You know, not the tinfoil hat streaming from a basement kind of news, but the shiny corporate news. You know, the we've got a hair budget bigger than NASA network kind of stuff, you know. And they serenaded me with this heartwarming tale of mostly peaceful protests that were happening in Los Angeles. And it was truly inspiring, truly inspiring. The

Those politicians in California just keeping people safe and fighting for the average person, you know? Meanwhile, over the anchor's shoulder, it was like an audition reel for Mad Max Fury Road. I don't know if anybody...

Caught that, you know, a guy in black block gear just yeeting a concrete slab at federal agents like he's, you know, gunning for gold in the anarchist Olympics. But it was great. It was great. Dumpster fire blazing, you know, dude in a Che Guevara crop top trying to set a police car on fire. But it was mostly peaceful, you know. And I think what screams mostly peaceful is the cloud of tear gas.

Maybe that was just some sort of dystopian vape ad that was running in the background. I'm not really sure. But with a straight face, don't worry.

It's mostly peaceful. You know, aside from the part where it's totally and completely not. Kind of like saying, you know, imagine that. Remember the, oh, the humanity guy. It's kind of like saying, you know what? The Hindenburg mostly flew, except for that tiny explosion part at the very end. But it mostly flew. Yeah, it really did.

You know, my blind date was very, very charming until he tried to stuff me into an ice bath and cut out my kidneys. Oh, and speaking of ice, the Titanic mostly floated, except for that little part at the end when it didn't.

You know, those little parts seem to be important, historically speaking. I don't know. I mean, yes, you had a very lovely dinner. You had an awful lot in common. But when he tried to put you in the ice bath, all of that kind of doesn't count anymore, you know? And I love the fact that they're calling this just spontaneous and grassroots because that's what I was thinking.

totally grassroots, especially with their signs that say, you know, smash capitalism or whatever they were saying. I don't know if you saw this, but printed in crisp HD, you know, was, I don't remember what exactly it was, but it was like comradeskinkos.com where you can get a discount now, you know, for bulk riot boards. But it said the communists and social printed by paid for by,

I mean, they're proud of the fact that they're communists and the flags. Oh, my gosh. It was so patriotic. Well, I mean, unless you were an American, you know, parade of banners. I'm hearing stuff in my ear. Parade of banners from El Salvador and Cuba and Venezuela. The Palestinian flag that always screams peace to me, you know.

You know, it was it was good. It was like they raided a U.N. gift shop and said, give me all the flags from dirtbag communist countries that are failing and terrorist states. I need all of those flags. Meanwhile, the news anchors clutching their pearls and the PhDs in their creative delusion insist these are just terrified everyday Americans.

Really? Because they didn't look terrified. Wait, you mean the people that are having the Molotov cocktails thrown at them? Those were the terrified Americans? No, that's not what they meant. Okay, Janet, sure. I mean, assuming that Americans show up to protest in tactical vests, waving foreign flags and, you know, mispronouncing proletariat. I mean, I...

Maybe that's the average American. I don't know. And here's my favorite part of the circus this weekend. And we're going to get into this deeply a little later on in the program. 75% of the spontaneous rage fest funded by tax dollars. 75% of what you saw funded by tax dollars. That's great. That is great.

politicians there working overtime. So some trust fund Trotsky can Molotov a cocktail, a Dunkin' Donuts, you know, the only place you can get a decent cup of coffee. Wait, you're burning down the coffee shop now. Why are you burning down the coffee shop? And all the politicians are cheering. I mean, it's great. It's great. These politicians, you know, they're the same, the same people that spent the summer of 2020 letting your

Your city burned down some sort of a, I don't know, communist barbecue pit. And while everybody on CNN was talking about hope and healing, it's the same thing. It's the same boomers that in, you know, back in the 70s were jetting off to liberate communist guerrillas, you know, with nothing but a tie-dye shirt and a dream. We're going to do it. This is utopia. Now they're back sipping taxpayer-funded oat milk lattes.

and just opining on how peaceful this is. And look at that. My gosh, look at the art. That was a police car. Now it's a avant-garde bonfire art piece that we're just doing the installation on now. Yes, yes, this is how progress happens. It's not progress. This is not progress. This is communism. This is somebody trying to overthrow the United States of America.

You know, somebody should point out, hey, I don't know, setting buildings on fire, setting police cars on fire, throwing concrete slabs at police officers and government agents, probably not peaceful.

But you say that and boom, you're a fascist bigot. Or just, God forbid, somebody who notices things and is still attached to reality. But relax, gang. You just squint at the flaming Starbucks and it looks like it's just pretty and mainly peaceful. And you gotta squint a little harder at the looted Target store.

and all of that. But it's just vibes. It's just revolutionary taxpayer-funded vibes. That's all it is, gang. That's all it is. So I just want to... It's great. It's great. Now, this all started apparently because we were going after these poor illegals that are here just because they're poor and they're

They're just looking for a better life, maybe more people to rape. I'm not sure. Did I say that? That's so wrong. Let me give you the list of the people that they arrested. This is what started it, okay?

You have Rolando Enriquez, 55 years old, just came here for a better life. He's from the Philippines. Now, he wanted to start all over. He has a criminal history that includes burglary in Ontario, California. He was sentenced to four years in prison. But it wasn't just that. He also, I like this one, sexual penetration with a foreign object,

with force and assault with the intent to commit rape in the city of Pomona, California. He was sentenced to 37 years in prison, but...

I don't know how they count time in California, but I don't think he was in prison for 37 years. He was arrested on Saturday and served a notice to appear. That's an outrage. How can we possibly, how could we possibly, all he was doing was inserting foreign objects in people. That's all he was doing.

you know, with force, with an intent to rape. But who hasn't done that? I mean, we've all made mistakes. Then you have Jose Ortiz, 42, of Ecuador. He was arrested on Friday, served administrative deportation. His criminal history includes being sentenced for more than 11 years in prison for conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute five kilos of cocaine. Okay.

So he's just a drug dealer. Like America doesn't have drug dealers. We don't deport all of our drug dealers, do we? Again, he was sentenced to more than 11 years in prison. My question is, why wasn't he in prison? I'd like to know that one. Then you have Victor Martinez. Yes.

He's 44. He's from Mexico. He was arrested. Alleged active gang member of Bratz 13. But he only has a criminal history that includes sexual battery violence.

uh in los angeles he had 135 days uh in jail five years probation now see that's the california that i know and love give him a few days in the in the clink and let him go let him go sentenced to 90 days in jail three years probation for receiving uh known or stolen property in norwalk and sentenced to 365 days in jail and four years probation for petty theft

Now, that's much more like your average Californian, right? I mean, he was only stealing stuff, you know, and maybe receiving some stolen property, but no big deal. Then you have Victor Aguilar, 32. He's from Mexico. Arrested on Friday. Criminal history in Pasadena that includes being sentenced to 112 days in jail for possessing unlawful paraphernalia.

Stu, what do you think unlawful paraphernalia is in California? I mean, I could come up with a lot of things. You know, I'm here in Idaho. You're in Texas. I could come up with a lot of things that might be unlawful paraphernalia. But in California, what would that be? The Constitution? Would that be unlawful? Okay. All right. Good. Good. Good. Any GOP bumper sticker or anything like that?

