Meet Sarah & Lara, a team of 2 doulas from London, Ontario. We chat about birth. Having experienced a traumatic birth myself, talking about how to support women through this and help them walk through it to heal on the other side. We talk about cycles, motherhood & birth. Talking yourself out of mom guilt, and how the magic is in the messy middle or mediocre.
