make yeah I mean, it's still very capable like you can now do like, uh, capture one sessions on the iphone. I would never with this, but you could literally have like your iphone plugged into a monday with capture one running and just like do a live photo shoe with hundred meg by files find.
But can you imagine you like a professional far for i'm using i'm having a bunch of people in my studio and i'm using you .
can go straight to a hard drive.
That's yes. Yes, I think also enables four k sixty progress.
Oh yeah, yeah. You need.
Well, what I do this is if I use much faster drive, yes, I want to try this. I get thunder. Able drive, plugging in, shoot. Progress directly to that from the iphone. Unplug.
plugged in my computer two minute and I .
think that'll be faster than stay tuned out of focus if I do that. Yeah nice luck yeah .
yeah the the port.
i'm pretty get a nice yeah I think the camera is.
I just got big. They also action one.
There's actually but we also to talk about the colors that just you know well, they're not think so.
We've got a buckets of things, right tracing action button cameras. Which one are we going to do first really just because is the quick us OK the cameras?
Please explain that. I'm so confused.
so because a guy named ray, okay, so a lot of cameras.
yeah, oh no. He was joking. Yeah, he was a pretty bad joke. Okay, well, you doing IT.
So just explained trace remonstrate .
many years ago in two thousand and eighteen or so, and video created this thing called racing.
This is the worst bad time story i've ever heard.
It's to put you to sleep at the point. Uh, so generally in video games, they have to like, guess where the lighting is supposed to be using this like this, like fake lights that don't actually emulate real light rays, because doing math with a brazilian photons is really, really hard. So in video created the thing called great tracing, which effectively um has accelerated course to do specifically how real light bounces off of objects. Uh, people mean to this for a very long time because they had this like R T X, R R T X, yeah and they charged a lot more for the cards. And a lot of people would probably be like, this is not that big of a deal.
I think depends on what games you're .
playing there are. I don't know they actually had IT. Yeah, there's a lot of games where IT looks a lot Better.
There's a lot of games really like, okay, and I enable more in terms reflection and ref. I think you have to be .
playing crazy seeing the window and like refection Better .
than I think the future when video games are .
even more of that kind attack will be important. And they think they're implementing IT now, but I think snapper organ chips start implementing that like four years ago. So IT coming now is is fine.
I think that was already able is just four times faster on .
the seventeen pro. Yeah yeah. They show demo that they made specifically for the pro. And rent at thirty F S would have .
run up like six .
or six or seven F F. The cool thing though, regarding retracing is there's this whole conversation about apple in gaming, and they were able to get a bunch of major studios to port full .
fledge games to the .
iphone 7 4 and a tough .
valley .
state assessments。 Creed something and one .
of them yeah, as a non gamer, who do you care?
I don't know my phone.
so I don't get, but would you .
on my phone? Not really. There was a point where they said, like, which previously was only able on councils pcs and mac. And I just thought those funny that they mentioned is pcs before. Mac, yes, but was yeah yeah I yeah to be of are still yeah IT is funny that apples leaning into gaming and not they did .
this set W W C with like they are trying to make IT easier to game on max with that medal toolset um and now you can just play full flag console games on your phone, which is like I don't know if people are going to do that, but I know in other markets like asia, like in china um china's like something crazy, like twenty percent of apples revenue comes from china. A lot of people play the people gaming there huge. yeah. So if they can get more people buy iphone because of that, they're going to have the revenue like crazy. You games from, no.
you have no idea.
All right, cameras. Hey, you got games. And actually I going just jump in just requite to the action, but I think that's a pretty quick one, a new button in the same exact spot where the mutes 5万on the pro iphones and IT is a customized button and actually really like IT because it's really customizable。
Yeah, it's full exchange that let me just literally do what one yes, is not full on zen phone, but there is a nice Y Y on the iphone that lets you choose what you wanted to do. You can hold the down and IT by the fault will still be your musics or if you want IT can be a bunch of rather stuff. IT can be a focus, uh, focus mode changer.
IT will go to a specific focus mode every time you press. Or IT can be a magnifier or can open. Uh the voice notes APP IT can open a camera.
