This is the sound of your ride home with dad after he caught you waiting.
Awkward isn't IT most papes contained seriously addictive levels of nike tine and disappointment know the real cost of babes brought you by the fda.
It's stuck her, carl, and welcome to our podcast. The main way that corporate media a lie to you is by not telling you think, ignoring stories completely, particularly the important ones. We promise never to do that.
You can check out tucker a cross and outcome for a complete library of past episodes. Here's today. So your lawyers have sued the biden department of justice for misconduct. Tell us about the suit why you find that what you hope to achieve .
by a yeah well my attorney actually um had failed to complaint with the inspector general about the way I was treated by the FBI N G O J and how they were harassing me and they didn't see the response surprise surprise so um after we waited there was no response.
He filed a talk claim and is for ten million dollars and the basically what the outcome will be hopefully is that they will open my FBI files and then expunge them and the criminal case that IT has been opened against me in north in california, the one that sealed IT will be revealed um and because that was opened by D O G N FBI where they took all my twitter communications now x um it's called but um gmail you name and all my social media was taken into sealed morns. Uh the only reason I know about the seized warrants and IT was publicized is because a twitter lawyer had called me and told me that this has happened and they had made a motion in court to tell me. And so this case had in piano grand juries so I went pretty far so it's just like shy of indictment.
But what are they going to indite me for? Well, they won't tell me. Now, as an american is citizen, that's infuriating, right?
But I think a lot of I am confused. I think a lot of watching this are confused. You, of course, our most famous for recounting in public your experience, a sexual cell. And I think that was a sexual cell by then senator joe biden in an elevator.
When you work for no elevator, quarter.
quarter, big, good. And unlike a lot of people who make these claims, you have, you have contemporaries, evidence in your mother's call to Larry kicking life, which came out years later, an amazing ory. And I think it's a credible story.
But what did you do wrong? How did you wind up the subject of a sealed potential indication of a criminal investigation by the U. S. government?
What was your crime? I think not shutting up, I think because I just wouldn't stop talking. I kept trying to push for an investigation if you were call gene gene socky yes, he was.
He was asked one question one time. Peter juicy E, I think asked the question and said, you know about me about tar read and he said, so that's been tightening. IT was never litigated SHE I D were all right.
It's never been litigated. It's never been investigated, you know, and and I was asking for investigated. All they did was pay money to have media hit piece on army.
Of course they did and and you were attacked. The whole belief of women thing turned out not to be true.
I not sure there's no me too.
There's no matter. But in a criminal investigation into you was a completely separate tegor yeah and really an escalation of a kind most americans can understand. Like what? Why would they possibly be criminally investigating you?
Do you know there were two? Yeah, I mean, one. The first one was for perjure when I was an expert witness, and I took me lawyers and thousands of dollars to clear that they had to drop that case. And then they came out me with a sealed case, which I can't do anything about because I not even supose .
know about IT. Um and this is the federal government.
federal D R, G, F, B. I.
And so there is a soviet. It's hard to believe it's what you're saying is true, but I think it's cheko there is a sealed case against they'd investigating you for a crime. They won't tell you what the crime is, right? But IT clearly a felony or they claim ts of felling, correct?
And I posted the sealed warrant and that's been in the media. So the sealed warrant is visible. You can see the case number.
Journalists have tried to look IT up. My atterley tried to look IT up. No one will tell them what IT is. Then they started coming at me um in more several waves which was you know basically harassment, death threats, particularly IT amped up when margery Taylor Green and represented mac gates asked me to testify in the whistle blowers piano like I was going to talk about how difficult to is to be a whistle because I ve been so targeted um and then when I was about to testify um you know i'll get to that part but when I was about to testify things really empt up his first threats and and undermining me and I was hard to a job people thought I was a security threat um there were you know in your windows. You know my reputation was destroyed and we've talked about this um so my attorney basically sd, okay, that's that we're going to you know file this complaint um and this came after, you know when I was here in moscow, russia, I um came here to publicize my book and to oversee the translation of IT and I didn't interview with channel one and russian TV and .
channel wanted .
sanctions apparently and um apparently that was um I was here for a vacation so I had packed literally for for seven days, five days um didn't have much with me and then about midway through I started getting um you know messages that I was from former intelligence they were trying to get me messages wistful blowers like, look, you know you're in danger of being indeed if you go back I talk .
to my lawyers about indeed for .
what for a fora the foreign registration act, which is the same thing they went after muria buta for and paul matter and .
paul manafort and .
maria bute if you read there's a really good article called the spy who wasn't who really lays out why SHE wasn't a spine SHE wasn't she's now working for the state department but um SHE was definitely targeted but that said the president paul manufacture .
in her cause but we just speaker your american who has accused the sitting president of sexually assaulting you work for him as a Young woman and you have evidence to prove that that's true right? Contemporaneous evidence because key and all of a sudden your the criminal because you wind up in a foreign and you do A T V interview. Is am I missing something?