He was also sentenced to 16 months in jail for possessing controlled substances. He was four years, sentenced for four years behind bars for assault with a deadly weapon. And then 364 days, not a full year, 364. A full year would have been madness. But 364 days in jail for obstructing a public officer.

He's also an alleged active member of the Via Boys gang, which I think is a K-pop group from the 90s. I'm not sure.

Then you have Delfino Martinez, 51 of Mexico. He was arrested on Friday, served notice to appear. His criminal history includes assault with a deadly weapon with great bodily injury in Los Angeles. He was sentenced to a year in jail. Okay. So then you have, holy cow. Now, why didn't we have this at the beginning? Now I know why everybody's so upset. They arrested Jesus. Jesus.

Now, I didn't know Jesus had a middle and two last name. Jesus Alan Hernandez Morales. So I'm not sure if it's the same Jesus or not. But he sounds like he... I mean, he was arrested and sentenced in Las Cruces. Yes.

The crosses? Hello? This is what this is all about, people. 239 days in jail for conspiracy to transport an illegal migrant. So all he was doing is what Jesus would have... No, what Jesus did do. He was smuggling people in the back of his car. And I'm sure it had nothing to do with sexual favors or anything like that. Also, he discharged a firearm.

At an inhabited dwelling and a vehicle. What? This is so ridiculous. He discharged a firearm at an inhabited dwelling. You mean... So it wasn't just a flop house. No, even flop houses could be inhabited. So it was someplace where people were dwelling. And he...

Discharged a fire. In other words, he pulled the trigger of a gun. Okay. Also, four years of probation. But this was only for battery on a spouse.

Or a cohabitant. I love that one. A spouse or a cohabitant. We're not really sure how they define their relationship. Sentenced to four years also for willful cruelty to a child and 10 days for driving under the influence. How is this guy...

out so much to keep doing all of these crimes. I mean, how is that happening? You do one, you should, it should prevent all of the other crimes from happening. You know, uh, also three years, uh, sentenced for three years behind bars for assault with a semi automatic firearm, which is like, I might as well be as bazooka to people in California and being sentenced to three years behind bars for personal use of a firearm. Uh,

And I want you to know that was not in an inhabited dwelling. That was just outside someplace in the wild. We don't even know where that happened. So it could be even worse. So these are just the people that were arrested on Friday that caused all of these riots. And you can see why. How the average person, as Karen Bass says, is so concerned that they could be next. Well...

If you are inserting foreign objects into a cohabitant in a occupied dwelling with a firearm, yeah, you might be next. You might be next. But is that a bad thing? Going to get into that and so much more how Californians are paying for this coming up in just a second. First, let me tell you about LifeLock.com.

Used to be identity theft with just a crime of opportunity, a lost wallet, robbed mailbox, some guy digging through the trash for a receipt. Games change now. New thief doesn't need receipts. He has algorithms. Artificial intelligence has become the perfect accomplice, fast, relentless and utterly amoral.

What it does is it scrapes your data from social media, data breaches, old job applications, you name it. It builds a profile faster than any human could, and it uses that profile to imitate you with terrifying precision. Sometimes even the banks can't tell the difference, but LifeLock can.

LifeLock uses AI as well, only they use it to fight back. They monitor your identity across a vast network of data points. And if something suspicious happens, new account, weird loan application, credit cards you didn't open, you'll get an alert fast and they'll say, is this you? And you're like, nope.

They got it. If the worst happens, they have a U.S.-based restoration team that knows how to unwind all of the damage. So protect yourself with LifeLock. She tweeted out this morning, we receive reports of federal immigration enforcement actions in multiple locations in Los Angeles as mayor of a proud city of immigrants who continue to contribute to our city in so many ways. I'm deeply angered by what has taken place. These tactics so terror in our communities and disrupt basic principles of safety in our city. What is she talking about?

You've just taken the rapists off the streets. You know, the people you won't keep in prison. The federal government, nice, comes in. They're here illegally. Let's remove them and send them back home.

But no, no, no, that's sowing terror in the streets. And Gavin Newsom said the same thing. You know, this doesn't make it. Don't take Los Angeles. Don't take Trump's bait. Trump wants chaos and he's instigated violence. Those who assault law enforcement or cause property damage will risk arrest. But don't worry, we'll be there. Stay peaceful, stay focused and don't give him the excuse he's looking for. That's Governor Gavin Newsom.

Yeah, you're talking to the right people when you're when you're saying to those people on the streets, you know, hey, stay peaceful. You know, when you're wearing the black block uniform, I don't I don't think they're going to listen to you, Gavin. But maybe that's just me. Stu, your thoughts on the mostly peaceful weekend in Los Angeles. Let me begin my thoughts with a question to you.

Yeah. If you today were required on a whim to go out and get a Palestinian flag, could you accomplish that task today?

Because I don't think I could. I could order one online that would show up in a couple days. But when a protest just springs up completely organically, why would the people of Los Angeles have hundreds of Palestinian flags just ready to go? That seems surprising. Party city? Does party do party? No, they're out of business. So I don't know where I would check for a Palestinian flag. This is Glenn. Glenn.

That's a really good point. Where do you buy those things? All right, let me tell you about Lear Capital. All right, let's just go through some of the video. I want to introduce my executive producer, Stu Bergeer, and head writer and chief of research for the Glenn Beck program, Jason Buttrell. We're just going to go over just some of the videos that you might have seen or maybe even missed some of these. Here's first our U.S. Border Patrol agents under fire. Cut one. I'm on it.

Can't see. Okay, so they're in their Humvee or whatever it is. All right. It's got to be great going into Los Angeles trying to do your job and feeling this. They're all in gas masks. Now, cut to this is a vehicle capturing the aftermath of the Border Patrol vehicle

As it's struck by objects, here is cut number two. You see the broken windshield up in front. All right. Cut three. These are foreign flags and the chanting on the streets of California. And there, of course, is the Party City Hamas flag. See that one.

What are they chanting? I'm a lunatic. I'm a lunatic. You and me, we're lunatics. What was it? Notice, we're going to get into this next hour. Play that again. Keep playing that. You'll notice there's a sign that they're carrying, and you'll see it here in just a second. Right there. Churla.

C-H-I-R-L-A. We're going to get into what that is here in just a second. But it is important that you understand they're telling you who they are. And we're going to get into that here in just a minute. Here are some rioters that are hurling rocks at the federal convoy. Again, just throwing some rocks at everything.

And unbelievable. I mean, these people could easily be killed by this. You're throwing a rock at someone coming by you at 45 miles an hour. If it goes through the windshield, it's going to kill the person. Yeah. Yeah. So let's go to the next one. Here's here's CNN, you know, and how peaceful it is.

Is that the standard? Is that the standard Glenn?

No, it's really not. It's a piece because, you know, peaceful to me indicates a bunch of people standing around not committing any crimes. Right. Yeah. Maybe walking down the street. This is them blocking a freeway. She's standing in the middle of what seems like a freeway. Right. Stopping all this traffic, terrifying the people that couldn't get through.