Flashlight, flashlight. I love the stop, by the way. Yeah I think a lot of people that useful, I will probably do camera because that's what I do every other phone. Um but the most interesting one of the very end of the list is a serious shortcuts list. And so you can basically have that launch whatever APP you want. If you I have a routine you want to run, open an APP, do a certain task, start task, start a new calender event, whatever you can do that there might be a little delay I want to see about that i'll try in the review but it's there and it'll change based on your focus mode exactly .
which is an easy .
ah so you're in the lake. I have a morning focus mode. Press IT IT starts your coffee maker and then you go to work. Press IT IT starts your .
coffee maker work. nice. You can see what David does. Series, I have a question about IT.
yeah. So you hold IT and then IT functions the same as a silent slighter. Does that have a really nice haptic? C like, yeah, because the animation kind of implied .
I gotten to all.
yes.
I was surprised that it's a Normal button. I thought I was gonna be like the macbook track.
I feel like them kind of loading up to, but they are not quite ready for yet. There are a nice haptics behind the button. If you just touch the button, IT will do the little haptics and show you what model currently in. And if you long hold, i'm forgetting the haptic pattern and might be the same and might not but that when you get the real heavy have tax and its like i'm switching.
So and I think dynamic island references like what is changing as well.
There's like they also mapped um the haptic pattern you get when you change into silent mode with the switch to feel exactly the same when you hold that so that you can do IT in your pocket just like you do in the new switch um and then when IT is silenced, I believe IT will show that a little silence icon in the top left corner yeah is a new indicator and even even in the always on displayed but they want to be sick make IT you're not losing anything from the meu switch. So you're always knowing what kind of .
mode ah which missing from the new switch is little.
You know, makes me mad is IT has a really nice animation screen for when you're switching things and that shows all of them in different colors like you're showing .
nice if I had. But there there is a bunch of camera stuff per usual with the pro iphone, and i'm very interested in a lot of how well some of this will work. So first of all, new camera system, new, larger forty eight make a pixel main sensor.
IT is also doing the same twenty four mega pixel kick out of the files by default. Yeah cool. great. I think also provides little bigger too.
There's a couple of modes, a new photonic engine and and nighttime portrait mode shots in a bunch of other stuff enabled. Here's that I was most curious by. And when I first saw this was like I don't understand at all, but now its way more interesting.
There is a one x button and a two x button. And already know the two x button does right IT crops into the middle ell mega x then there's the three x button, or in this case, with the new fifteen pro max, a five x button, which goes all the way into the furthest telephoto lens. But they now also have, if you pressed one expert again, IT will zoom in to one point two x and pressed again, IT is zoom in to one point five bax. And I was like, okay, is there some world where people shoot one point five x photos so often they, oh, so this is my key depression .
as like.
I like what just crop your photo later like I don't get is totally find and just shoot at one x and and crop later. But IT isn't what's happening. IT isn't actually a digital crop. So this is the correction.
So what's actually happening is apple is doing this same like processing that they're doing, where you know how they getting a twenty four make a pixel shot on the full forty, make a pixel frame, they're doing that same twenty four megaplex output at the one x and again, natively at one point two x and again, natively at one point five. And that's because people really like the focal length of twenty eight millimeters and is IT twenty four, twenty eight and thirty five million this one point five x? yes.
So yeah. If you like the focal length look of thirty five millimeters over twenty four, you'll hit that. But you will get to one point five ex.
And IT won't not be a digital crop. IT will be still full quality. Twenty four mega pics was shot with all the resolution and you would have gotten at one x anyway.
Yeah, so that's pretty cool. yeah. You can even set your default one x button to be one point five x if you want.
It's in the settings. You can just do one point five bags every time. Um so that's that's fascinating to me. I don't know how well it's going to actually work.
I really want to test IT also like the fifteen pro does three x telephoto, the fifteen pro max does five x telephoto. How do they handle that gap between between three x and five x on the two phones? Will have to see. Is a worse on the pro? Will a four x shop be worse on the pro?
max? Probably I feel like most people will use three x more than news five ax. So it's interesting that they're doing the prison yeah a three .
x shot will look worse on the pro max because IT doesn't have a three x length. You will be digitally zoom ing in yeah so some think about but there is a .
lot of new camera I thought was funny too and I now we can see came from there was that rumor that um the pro and pro max might get per per scope plans but now we can just see that they saw a three x and of five x thought that was a percolates since still three cameras except there are just two different lenses on the max is a very cope is yeah I thought a paris is .
almost so a paris plans nine degrees into the side of the phone and then reflects light wants to get out yeah this tech prison lands is still facing the same way. But they've pressed the lens into this sort of like multiple reflections and then things the way ounces not that that matters the end user but they have this three access uh sensor shift abilities ation .
and still facing the same way. So that's matter .
but that's something to to note whether naming with something different.