Well, they in twenty nineteen, if you recall, one of the smears that they made against me was that I was a russian outset, even though I had no tied to russia immediately out the gate. That was, the biden campaign told that to the new york times. They said that was their first response, not a denial, not, you know, anything else.
They said, oh, she's a russian asset. And that certain twenty, twenty, I got spread around. And then IT continued on and had a life of its own, because IT was spread by former about obama staff, adova people like that, who have some cloud on social media, and people listen. So unfortunately, there was that kind of overhanging IT. So when I came to moscow.
so you make this allegation in the presence of the nine six, that in canada, a credible allegation. Once again, we didn't be talking you if I didn't think was I think that is credible um think it's true and they don't even respond. They just accuse you of being a trader to your .
country immediately. That was the first response, not even a denial at first. So I thought .
that was interest.
The media lied that oh yes, new york times amplified IT washington posted um everyone did political you know they did there they did there are due diligence for their the empire I guess um I didn't really understand the media at the time and I you have to understand i'm a regular citizen. I don't have A P R. team.
I don't have lawyers now. I have a lawyer. But then I didn't. I didn't have resources. Where are you living? I was living in california and and I was really naive about, you know, the media. And now I understand I think a lot of people in two thousand, thousand and twenty twenty .
were still a little. And just be clear, that sounds like you've been a fairly liberal democrat your whole life.
I I really had, you know, really believed I worked for leon panada as an intern, I worked for joe biden, I worked as a democratic Operate on congressional campaigns. Um I was trained by homeland security, um I was trained by seattle police to do to help the domestic violence. I was a train trainer.
Um I donated my time. I worked for for democrats. I believed in IT, believed in IT hold heartedly. And so it's been harper thing when I came forward with the evidence, how I was treated, how I still treated like to this day, like I just get, I mean, I I get calls right now, a defector trader I did back then before I laugh.
I keep stepping on your story and i'm sorry, it's just it's just a remarkable story when you lay IT out and give the timeline. It's just it's amazing what's happened to you. So so just back to where you before you enter to you.
So you're here on vacation to get the translation of your book done? yes. And you do an interview with local TV and then you start getting messages from informed people who you trust. Tr, you're you're in danger of being indeed. And what happens then?
Well, I would be put into a cage because with with the far act as a back to or to the S B. On ject, essentially it's a federal registration, actually have to register for agent registration. It's administrative. They never used to even use IT, but now they're using IT as a backdoor team. And so so you you might recall the hua group right very well you yes.
the black nationalist that we defended.
right they are being um sentenced this month up to ten years in prison. And i've read through all the whole legal case and you know I have a lot of Grace, i'm interested in those things and you know what the charges? Sowing discord. So I want people to really hear this because sowing discord shouldn't be a crime and they shouldn't be able but .
they're being .
um showing discord discord. That's the term under the far act and the back tone to the sonos act. And so they're facing up to ten years in prison or more.
Their passports have been taken away. The sentencing happens this month there. Um they have no ties to russia. They simply spoke out against the proxy war against, you know, russia, navia, ukraine. And for that they've been punished.
And you know, what I want people to hear is that is not just generate six people that are being targeted by the dog. No, it's to the left. It's to the right. It's someone like me that just had a claim against my former employer that should have been investigated properly and should have been adjudicated in a proper way and I should have been treated with some dignity instead of having my life twenty pieces.
At a public urinal, IT just feels like you're standing there too long. What used to seem like a high pressure hose filling a bucket. Now it's more like a trick.
You notice a weaker flow and urged to urate. More often, sleep is interpreted by multiple trips to the bathroom. And IT is steadily gotten worse.
You didn't think about going to a doctor for IT. They may call IT in large prostate or B. P.
H. I mean, no one talks about this supposed to suck IT up, right? That's what we know. We need to do something, or life is gonna be different. But what can you do about in large prostate?
The good news, there is a minimum invade procedure covered by most insurance called the year lift system. Men, forty five and order. Go to help. B, P, H. Now, tom, to find a year lift system trained doctor near you.
Most common side of extra temporary can include discomfort in your dating urgency, inability to control the age, palpi in some blood in the urine, rare side of x, including bleating and infection, may lead to a serious outcome and may require invention. The system may be an alternative to medications or invasive surgery. Go to help B, P, H, now dot com to learn more and find a year live system trained doctor near you.