Right. And, uh, and then it's mostly peaceful. It's mostly peaceful. And then like just down the street, things are on fire and they're throwing rocks at, uh, people passing by at 40 miles an hour. That's not mostly peaceful. That's just not, it's not the standard, you know, like it's, it's easy to be peaceful. Most of the time, most criminals are, I assume. Can I, I don't know how you are defining the word mostly, but let me help you out. Uh,

Hiroshima. Okay. Hiroshima, 1945. It was mostly moderate temperatures, except for that one spike for just a little short period of time on that one day. But it was mostly moderate temperatures. I don't understand what you're saying. Here is Karen Bass, the Los Angeles communist mayor. Here's what she's saying.

And frankly, I'm just outraged because what happened is, is that when ICE went in, they just took people away and we just can't have this in our city. And it happened multiple places in the city. And what it does is, is that it sows a sense of terror throughout the community. For example, one location. Stop, stop, stop. So I just want to make sure I remind you.

One of the guys that they arrested was inserting foreign objects into people forcefully. You know...

I think that's called rape myself, but I don't know. I'm not an L.A. prosecutor, so I don't know what they call it there. But it should sow some terror into the minds of people like that. We're coming to get you. But that's not the average person in California. And if it is, I remind you, don't go to Disneyland.

For the love of God, go to Florida. At least maybe you won't have things inserted inside of you if that's the way average Californians behave. We have Jason Buttrell with us. Jason, you're watching all of this. What jumps out to you?

Specifically the claims of spontaneous grassroots. It's a natural response to society when something this terrifying happens. But then they all have this one weird ideology blended with another one.

which is very, very strange. Like when, you know, it's just, this is kind of a crazy coincidence that they're all socialists, communists, Marxists with little, little hint of Islamism. That's just weird. You know, I, I,

Does anything ever weird happen or bad in history when you try to rally a bunch of people around socialism and anti-Semitism? Has that ever happened before? Well, no, no, no. I don't know. No, I know what you're saying. But Germany was mostly safe for the Jews. That's very true. Except for that little period of time. But otherwise...

Other than that, mostly safe for Jews. Oh, my gosh, Glenn. I mean, these groups, you look at some of the groups and you've mentioned some of them, but Party for Socialism and Liberation conveniently had all these slick signs printed up. I'm trying to search way back in the memory banks, but I think we saw the same thing and ties to pretty much every anti-Semitic attack and violent attack

like, riot that has happened over the past year or so? Let's remind you, what was the name of the party that the guy, Stu, can you look this up real quick? Remember the guy who shot the two kids in Washington, D.C., coming out of that...

You know, how to help the Palestinian people and these two Jews walk out and they're gunned down in the street. He was part of the Party of Socialism or something, wasn't he? He had ties to the Party for Socialism and Liberation and another group, either the People's Forum or the Answer Coalition. I can't remember. Which is also involved in all of this. No! In this grassroots spontaneous thing? Yes! Wow. Yes! Wow. Producing The Killer in Washington, D.C. and these. Yes.

And the riots on Columbia University. Kind of odd. It's very grassroots. So here's L.A. Councilwoman Hernandez. Listen to this. Cut 13. They know how quickly we mobilize. That's why they're changing tactics. Because community defense works and our resistance has slowed them down before. And if they're escalating their tactics, then so are we. When they show up, we got to show up even stronger.

Okay, I'm not sure what that means exactly. They're escalating the tactics. Well, when you shut down freeways, when you start throwing literal concrete slabs at police officers and federal officers, yeah, I think you're going to, I think they're going to have to change tactics because despite what CNN says, it's not a mostly peaceful protest at that point.

So they're sending in the National Guard. By the way, we're going to have a lot in the next couple of days. But in about 20 minutes, I'm going to take you through the funding. You have to find ways to get this to your friends because if they cannot be saved at this point, if they can't be turned and they can't understand what's actually happening in California and who's responsible and behind it and what their intentions are,

You're going to have to write your friends off. You're just going to have to because they'll never get it. If they can't get it after what we will teach you this week, they never will get it. So it's really important that you understand what's actually happening and not just not just the stuff on X and everything else, but you actually understand in depth what is actually happening. And we'll give that to you here in about 20 minutes. But so the president sent out the National Guard.

Well, the governor was very upset about it. Very upset. He says that it was unlawful. Police were making arrests, 29 on Saturday, 10 on Sunday.

That's what this whole thing they say is about. 39 different arrests. Not going in and scooping up whole neighborhoods. Very specific, targeted individuals who we told you who some of them were. They are very bad people.

So once again, is this about that or is this about the overthrowing of the United States? Okay. So Los Angeles police declared several of these quote rallies to be unlawful assemblies.

And and and the police were saying they're throwing, quote, concrete projectiles, bottles and other items at police. They set several self-driving cars from Alphabet's Waymo. I love this. They set those things on fire. How much is that costing you, Google? You're regretting at all being in bed with these people at all. And now, of course, not. Of course not.

They were demonstrators were shouting shame on you at the police while they were throwing concrete slabs. They were carrying Mexican flags and signs denouncing U.S. immigration authorities. And those signs, as you pointed out, Jason, I mean, just look at the pictures at the bottom of the sign. They were they were printed by which group party for socialism and liberation. OK, sure.

and anti-Semites, socialists and anti-Israel people. This is so incredibly dangerous because when we say they're anti-Israel, they're anti-Semites, what we really mean is they're Islamists. And we're going to give you some stuff this week on what's happening in our country, but I'm telling you, this is our future. This is what it's going to look like

From now until 2028, it's only going to get worse and worse and worse on our streets. And we're going to have to have some decisions made. And we have to be very, very careful because if somebody should win on the other side, on their side in 2028, we're in deep, deep trouble because they don't care about the law. They're not concerned.

They are not enforcing the law. They do not care about the Constitution. They will wrap themselves in the Constitution, but they don't care. So the president sent out the National Guard, and everybody who knows anything about the Constitution will say immediately, he can't do that. Posse comitatus.

Read the Constitution. The president can send in the National Guard without the approval of the state or the governor on very specific things. OK, and here they are. The president has the authority in cases of insurrection, rebellion or when federal rights are being denied.

okay so he can do it active duty military in the united states for extraordinary situations they can send them in section 251 at the request of the state if a legislator or governor of the legislator can't be convened request of help to suppress an insurrection can be sent to the president and he can send them in section 252 without a request

When he needs to enforce federal law, if unlawful obstructions or rebellion make it impracticable... Impracticable, is that right? Impractic... Whatever. To enforce federal... How did I get this job? I'm in the Hall of Fame. America, raise your standards for the love of Pete! Anyway...

If it makes it impossible for them to enforce federal law in a state by regular means, the president can send in forces without state consent. Would you say that we are having unlawful obstructions or rebellion that make it impossible to enforce the federal law in California?

Section 253, rebellion or denial of constitutional rights. So if there is an insurrection or domestic violence that hinders the execution of federal law, results in the denial of civil rights protected under the Constitution,

Or if the state authorities are unable or unwilling to protect those rights, the president may deploy troops without the approval of the government. Okay. I'm going to show you in history when this is done before. And we have to make a decision. And I want everything done exactly by the Constitution. Word for word. I don't want anybody going, well, we can do it. No. No.