I get that prism, think they just use those big words to make, think it's more address.
I think it's more prison, a Normal perplex if you that if you get, why not um faster lightning or faster USB? C we did that same charging speeds .
cameras that they've log coding. Yeah you could directly mix IT in with other footage. Apple is apparently I ask them about this.
They're currently providing a log transformation direct in line, which is cool yeah yeah in an H J version of that, which is really awesome. They said to developers, which is interesting. So I feel like you might have to have a developer account to.
which is kind of weird. And that should not my spirit. As a user, I can shoot log.
As a user, I A dollars that would be and I you gave me ah so i'm going to sell a lot for a dollar. It's to happen yeah anyway so you can shoot g if you want. Um oh yes.
Special video. Yes yes. So now so with vision pro, yes, we had that mean the dad had the vision was pushing his face.
Uh use recording .
special video on special the video, yeah special video.
So you can only do special video on the pro because, uh, the non pro, the cameras are like at a forty five degree angle of each other. But to do paralo video, you have to have them in the same access. So the way that the camera set up in the process is like main camera up, White camera below telephoto on the right. So IT uses the White camera in the main camera and just does parallax, and that creates the three d special video effect.
So you can watch that back.
which is so much more natural like it's I actually think the special video thing is kind of cool now.
because you can take in different places without have .
to the pro and strain vioxx, their daughter's birthday party, they take special video, and then they can send IT to the grandma who is where in a vision pro, the apartment.
And I will forever be tried, ed, by the decision, though, to shoot that precious moment as space. Al video.
I guess the question is, what is the video like? You can only view IT in that, because this is just taking from two cameras.
May I can record from? I think so I think, I think has the amount of pipes.
I do not know this for sure, but I can assume the shooting from both cameras.
Yes, I would be nice if you would .
like .
know how photos like you never select photos. Doesn't the background IT would be cool as if you selected spatial video and IT also kicked out a regular video that you get. And then it's like this also a spac capabilities baked in.
I just I know that you can't shoot fork a one twenty on the phone because he doesn't process fast enough. And I just think if you can't shoot 4k sixty twice, then you can shoot special four case sixty unless .
you have two I S P S which IT has right? Well.
you can't shoot for kate twenty one now, right? So whatever of the max ability of the phone is right now will say .
is four case sixty, but usually it's not like multiplicative like if you have two separate isps, those not always merge together to be .
able to do like four one ah able for forky on twenty. I think the reason we can't do forker on twenty is, is because we've maxed out the isps we have on the front before. So if you want to shoot four case sixty spatial video, you won't have enough computing power to do IT because that's two four k sixty, which is basically four k one twenty. And we don't know thirty won't be necessarily the equality and looking interest because .
you think about IT from like .
evs perfecting like they probably won everything you watch on vision road to be to make sure you don't get disease. I feel like they .
want you to shoot for cases yeah ninety heard something .
like ninety screen yeah .
I don't yeah that was a .
lot of IT was I want to know .
um if the family plan will be updated.
Of course you do because .
I think that IT was I have .
a family plan of every single, every single platform .
with my family, with your family. yes.
I don't have a family .
so but but no um .
anyway a because .
I share that two two terribles of my class start with my family and I would be really nice if I could use twelve and 是 i yeah I want to see that pricing because they immediately talked they immediately after they said we now have up to top tar bites。 They were like so family plan members can have you and more stories together and numbers like how much like going cost me though because I really want more.
i'm sure yeah I problem they also mentioned, I mean, less thing will talk about on this I think is Price yeah I really like how they said same Price nine ninety nine four pro, and the max is the same Price as the two hundred fifty six gigg by model.
Last time they had to explain that so hard when jos was like so technically .
I think it's the same Price so matches last year's Price with the .
civil story yeah which like nand tips are like .
six dollars OK. So just thing the iphone 14 pro is the same Price is the iphone fourteen pro nine ninety nine? Yeah, the iphone 4 pro max starts a hundred dollars more than the fourteen pro max。 IT is eleven ninety nine, but IT also starts at two hundred and fifty six gig the storage instead one one eight. So the two fifty six gig phone last year was also 1 you just don't have the ability to do one, right? So technically, yeah, it's the same Price.
They're ubin their base margins by hundred dollars.