Tucker says its best, their credit card copies are ripping americans off, and enough is enough. This is senator Roger martial of kansas, our legislation that credit card competition act would help in the grip VISA and mastercard have on us. Every time you use your credit card, they charge you a hidden fee called a swipe fee, and they're been raising IT without even telling you this gets consumers and every small business owner.
In fact, american families are paying eleven hundred dollars in hidden s White busy cheer. The fees, VISA and master card charge. Americans are the highest in the world, double canada, and eight times is more than europe.
That's why I take an action, but I need your help to help get this past. I M asking you to call your senator today. And demand they passed the credit card competition act painful by the .
merchants payments coalition not authorized by any canada or canada committee. W merchants payments coalition dot com. So again, back to to to the story.
You're in mosto where we are now um and you hear that you could be invited or punished under the foreign agent registration act for giving this interview with a local T V station. And what do you do? How do you respond?
Well, I wanted to look at all the data points. You know, i'm not an impulsive person, I like to think, and I didn't have a lot of time. I mean, we're talking. I had to make this in a forty eight hour window, right? And so this was a lot of pressure but I did I took the time I talked to my daughter for hours, I talked to my lawyer, I got more data points of other people who had opinions that were educated um and then I took to make its um and and I am forever grateful that he took my call and he was no I I wanted give him some credit here yeah because I was .
supposed to .
go the first week of june and walk with him on the senate floor to get my senate thing open and I wanted to do that and he advised me he didn't advise me I I should reverse that he gave me information. He basically just said, you know, i'm worried about you. I'm worried about your personal safety and um you're good where you are you know that kind of thing. And he he just said he knew how those people Operated and so he was concerned about me.
those people being employed to the U.
S. Government, right? And he sits on the intelligence committee. So when A U. S. Congressional tells you something like that, it's remark that's a remarkable data point, right? That's a remarkable data point.
And I trust him he because he could have easily just said, oh, sure, there will be fine and I didn't ask him, I said, please, you know, congressmen, you help me. Can you get me off these charges, can you and he said, no, I can't. I'm sorry, I can't my hands are tied.
I I don't even know what they are and sometimes some of the intelligence isn't shared but what I can tell you is just that um I understand all these people Operating yeah really worried about your personal safety because I had received death threats at that point and you think about IT, i'm not that well known. I would have been in the news maybe a day or two. Maybe you or someone else might have talked about me for a couple of times, but that would be considered a conspiracy theory like adam rich, right?
And his death.
sich sich. yeah.
So I what I what I finds so compelling and shocking about your story is that I still don't understand what you did wrong.
In their eyes, they see me as somehow being a traitor st, as is the words that they use. I think in the u sa. Today there was A A former C I agent who gave a quote saying that I my thoughts about amErica made him virally angry um because I was talking about inflation.
I was talking about the fact that there are six hundred thousand homeless. I was talking about the fact, you know, I am involved of geopolitics. I have a lot of grid. I'm interested in IT.
So when you're in american, spent your whole life in the united states, you worked for the sitting president, yeah, who you say sexually assaulted. You know, you're upset about the state of our economy. How does that make you a trader?
Apparently IT does. And apparently my views about the proxy war against russia in ukraine, and in two thousand, I had, I had said, and this is true, that if joe biden was elected, that he would go to war with russia. You're right now.
So just to bottom line, the path that you took for people who are hearing us for the first time, you decide you could not come home after that I decided .
um then and then I had to figure out, well, what does one do because you can't just like decide to stay in a country without proper paperwork and a easy you can just like me and .
that would make you a stateless person yes yes.
So I I reached out and am forever grateful to maria buta cause marsha helped me and SHE helped me with the process of how to just the how to of applying for political asylum, which I did and IT take a few weeks. Um only ten percent of those cases get accepted, but they did there. They do their due diligence and they felt that there is enough of a problem where they had to give me.
This is after speaking to A U. S. Congress who sits on the house intel committee who told you he was worried about your safety.
correct?
How hard the decision was that for? That's a big decision.
IT was a big decision, but IT wasn't just what he said. And I don't want to put this on on a new IT was IT was several pupils and when I can't really say what was but went to great risk to send me a message to say if you get off that plane they're onna take you into custody or what and violation of arc probably they were talking about violation of sanctions. There was talk that I had red notices which are um you know I ask what it's like. I could have been picked up an instance .
and by the what by the U S.
Proxy by by you know that that's how they do IT with interview. They rest on behalf of the U. S. Like in the U A, E. In dubai.