Hello, America. You know, it's time we stopped listening to those so-called good Democrats that are just fighting for democracy, fighting for our republic and the Constitution. We know now that over 200 in the administration have now said that they knew that Joe Biden was incompetent. They just kept it quiet.

you know, a signing pen to get what they wanted done completely out of the realm of the Constitution. They're the people still telling us that we're all going to die in some fiery flood with global warming that is coming in the next hundred years. They think this is the most important thing. that gave us BLM that excused the last riots in 2020 because it was good for the election. They encouraged the chaos on the streets. And now in L.A., I got news for you. If you are a California taxpayer, you are funding the riots that you saw this weekend.

If you're a Californian, the current LA riots are example, is an example of your tax dollars at work.

Here's why I can say that with real confidence. Let's start here. The Coalition for Human Immigrant Rights says,

CHIRLA, C-H-I-R-L-A. One of the key players in fomenting the violent response to immigration enforcement actions over the weekend. Last hour, if you missed any of today's podcast, make sure you go back and listen. Last hour, I went through who these people were that we rounded up. They were violent extremist rapist criminals.

burglars, people that have beaten up their wives, doing cruel things to children, you name it. That's who this is all really about. This is not about scooping up people in the middle of the night. So who's Churla? Well, it's an LA-based nonprofit. They take radical positions on immigration. For example, it led the 2018 campaign to abolish ICE.

It currently leads the Los Angeles Rapid Response Network, which gathers intel about enforcement actions and deploys activists to respond to, in other words, to put our police officers and ICE federal agents in jail.

in danger by exposing them in advance. They also have strong ties to the Democrat Party in California. They have supported the election of Democrat candidates throughout its lobbying arm and throughout its history. It has a really close relationship with Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass. The organization also has a close relationship with organized labor in the state.

Now, wait a minute. You don't mean like SEIU. I'll have Jason give me an update on SEIU, the head guy of SEIU. If you followed me back when we were on Fox and back in those days on radio, you know the role of SEIU and how bad this organization really is. They are, I believe, they are just terrible.

insurrectionists through and through, communists through and through, but that's my opinion. The organization also has a close relationship with the organized laborers, which in turn, they become a major financial supporter of democratic politicians. On Friday, Chirla held a rally protesting ISIS enforcement actions and the arrest of the SEIU president for obstruction.

Now, the incredible part is that Churla's activities are primarily funded by you if you are a taxpayer in California.

We have obtained a financial audit shows that for fiscal year ending 2023, $34 million from the state, mostly through the Department of Social Services, accounts for 72% of the total revenue. This is nearly a threefold increase over the previous year. Now, all of this information is coming from, what's her name? Laura Powell. Laura Powell. She is the...

What is her handle? GOP. She's a civil liberties attorney in California. Okay. They also received $450,000 in federal contract in 2023, which Mayor Bass publicly took credit for on helping secure. somebody who's not completely lost but still maybe a little confused, they must understand what they're seeing is a show. This is all planned. This has nothing to do with Trump. This has nothing to do with illegals that are here that are good families. It has nothing to do with this. This is about a color revolution.

Now, let me tell you about one of the guys involved in this. He's a billionaire from America, Neville Roy Singham.

He is kind of a mysterious figure that made a lot of his fortune in part due to his ties with communist China. He now lives in China and has emerged now as a key funder of the radical groups inside the United States that are pushing for the violent protests. And he's got a very strict pro-Beijing kind of script.

He made his wealth by selling IT software business to an investment firm partially owned by the Communist Party in China. He is a major funder of a group called the People's Forum. The People's Forum. They're not hiding in plain sight there. Below are excerpts from a very long expose that Just the News published in March this year. Hang on, I'm just reading my notes from...

Jason, meet the pro-CCP Marxist revolutionary group behind the Muhammad Khalil protests of 3-20-25. Jason, remind me who Mahmoud Khalil is. He was the guy at Columbia University that set all that off. Give us a quick thumbnail of him. That's it. Yeah, he was one of the central figures when they were...

you know, shutting down, uh, Columbia. Um, there was a much larger, you know, group, which we will go into later, um, that were doing this thing called shut it down for Palestine. Uh, again,

again, another tie to socialists, Marxists for some weird, odd reason, heavy focus on Maoism in particular. Of course. But, uh, but yeah, that, that, that, that, that's who that, that, that guy was. And that's also who the Trump administration was looking to deport. So the people's forum has been a driving force behind the protests, condemning the detention and possible deportation of the pro-Palestinian Columbia graduate student, Mahmoud Khalil. Uh,

There are scores of videos posted by the forum on social media detailing the group's role in organizing, promoting, attending, and leading all of the pro-Khalil protests. They did a rally outside the courthouse. They did a sit-in at Trump Tower. Khalil's legal team has addressed the crowd at a protest organized by the forum. This is...

This is all from that American billionaire that now lives in China. Um,

The forum is led by a guy named Milano Dilos Santos. And I'm saying that as white as a white man can possibly say it because that's who I am. Also, personally tweeted multiple times to promote the forum-led protest for Khalil. Major patron for the People's Forum is the communist businessman Neville Roy Singham.

This is from the People's Forum.

Singham married Jody Evans. Who is Jody Evans? Well, she's the co-founder of the radical left-wing group Code Pink. Her group touts itself as anti-war, but it's also very pro-China and very anti-Israel, pro-strangely-Israel.

pro-Islamists. The New York Times reported that Singham works in Shanghai, that his efforts are linked to the Chinese Communist Party. This is from the New York Times, that he has attended at least one CCP workshop on promoting the party globally. The New York Times also reported that he provides backing for the People's Forum.

The Free Beacon has reported that key leaders for the forum serve in top position at Singham's Justice and Education Fund. The New York, I'm sorry, the Free Beacon also reported that the network run by Singham is also behind Breakthrough Media and Dongsheng News, who both push pro-China narratives and whose content is re-shared by the forum here in the United States.

Free Press also reported that Singham and Evans have donated over $20 million to the People's Forum from 2017 to 2022 through a series of shell organizations and donor advisory groups, accounting for nearly all of the group's funding.

The free beacon also reported in 2024, the people's forum had encouraged anti-Israel activists to recreate the violent protests of the summer of 2020, just hours before the rioters storm and occupied a building at Columbia university campus. So these are some of the people that are involved. Again, you also have the federal government involved DHS, uh,

under Mayorkas, was also helping fund, I think it was Churla, wasn't it? Churla. Yeah. Tell me that connection. So, yeah. So, Churla...

And I just lost it on my notes, too. But CHIRLA was receiving not only state taxpayer funds, but they were also, under Karen Bass, received another grant from the federal government from the Department of Homeland Security. Reports say that that grant specifically was due to lobbying efforts from Karen Bass.

Karen Bass, in case you don't remember who Karen Bass is, she's not just the L.A. mayor, and we'll get into her later this week, but I want to just recap who Karen Bass is. She's just not an incompetent Yahoo. She is somebody who is very important to the movement, and we'll explain here coming up in just a second. First, let me tell you about Good Ranchers. Good Ranchers.

And when he flips that first steak, mouths are watering and he knows it. And we're going to sit down and have a great meal together.

and she left town knowing that the threat of fire was very high. She left town, and where did she go? She went to Ghana. She went to Ghana. What was she doing in Ghana? That's a good question. It is a good question. Why is she in Ghana? What are her connections in Ghana?

