The Catholic faith represents the most complex, consistent, and complete system of ideas among all the competing philosophies of humanity. It is a veritable cathedral of human thought. Hotel ordered to pay car owner after gallery surrendered

The Preluna hotel located in Triq it-Torri was ordered by the Court to pay the sum of €1,907.85 to the owner of a car that was damaged when an aluminum structure of a gallery that forms part of the hotel fell in a strong storm that occurred on March 10 two years ago.

The request was made by a certain Tamara Micallef, who said in court that she had parked her car at the Preluna hotel, and when she returned, she realized that aluminum and glass from the balcony had fallen onto her car, where damage was done to the roof of the car, the "bonnet" and one of the car's doors.

The hotel had argued that the incident had occurred as a result of a strong storm that it had nothing to do with.

The Court through a tribunal accepted the request of Micallef's where it was noted that other galleries had not given up because of the storm.

It was noticed that the gallery had corroded bolts, and the hotel did not produce "records" of maintenance of the structure, since that part was founded, 25 years ago.