So interest in the web update. Apple cloth .
is now .
compatible .
with the .
tiantian motion.
品牌 的 a .
one thousand thousand .
somebody hit。 We didn't talk about colors. What's favor color of pro?
Interesting question, right?
I think that's proof how good the role titi um is because the road black titi um is very feels like your phone and you still like it's true.
The black phone I change my I think fingerprints will make that a little tough. Yeah, there is also a new blue. It's slightly blue, but it's dark blue.
It's bad. It's not as a pacific blue Better. I think we all agree there's Better blues.
But then there is White and raw, and this raw attintion is kind like this, warmer, more natural looking, titanium color. I like, I like me. yeah. I watch anian.
I wish to. And which is a different mixture. Technically, IT has like this really nice gold gene in IT.
And my fug film, T, X, one is gold titanium. Gold titanium. I want, I want my phone from twenty twenty three to match my camera from one thousand nine ninety. So what are .
they thinking .
yet among guys you should have been thinking fifty years in the past?
All right. I think that's everything with iphone pro stuff. Maybe questions.
I guess one more thing that will get to after break. Before we get the break, let's do one more training question. Were you paying that's right.
And you pay attention the game show where we test your attention span, all right, while showing off the new a sixteen ship, excuse me, sip a .
sixteen.
eight of the one and and I was .
tension.
I think.
but I do know this sixteen .
core neural engine .
shown IT .
off pro .
is on this .
is on the non pro .
fifteen. I okay, I got you. It's not new, new.
That's even the .
question they are.
dick.
Right here we were. I think we all .
point showed an example of a live voice male transcription. What was the subject of the voice mail?
E, I don't even .
remember that a picking up a child from socket practice be confirming a dinner reservation for later that evening. C lobsters or? D all of the above.
This was a voice memo.
IT was a live voice.
male transcription and cool.
Wow, I feel like d is the um it's the one that we're supposed to pick.
but it's gonna wrong. I swear I was paying attention. I don't know the answer to this. I feel like i'd remember lobsters. I was probably taking notes.
Here's the thing about watching a keynote and taking notes when something important is happening on paying attention. And then the second, something not important, something i'm writing down what was important or tweet until the next important thing yeah. And then i'm writing that down until the next important thing. So this strikes .
me as something while I was writing, yes, I was yeah.
so that sounds like a bunch of excuses.
Yeah, it's crazy. Yeah, that's what we do. We make excuses.
Our job will answer them up to the break. Somebody will be right OK, I promise.

The guy is free to you. And next, sweet dot com. Flash away from.
Sweet dot com p flash away from. All right, welcome back. Last but not least, I take you back. This is the least um least for gn thing because I this is what I talked about last week. I was like is the most important ant thing about airports. Onna be USB type c yes, the new airports pro two have USB types and IT is the most important change to them asterias c but .
it's not the only change .
to them and they mentioned .
in the yeah that's a great point.
Now is just so this is one of those things that kind of got um pu da announced. It's like when the site gets updated in the background pages get updated but they don't mention one of those things. So to make this perfectly clear, airpower s pro two with lightning cable or with lightning. And while as charging is one product we've had for a while, brand new airports pro to with U S B C. And while is charging different product.
Now this will not mentioned on stage, but the only difference to the product that actually matters is if you have an apple vision pro headset um the new U S B C ced airplanes pro two will be capable of uh lossless wireless audio with single digit millisecond uh lossless uh single digit Miller second response times like it's it's lowly and sea loss of auto. So it's going to make this like awesome, you know engaging like fully immersive experience if you use that is going to be high quality. Apple made a new compressor and made a new like codec forward.
This which is super, super cool. This will not work with the current lightning airports. Pro two, you cannot buy just the case.
It's a new set of your buds. So so so it's the same generation. It's still air pods. Pro two, but there's a new architecture. There's a new something were related inside that makes only the new ones compatible. Just if you have apple vision pro and want to do lost less, lily in the idea, if you don't, they're effectively the same product with a new port.
Can I say the official name of this product? sure. All right. IT is free engraving. It's right there. OK airport's pro print tases second generation close parenthesis with mag safe charging .
case print ta U S B C .
close parentheses I want to a walk in motion for max, yes, yeah.
And or airport's three?
True, yeah. True, yeah. But for now, this is only ones with U.