I think we'll go to that pretty soon. Okay. There are some connections directly to communism that she seems to support. We will have it all nailed down for you. But she is a big political activist on the left. She's not a mayor, just a, you know, hey, you know, she's a...

She has deep connections to the deep left. Yeah, she was actually a member of the Venceramos Brigade and made seven trips to Cuba during the 1970s. It was illegal for Americans to do so at that time, but she did it. It's very interesting that she was also the vice chair of the National Endowment for Democracy.

which what is their specialty? Isn't that color revolution? Oh yeah. Yeah. Specializing. What you're seeing, what you're seeing in happening in California and make no mistake, it's going to come to all of our States one way or another is a color revolution. How many years ago? When did I first write that, Stu? Can you figure that one out? When did I first write that the left, communists, anarchists, Islamists will all gather together, work together to overthrow the Western world? Yeah, that was Arab Spring. What, 2010 or something like that? Yeah, nine or 10 is when I started saying that. And everybody said that's not possible. And you are seeing it.

in action. It's not just that they are, you know, it's not just the LGBTQ community is supporting the Palestinian cause, which if you go over with your rainbow flags over and you're anywhere near the Palestinian territory, they will kill you. Okay. They're not going to be, you're not going into their school and teaching them about the kids being born in the wrong body. They will kill you.

It's not just about the insane things like supporting. Now you're starting to see them in action. What was the triangle that we saw spray painted, Jason? We were talking about this last night in Los Angeles. It was graffiti found at the riot site, an upside down inverted triangle, which Hamas uses, their militant wing uses to mark Israeli targets. Now, this one was a red triangle.

And remember, we're going to show you this week that the communists and the Islamists are and socialists are connected. This triangle is connecting them. OK, it's leaving a mark that you'll see that triangle. I think it's up on the blaze right now if you happen to be watching. But it's all marking them.

you know, a warning to ice. This triangle, a red triangle was used by the fascists, by Germans when they rounded up people who were communists. And it was an upside down triangle that you had to,

on your prison uniform that meant you were either a communist or a capitalist, one of the two. I don't think this is a, you know, just, you know, let's pick a red triangle.

I'm sorry, I don't think so. This is more than just an Islamist movement. This is an Islamist communist movement. And what you're seeing happening in Los Angeles now, and it is just the beginning, warning, by 2028, this will be everywhere. What you're seeing now is...

a setup. They want a moment where the military or the police or anybody does something that they can use now and say, see, they're just like the Israelis with the Palestinians. This is the same kind of atrocities and genocide that is happening. That's what they're looking for. This is Glenn Beck.

Welcome to the Glenn Beck program. We have Stu Bergeer with us. Stu and I were just talking off the air about the backdoor to the digital dollar, something in the big, beautiful bill that needs to be removed. We'll have more on that probably tomorrow. But it also has something a lot of people are talking about now, a way to...

states from getting involved in AI and slowing AI down. And I can see good things and bad things with this, but I want more state control, not more federal control, but we'll have more on that probably tomorrow. We're really focused on what happened in Los Angeles. And, you know, this is a color revolution. Make no mistake. That's what is going on right now. A color revolution. And this is the last phase of,

of what we talked about for a very long time. Let me give you an example. You can say that the Palestinians just want a separate state, and it's not about anything having to do with Israel. It's about the human dignity and blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. But they chant from the river to the sea.

Nobody really understands what that means, but river from the river to the sea. Do you know why the Israeli flag is blue on top, white in the middle, blue on the bottom with the Star of David in the center? The blue at the top river, the blue at the bottom sea. Israel is in the center.

That is saying who they are. That whole flag is telling you how important the river to the sea is. So when they're chanting river to the sea...

What they're really saying is Israel is over. It's destroyed. There are no Jews living in that territory. That's what they really mean. And so when they're trying to make this in Los Angeles and elsewhere about ICE, it's not about ICE. It has nothing to do with ICE. It's the American river to the sea. It's the destroying of America, right?

And we're going to lay all of this out to you and for you all week long. Wednesday, we'll put it all together in a Wednesday night special that you're not going to want to miss.

But, I mean, look at Data Republican. Data Republican is all over this this weekend. Give me some of the highlights, Jason, of what she said. When you're following the money, she's the girl that you want to follow when this stuff is going on. She's really good. She's pointed out a lot of things that you've pointed out. She mentions Chirla.

Chirla specifically and the party for socialism and liberation. Those two organizations she's looking at pretty heavily. Well, she should. I mean, those are the ones, if you saw any pictures, you saw them holding signs. They, they say they were paid for and printed at the bottom of the sign. Yeah.

By those groups. So they're announcing where the money came from those signs. And I will bet you some of the other signs were printed by SEIU. Yeah. But anyway, go ahead. What was she saying? She pulled the actual EIN number to look up the funding from Chirla. And she found that $34 million of their $45 million in revenue...

as you were talking about, all comes from government grants. The vast majority of state grants, like one grant from the federal government, which was the DHS grant,

DHS funding this. Yeah. This was in 2023, their most recent year that they reported on. Their funding through this method jumped from $12 million to $34 million in government grants. Now, that's an interesting jump in 12 months. That's insane. You know...

I have to do another special. We did it years ago. We should do another special on this because people, you can tie all of this stuff together now without anybody having to trust me. Before I said, look, this is what's happening. I don't have to tell you, trust me. We have it in writing. We have it in their own words. We have it in writing. We have it in the form of checks being sent to them.

But, you know, we all thought that Occupy Wall Street just kind of went away, just faded into oblivion. And none of us really asked, you know, what happened? Why did that suddenly end? Well, they just got tired and went home. No, that's not what happened. I'm telling you now, once you understand this one thing, you will understand everything that is happening with the big businesses, our corporations, kowtowing, all of it.

What happened at the end of Occupy Wall Street is the banks and the big stock market traded corporations said,

all said, leave us alone. We'll agree with you. Just don't burn our buildings and our businesses down. We'll help you. We'll send money your way. What are your goals that you want to accomplish? We will help you accomplish those. It was Occupy Wall Street that really started all of this ball rolling. And they all got into bed and said, we can fund them. We'll last. But

That's where all the funding is coming from, either through corporations or through our government, your taxpayer dollar. Either you're funding it through the products you buy or you're funding it through paying your taxes if you're in California. And it's an outrage. And this, you know, how did the guy who was the head of Occupy Wall Street say,

who hated Davos and all of those people, how did he end up going as a guest to Davos in the end and saying, you know, we can work with these people? Why is nobody following that? Why did nobody pay attention to that?

And it's becoming more important now more than ever because this I'm telling you, America, this is your future. South Africa also plays a role. What you're seeing in South Africa is going to play out here in America. And I'm not just talking about, you know, they're getting the white farmers back.

It's just the crime and out of control crime and the dismantling of everything that was built all in the name of communism and equity and fairness and race and all of that stuff. What's happening there is our future. If we don't wake up right now, what else did she report on anything else? Yeah. She, um, she followed the funding from that Singham character who the Shanghai based man, uh,

She it's interesting because she was pointing out the different groups that are all tied together through the Party for Socialism and Liberation. She calls out the People's Forum, as you did. Also, another group called the Answer Coalition. All these people. Oh, international answer. No, just answer coalition. Is it is it answer without an E at the end?