So I had a lawyer who actually specialized in people that have that happened to them, and SHE got the red notice pull. And so now those are gone now that i'm under asylum, but they'll extradite you from every countries. So the only two countries that will not extradite in american back to amErica is iran in russia.
This is a really crazy story. Yeah, that sounds like you don't have any way to get your story to in american audience.
No, no, it's very difficult. I mean, I have a large twitter following and I have a podcast that I do um you know but but no one has called what .
finishing me is we have a supposedly free media in the united states as a backstop against the check against government overreached too much power in the hands of too few. And so it's supposed to be a self cracking ing system if something truly crazy and totalitarian happens to american citizen are immediate opposed to take an interest in the earth, the rest of the country, so they know what's going on.
I mean, not like Terry read, I don't agree with or whatever, but you can do that. You can't arrest someone for no crime or for complaining about the president because anyone for the newer times called you or political, political. No, no. The daily beast to say no tells what's happening with you.
Those, those no, of course not those. They only do hip pieces. They only, and they are they're working for the empire there.
There is no question they just working for the, you know, as proxy C. U. S. government.
I mean, I think you know some of the reporting that macae bii and Michael sheller group been doing is really valuable because they've been showing how there's think tanks, actual think tanks, that basically put out articles to these. And then they we print them. They don't even change them that much.
So these are planted articles like there was all kinds of lies told about me, that I lied about my education now I never lied about my education, that I fect to russia. I didn't defect to russia. I was threatened with my life and my family, and I didn't want my family harmed. I didn't want um to be at risk of being put in a cage and I can't tell you what the conversation was like with my daughter that that IT was hard.
Have you seen her? No why I .
can't I can't under political cyl M I can't leave with the borders of russia um because you know like i'm under the protection and to be Frank, I don't know when I can ever go back to the us. I don't know .
when there's a safe.
but what if you done in their eyes? I've committed some sort of crime and I haven't done anything and that's the thing. I've never committed a crime.
I'm not a trader. I'm not a spy, not a spy for russia. I don't have tons of resources.
I don't have A P. R. team. I just told the truth about joe biden. I told the truth about what he did to me, and I told the truth about the corruption. And I be quiet about IT.
And I I was demanding to be heard, but let's say, i'm gonna get every three million dollars like eating hero, or a perfume line, like stormy Daniel, right? Or treated like with dignity. And the press like those women were because they accused of republican. No, I was attacked and and no .
one has defended you.
Not really rose magoon um SHE really has magan Kelly gave me a platform a couple of times. Of course you have um other than that independent media, even the left is even though the the me too reporters silence, you know see me me too reporters coming and telling my story deal never once they protect biden. This is all about catching kill and if you recall, I went to times up for help right times up.
Roberta caplin, who just represented E. G. Carol berta cabin, had to resign from times up because he was smearing me and the coamo, you know, survivors of the people attacked by calmo.
And because he did that, he had to resign. Times up was dismantled and he went on to represent, you know, aging karl. And aging karol publicly said that he was going to now support biden and giving money. believable.
It's totally evil. It's completely even that is ever where is IT? I just can't pass this question and I not want to upset you, but of your daughter, you have a child in the united .
states yeah um that's been hard. You know I missed her graduation SHE got her masters. They went after her.
Actually I was here in russia um the first month I was here um a bunch of democratic troll farms or whatever. Try doctor photo her work address tried to get her fired. He was in turning as a therapy.
SHE is a thera with children. SHE works with play therapy. The children have been traumatized and they tried to get fired and they they were saying and allowed in calling the work.
But luckily, no my daughter work is know not interested in those kinds of you know smears so my daughter's fine but like you know having her face plaster everywhere because SHE is associated with me. Um my horse was almost kidnapped. Um they literally came and took him almost on a trailer and luckily the owners of the stable were there.
So i'm getting this calls at three the morning in moscow that my horse is being loaded on a trailer by someone I don't know. Is going to take him for jail by and that was what they're saying they were taking him for jail like so luckily he's safe. But I mean, it's been sort of relentless.
It's been you know and I know public figures, you know I don't concern myself a public figure, but other public figures do you get her ask like that? But when you're a regular citizen like I am, it's really daunting, especially if we don't have the resources to protect yourself, right? And which I didn't.
Do you expect to be able to see .
your daughter anytime soon? Um I don't know. I don't feel comfortable putting her.
yes.
in, you know, the spot late again. She's about to get married. Can you go to the wedding? You can go the wedding.
And you know i'm upset um but you know I don't want to be a victim here. I just i'm angry and I want to biden to be held accountable. He's taken years of my life. He's destroyed at three times over and i'm just i'm gonna continue to fight.
