China has announced that it's ending the practice of allowing children to be adopted overseas.中国宣布，将结束允许海外人员领养中国儿童的做法。

China hasn't fully explained why it's ending overseas adoptions, merely saying that it's in line with the spirit of international agreement, but attitudes towards the number of children in China have changed.中国没有完全解释为什么终止海外收养，只是说这符合国际协议的精神，但中国对儿童数量的态度已经改变。