S. B. C. Yeah, so interesting. Cork just want to get that out there. If if anyone was in about getting apple vision pro and you just we're thinking about your headphone situation, those are still allegedly on track to ship early. You know, maybe you want to pair those things up just so you know, the new ones with U S B C are the ones I can do the new fancy trick that .
also makes sense like IT seems like they're upgrading a lot of their products ahead of time to really make sure the vision proves a seamless experience for as many people's possible. Some people even mention they were like vision pro, so expensive they just throw in a pair of these.
There's a lot thing that's been true about charges and the phone box too.
They are yeah yeah but it's just like it's it's cool that they're upgrading everything ahead of time to know people are going to be used to tapping, are gonna be have these like headphones that don't have .
any new latency. All lies are on vision pro.
Yeah in the first part, you see .
through .
not .
that I hated that. Thank you. thanks. Either way, that's basically I mean, we've gone through all of our most interesting, important announcements. I think what we wanted to do now is just go back through our predictions that we made last week. Can just see yeah how many points we racked up and if we are correct about any interesting yeah okay.
let's do cool.
Prediction time.
prediction time, time. All right. Because we're awarding trivial points here. I feel obliged .
to right?
All right, markets. Last week, you predicted what U S, B, C will be the most important update to the new airports. After deliberating for hours, literal hours going back and forth, we have decided we'll put this one on hold because we feel it's not clear yet if that's .
the case really.
Yeah, the only other possible new feature is something that you can only use if you have a three thousand five hundred dollars ads that that's not out yet.
but awesome as right now, they feel that apple may have some tricks up their sleeves and may roll this feature out on these buds later.
I say, I get the point now and take the point back. If something cool happens.
the is the seasons get to be over before .
then will we visit this at season's end and see .
how we I know the is of the vision pro gonna be out.
but don't worry about IT. David, you predicted that all iphone fifty will have .
USB .
c but then you added that the will have thunder bolt.
which was wrong.
It's three .
quarters wrong.
USB three, but much you agreed with him.
I did that, which means you are missing out.
which really hurt Andrew, who said the iphone fifteen pro will have an action button IT will not have an accent color and then he went and ruined IT by saying a .
plant case that does .
have an accent colour day.
All of them .
what I think .
I want to something .
like lid minutes digging.
did you? I want to find the place.
Instead, they just made an animation in the settings with the next and color.
But that's really funning.
They really, we're just messing with me. I feel mark hasn't David, you guys both got one point for disagreeing.
I and despite a dedicated .
listener .
writing in and claiming they saw and among us figure somewhere in the presentation, we were not able to.
I looked for so long, john told me .
his on such a fact. If you out there found and .
on us the .
screen out only IT .
in otherwise I room, skip mario clash of clans. I found every game and that that tile and yeah, I looked for so log from mongols and i'm givens. They listen to away from .
this fine with kind, looks like leather.
What doesn't work?
I'm lucky. I was laying back.
No, no, no. Why don't you yellow him? He's trying to help me out.
So Marcus, David, you guys both get one point for that. Andrew, I appreciate you sticking with me, but sadly, were going down with the ship. And that brings us to guys.
you just got two points on.
right? No, because it's this is not, it's not individuals.
Ed, yeah. No, yes. You guys did both get two points for your predictions. Way to go. I still remain score replace.
What a shame.
But now for our actual trivia question or picket too.
right? So quick up they underscore now that you guys have gotten those points markets with eight Andrew with one three Carry for every week and is got .
and that's a .
bad yeah David, with the nine still in the lead, the first question, which iphone was the first to come back?
Notes up? Oh, sorry, I don't know how to use. No, can you please take my phone out?
I don't know .
what the notes put, notes .
and reminders .
the cut 1。
Which iphone was the first to come with this time? I'm torn to turn between, I just the time. K, I want to pick the same one you pick.
You can say, I know, where are you now? I don't know. Maybe I just .
happy my cool ipad handle this over so nice, but then I won't be nice because .
it's in the reminders .
and my right flip en in read please the reading is very.
you have a tablet .
in your world so I was time .
to train four and forest, but I pick iphone four, correct?
I said I want five.
Maybe what you say for us.
I know dream, I was also told a twin foreign .
for us because that was the big new iphone with the front facing camera, the new design and face time.
Yeah, I just thought that maybe had a new processor in there, like now I can do video. There was an .
important new feature released on the forest. You remember .
those new high s video for us. Yeah, for us. Siri, IT was a grow.
