Exercise is one of the most helpful (and totally free) way to help your squirrelly brain! Adhd brains need help with dopamine, exercise increases dopamine. Exercise also helps increase BDNF which can help with memory and learning. Neuroplasticity plays a huge role in building new habits, exercises increases neuroplasticity.