Yeah. Yeah. That's the, it used to be called the international answer coalition. It was the international answer. Uh, it was, I mean that at the time, Stu, wasn't that all George Soros money and tides foundation?

I remember you talking about it. It's been a while, but yeah, I remember being in all those conversations. Yeah. But all the ideology is all the same. Yeah. They're communists, Marxists, every single one. This is interesting though, regarding those groups alone. This is according to a think tank based out in New Jersey called the National Contagion Research Institute. And of these people that Data Republican called out, they said, quote, the People's Forum and Answer Coalition serve as the conduit through which CCP affiliated entities and

have effectively co-opted pro-Palestinian activism in the U.S., advancing a broader anti-American, anti-democratic, and anti-capitalist agenda. Sounds like insurrection to me. Really does. The coming insurrection. It's important that you understand the Islamist movement movement.

That is here in America. You know, we look at the riots on the streets over in Europe. We see the crime. We see all of the things that are happening over there. And we think, oh, that's over there. It's not here.

It is here. And we will give you all of the information on what is here as we go throughout the week, because all of this stuff is all tied together. All of it is tied together. I mean, I don't know what it's going to take to wake people up. Yeah. I mean, it seems like people just get more and more locked into whatever side they're on. I mean, I think there's a lot of...

honest analysis going on by the Greta Thunberg, you know, supporters of the world at this point, it feels like, uh, there's sort of lost causes, uh,

I don't know. I don't know how you turn this around. I don't know that there's an easy path to it. You know, I think it seems like I will say I think the American people will look at this and look at a bunch of Waymo cars just torched to the ground in the middle of the streets for no reason and seeing people throw rocks at cops. And I just don't think the American people, generally speaking, stand on that side. And I think this is one of the reasons why Trump looks at this and says,

Go ahead. Try this. Try it. Go ahead. I think this is good for him. It's good for his position to be able to enforce these things. Assuming there's not a bunch of people stepping over lines in law enforcement, which the American people will also recoil from, they will look at this and say, this is wrong. This is wrong, and I don't want to be on the side of the people burning things in the street.

Hopefully both of those things are true. That's what I... When you start to see...

You know, the Democrats are exposing themselves as the true radical revolutionaries that they are. It's no longer you can't hide when you are saying that it's right to riot in the streets because the average person in California is afraid that they're going to be scooped up. Are you saying that the average person in California is there illegally? And if you want to actually look at that, they scooped up like 40 people and they were all rioters.

rapists and violent criminals. I mean, these were not, you know, they weren't your average person just trying to, you know, be to America because they want to live the American dream. These are people that have, have committed crimes back home and are committing crimes here, bad, horrible crimes. And if the, if we can be reasoned and come at people with facts and

we can wake people up to what is actually happening because it's no longer a theory. It's all fact and all provable fact.

And, you know, but there's a there's a steep education curve that we're going to try to cover this week from knowing what the CIA and the National Endowment for Democracy and what USAID actually does, how we are a nation that has spread color revolution all over the world.

in the name of progress, and it's something we've been against on this program for a very long time and trying to warn people, you're now seeing that very tactic played out by the same people in our own country. And it is about the destruction of America and our freedoms, and they are partnering with people that...

Honestly, the only thing that I can think of is the people who are the communists think that they can use the Islamists as fuel and partners. But in the end, the communists will say to themselves, well, we'll just kill all those people when we're done. Once we have control, we'll just kill all the Islamists themselves.

And the Islamists that don't agree with communists are probably saying the same thing. Well, don't worry, we'll be in charge and we'll just kill all the communists that don't agree with us being in charge. It's a very dangerous game and it's being played all over the world and it is in the next couple of years and you're seeing it now. It's getting worse and worse every weekend. This communist Islamist movement is getting worse and worse here in America.

But we'll try to explain that so you can explain it to your friends because the world's changing rapidly. All right. Back in just a second. Let me tell you about Z Factor.

Welcome to the Glenn Beck Program.

So what else happened? What else happened this weekend? Stu, what caught your eye besides the riots in Los Angeles? Well, that was the big, certainly the big story over the weekend. A really interesting story came out from the New York Times about Thomas Crooks, the guy who tried to kill President Trump. It's like the first sort of in-depth reporting I've seen on this, really, from a mainstream source, of course.

Goes through a lot of his internet searches and, you know, his history of being pretty much normal up till about two years ago, at least by all accounts. It's a bizarre story and it's certainly not the whole story by any means, but it is an interesting step in that journey to get to some actual information. So that's notable. I think I think worth checking out.

All right, back with more in just a second. If you missed any of today's podcast, make sure you get it wherever you get today's podcast or at Blaze TV. You can listen to it on your time, not ours. This is Glenn Beck. Just talking to Jason off the air. He's up with me this week at the ranch, and it's a perfect week because we have so much research we have to do.

We're putting together a great show on Wednesday to show you everything. But I was just talking about the SEIU guy. What was he arrested for? Do you know, Jason? We've got to turn this on. Your mic's not on. We'll talk to you here in a second. Find out about that. And then...

We have to include on Wednesday's show everything that we learned back in the day about SEIU and how radical they are. I mean, it's a it's a radical, relentlessly radical labor union. They don't care about you and they certainly don't care about stability in your life. But we're going to go through some of these things that happen. We're also going to talk to

mr rojas here in just a second uh julio rojas he was he was with the blaze and he was in los angeles still is in los angeles um covering all of these rides i don't know how this guy does it but he was there on the front lines he's gonna tell us all about it coming up in just a minute the fusion of entertainment and enlightenment this is the glenn beck program

Hello America, welcome to the Glenn Beck program. There is something happening in America and you, because you listen to this program and you've watched me for years, probably are ahead of most people. Most people are going to be spending their days this week trying to catch up on what's just happened. I'm going to do that today and then I'm going to show you over the next few days what is coming. So you're not reacting.

when it happens, you're able to lead. There's some things that we really need to do to prepare ourselves for the next few years in this adventure called freedom and a republic. Can we keep it, Mr. Franklin? We'll know shortly, and we'll get into that here in just a second. First, let me tell you about pre-born. You know, we've started calling a lot of things healthcare that really have nothing to do with healing.

The abortion pill is marketed as a safe, easy solution. A little packet in the mail, a private moment behind closed doors, and it's over. But it is far from over for the mom who may never, ever be the same. The abortion pill ends now more than half a million lives every year in this country alone. What you rarely hear is that 11% of the women who take this suffer serious medical complications. Now imagine this with anything else.

You know, we're talking hemorrhaging, infection, trauma that lasts years. Real healthcare, that's not real healthcare. We would be stopping any other drug. If it wasn't about abortion, we would be all over this.

What Preborn is doing is healthcare. They offer women free ultrasounds, care, counseling, a chance to see what's really growing inside of them. It's not a problem, it's a person. And when that choice is made to carry, to fight, to protect, they walk with the mom all the way through. The diapers, the baby clothes, the prenatal visits.

One ultrasound. That's where it starts. It's $28. $140 will help rescue five babies and their moms. Any gift will help. All gifts are tax deductible. To donate, to show real compassion, simply dial pound 250. Say the keyword baby and donate. It's pound 250 keyword baby. Or go to preborn.com slash back. That's preborn.com slash back. Sponsored by Preborn.

