#33 This ep is more of a personal one. I share what my vibe is at the moment, in the hope of inspiring YOU to think through & get intentional about what kind of vibe you want to embody in this season. We start with the topic of trying new things (TV shows, recipes, workouts, food stores, etc). Then we chat through letting go of the stuff we can’t change and the stuff which doesn’t really matter. I explain why I’ve created a vision board and how it has nudged me to think through what it is I really want. Finally, we discuss coffee dates, shorter workouts, reading on work commutes & being proactive as a form of self love.
