Tara is a strategic Communication Professional with over 20 years of experience delivering high-impact communication solutions. She has a Master of Arts, Bachelor of Arts, and Associate of Arts all in Communication Studies. Tara's experience includes Writing, Training, Curriculum Development, Change Management, Public Speaking and of course, Communication Strategy. Tara’s personal study passion is thoughts and all things thinking. Through all years of formal education in communications, Tara has not once come across a course in “self-talk,” so she brings it to the table in all of her endeavors. Tara is a new friend and interested in the Mental Obsession Discussion after years of academic research. She offers a great chance to see if we can boil down some of the basic concepts to make approaching, swallowing and more easily digesting the food for thought presented.