So there's a couple of things going on. You know, we've been talking about Los Angeles and the riots. We're going to get more into that here in just a second. But I want to give you a little perspective on this.

Donald Trump's approval ratings are going up. A new poll out shows that they're growing up, going up again. He's going approaching some of the highest ratings he's ever had. And I think that's because for the most part, he is in step with where the American people are and also that the left is so out of step with where the American people are.

And I don't want to make this about politics or anything else, because I think that's part of our problem is everything has been made about politics. And so you don't hear anything. We have been celebrating for a while now the fact that the mainstream media has so discredited itself that it no longer holds any sway on the American people. Let me give you some of those those recent numbers. The briefing with Jen Psaki.

had on average about 971,000 total viewers on its launch from May 6th to May 28th. She replaced Rachel Maddow, who Rachel Maddow just became too crazy. But that's half of what Rachel Maddow pulled in the exact same time slot. So they weren't believing Rachel Maddow, and they're not believing Jen Psaki either.

The briefing with Jen Psaki is, again, half. Now, their new lineup proves to be, what do you call it, Stu? Suboptimal? Suboptimal, yes. Suboptimal. Okay. MSNBC had the second worst May viewership in the history of its network. Think about the bad times that MSNBC has had. This is the second worst in its history.

Okay, Joy Reid they got rid of. They replaced that with The Weeknight, which is an ensemble program consisting of Simone Sanders, an ex-spokesperson for Kamala Harris, Alicia Mendez, the daughter of Bob Menendez, who just resigned from the Senate because he was convicted on bribery charges. I mean, there's a good trustworthy source.

as well as Michael Steele, who was the RNC committee chair, who nobody liked when Michael Steele was Michael Steele with the RNC. The weeknight has dropped 12% in its viewers, down from the 886,000 viewers Reed had to 776,000.

The weekend prime time also is down 6%. So this is happening. CNN, MSNBC, ABC, NBC, as Stu pointed out last week, you know, they just put a new host in for the NBC nightly news. You know, they used to be NBC nightly news with Tom Brokaw. And I could tell you all of, I could tell you everybody who hosted the NBC news since I was a kid, right?

um because it was a big deal they just replaced whoever it was i think it was lester holt maybe yeah it was lester holt right and and that's a maybe i i was never a maybe on who hosted the network news my whole life now lester holt is gone and i have no idea who the the next guy is um and nor do i care but here's the problem where is america getting its news

The Blaze and outlets like it, Daily Wire, et cetera, we have grown a great deal because we started at zero. 13, 14 years ago when I started the Blaze, there was no outlet like this. There was none. We were the first. We pioneered it. We invented the technology and everything else. And it allowed voices that you couldn't hear to be heard for the first time.

But the left has done such a good job at discrediting everybody who is online. And quite honestly, we don't help ourself all the time, including me, you know, in gaining credibility outside of our own bubble. So we have a problem now.

We have the people who do know what's going on on the conservative side, getting everything from people like us and social media. And now people on the left getting their news from social media. This is not good. This is not going to be good for the Republic. You know, Jim Acosta, these people will never learn. I don't know if you saw the Jim Acosta, you know,

DC party that he threw last week. He did a town hall and he did it not at Ford's theater, but another big theater in New York. And the venue has 1200 seats. He had invited all these people to be with him, including Rosie O'Donnell from Ireland and everything else. 600 people showed up.

600 people showed up and during the day they were afraid no one was going to show up. So they were all out going, Hey, you want free tickets to this? Come see this. I mean, it was, it was not good. Okay. Nobody's listening. Nobody's listening. And I think partially because none of us are doing our job to educate, um,

I have tried really hard, and a lot of us try really, really hard to educate you, but we're educating you on what's happening. And then I take it a step further and try to show you the connecting dots and then show what does this mean for you now and in the future? What is coming our way?

But I think you get that we're in real trouble. And none of us are really talking about the real solution. And I've been doing a lot of thinking over the last year and a half. And I'll get into this later in the summer, but...

We need to start educating people not just on the next scandal or the next election cycle, et cetera, et cetera, but something much deeper and much more important. And that is the American Republic itself and what used to be called civics. You know, when you start a republic, you're not promised ease and comfort. OK, we weren't promised that.

What we were given, and it was given to us at great, great cost, was a system that says the power does not belong to kings. It doesn't belong to politicians or bureaucrats. It doesn't belong to mobs on the streets, whether they left or right. The power really belongs to you, the citizen and the individual. You hold all of the cards. And because we're on this big island, you know, this continent, you

And we all got together and said, hey, we're going to need some rules to live with one another. We have a right to then collectively come together and say, what are we going to form? And we were formed a republic. But the truth is we are dangerously close. And I hope we haven't crossed the Rubicon yet, but we are dangerously close to forgetting how to be a citizen. What we're really good at is reacting.

We are good at yelling at each other. We're good at pointing fingers at one another. But if we are going to keep the republic, and I mean truly keep it, then it is going to require something more, something deeper, more meaningful, more than any politician, more than any protest, and certainly more than any one news cycle that lasts about 12 minutes now, it seems. What we need is education.

We need discipline. We need moral clarity. And most of all, we need personal responsibility. I am working on some things that we'll be announcing that I think are more important than any broadcast that I've ever done. I'm working on a project which is really more of a mission to help you become more empowered people.

As a steward of liberty, everybody says to me, what do we do? What do we do? What do we do? Well, we have to not be followers of a party. First of all, we have to not be blind defenders of a tribe, but we have to be each of us individuals that can think clearly, act with courage and stand firm no matter what the storm may be blowing our way.

We have to be people that can read and understand the Constitution. We need to know that we need to be people that know the difference between right and wrong and a right and an entitlement. People who can teach their kids what the schools won't. People who don't just hope things will get better, but become better in hopes that the community around them follows. Here's the bottom line. We cannot save our country.

from the top down and that's what we've been doing. We have been trying to save our country by electing a politician but this is not how it was built. It's not how it's going to be restored. It will be perverted if we continue to do that. It has to be built from within one person at a time. So if you've ever felt powerless, disillusioned, angry, overwhelmed, good, good. You know what that means?

It means that there's a part of you that is really American and really human that is still alive. Conscience. It's still alive. You're powerless. You're disillusioned. You're angry. You're overwhelmed. Good. That's something in you saying something's not right. And this is not right. And it's got to change. But you don't know what to do with that.

It's time to turn that energy into wisdom, into resolve, into leadership. The Republic is not lost, but we are real close. I mean, we are in real danger, but saving it doesn't belong in Washington, and it certainly doesn't begin in Washington. It begins with you. And that's the one thing that I want to focus on for the rest of my career, is you and how to...

actually make a long-term commitment. We're still going to be doing all the things that we're always doing. We're still going to be giving you the news and perspective in the news. But we are becoming a society that is all about the news. And when I say the news, I mean X, you know, what you're seeing in social media. What's everybody talking about right now? What's trending? That's not news. That's emotion.

That's what's trending and news that is boiled down to the hot hits and news that provides you with no perspective other than hate. The other side is worse than no news at all. And so this week I urge you to listen to the information that we're going to give you. Pray for me and my team because we're going to be doing some, some radically different things and,

And we're working on some things that are radically different. So I'd ask that you would pray for all of us at The Blaze. But I would ask that you would listen to the news in a different way, that you would not necessarily react right away. You would question, why is that happening?

And it's easy to say because the Marxist, because of the politicians, because of the because Donald Trump sent in the National Guard. None of that is true. That is true. There is something bigger going on. And how do we fight it? What does it mean today? What does it mean for tomorrow? What does it mean if we don't fix it? And how do we fix it? Those are the things that we have to concentrate on.

All right, more in just a second. First, let me tell you about SimpliSafe. SimpliSafe, I mean, you could, you know, hire an evil supernatural clown to guard your house, which would be spooky. I mean, lurk in the closet, maybe pop out from behind the shower curtain, you know, yelling, it's time to float! You know, that probably would deter most intruders, but, you know, it'd probably scare the hell out of my family and the kids and even me, even if I knew the clown was there. So,

They're also, you know, surprisingly hard to find. You know, you just don't Google clown from the shadow realm. I think most of them work for private carnivals, et cetera, et cetera. What you need is simply safe. That will help you from the clowns who are trying to break into your house. Simply safe is an award-winning 24 seven professional home security. That is really smart. It is affordable and built to protect you from real life threats like break-ins fires, floods, and funny enough,

10 seconds, station ID.

Welcome to the program. Yeah, welcome back. One other issue related to the media over the past 48 hours or so is Terry Moran. Are you familiar with him at all? He is the... Terry Moran, Terry Moran. Yes. Yeah, ABC News Senior National Correspondent.

Okay, so big, again, high-level guy at ABC News. Oh, yes. This is something that, again, many people wouldn't know he's a senior-level correspondent because they haven't watched ABC News in a very long time. But he's like one of these buttoned-up news guys that is supposed to be right down the middle of journalists. He tweets over the weekend about Stephen Miller, the staffer for Donald Trump,

And just goes on this bizarre screed about how much he hates Stephen Miller. Basically saying that Miller is... He operates on bile, not on brains. He's a man who is richly endowed with the capacity for hatred. He's a world-class hater. You can see this just by looking at him. But you can see that his hatreds are a spiritual nourishment. He eats his hate away.

I don't know what any of this means. I'm sure that makes sense to some liberal out there who sits around and obsesses on blue sky about Stephen Miller. I don't know. But what was fascinating is

As a reporter, you're not really supposed to reveal that's how you feel about these figures that you're covering on a day-to-day basis. At least not publicly. Can I tell you something? I would rather have them publicly do it so I know exactly who they are. Yeah. I think it's so revealing and it's interesting. Now, ABC News has suspended him for this. My guess is what happened was he had a burner account.

Yeah.

And then you can just judge the reporting and how crappy it is based on that rather than giving you this false sense of security that these people are judging these issues fairly when they're obviously not.

Look, you know, I have said forever, I'm not a journalist. I am an opinion guy. I take the news of the day and I look at it and I try to tell you what it means. That's my job. But everybody tries to make me into a journalist. I'm not a journalist. But I would rather have a journalist that was more like me that said, look, do not take my word for it. Do your own homework. Here's all the information that I've had to form my opinion on this. But

you do your own homework. Here's the beginning of what I found. I would much rather have that than somebody who is trying to tell me, no, trust me, I'm a neutral source, when we know they no longer are because there's no one that values that in today's media or in today's universities. This is Glenn Beck.

Here's an interesting moment in your life. You're watching somebody do something simple, you know, getting up for a chair without bracing, bending, you know, to pick up a kid, jogging across the parking lot in the rain without thinking twice. And in that moment, you went, wow, he used to be able to do that.

This is going to come as a surprise to you, but the Democrats have decided to sue Donald Trump.

Over sending the National Guard to California over the weekend. Quote, according to Gavin Newsom, he flamed the fires and illegally acted to federalize the National Guard. No, he really didn't. I mean, I could go over it with you, but I already did. So if you missed any part of the podcast, just go to our one of the podcasts and I go through the Constitution and.

And how the National Guard can be deployed and what has to be met, et cetera, et cetera. And Donald Trump met those standards. And it's very, very clear. But why confuse the California court with facts? You know what I mean? And reason. What's really going on in Los Angeles, I think the guy who's got the biggest death wish out of all of us, he's always, I'll go, right?

Uh, Julio Rosa Rosas is our blaze media national correspondent. Uh, he's worked for town hall, Washington examiner, uh, independent journal review. He was also one of the initial, uh, Manhattan Institute fellows with Christopher Rufo. So, I mean, he's been in the fight for a long time. He did a book, I think it was in 2020, um, the gaslighting of America. And it was, uh,

It was all on what was happening in 2020, and I remember something was happening in the summer of 2020 that kind of looks like what's happening now in L.A. Julio, welcome to the program. You are in L.A. now? Yes, yeah, I'm currently in the area. So tell me what your weekend was like.

Well, Glenn, I have to be honest. I was on vacation and I picked the wrong time to try to get some R&R. But as soon as things started happening, I said, you know what? This is what we've been waiting for because I was in Los Angeles earlier this year after Trump was inaugurated. And there were protests even then. I know that Democrats are saying, oh, if you get them to admit that there's riots, which has been very hard to do, apparently,

They'll say, well, it's Trump's fault, but that's why there's unrest and disorder. But there was unrest and disorder in Los Angeles months ago in direct response to Trump finally being back in office. I was outside Los Angeles City Hall, and there was a big school walkout, and a big fight happened, and a high schooler got stabbed.

that's not the fault of the president. That's not the fault of the national guard. Um, what's, and so what's happening now, what I've been telling people is that Los Angeles specifically, um, especially, you know, in a case like this, they've been waiting for months for an opportunity to act out. You know, you got all the, like,

like the foe controversies over the deportations from, you know, the quote unquote Maryland man Garcia and all that. And they they've been waiting for their turn to be targeted so that they can, you know, in their eyes, you'll fight back against Trump and his and his administration. And so, of course, you know that, you know, that's not to say that Trump

you know, I shouldn't be doing operations here. But this was to be expected. They have been preparing and what has been playing out in the streets, you know, violently is exactly what, what they were hoping for because they want to again, in their eyes, defend the community and, and, and fight back against, you know, fascism and racism. So Julio, it is, it's amazing to me because you look at the people, let me just give you a couple of,

One of them, 55-year-old guy from the Philippines, criminal history, burglary, four years in prison for burglary, sentenced to sexual penetration with a foreign object and to force an assault with an attempt to rape in the city of Pomona, sentenced to 37 years in prison for that, arrested on Saturday,

Um, that's one of the guys they're complaining about. Uh, another guy, criminal history included is include sentenced to more than 11 years in prison for conspiracy to possess with intent or distribute five kilos of cocaine. Um, history. Another one includes sexual battery in Los Angeles. Um, also sentenced, uh, for three years probation for receiving norm, uh, stolen product, uh,

obstruction of an officer, assault with a deadly weapon. I mean, all of these, that's who they picked up. These were not, you know, the regular people. How are the Democrats getting away with supporting the worst of the worst and everybody just looking the other way?

I mean, I hate to just repeat kind of the meme, but really, it's Trump derangement syndrome. Trump was great at moving the needle within the Republican Party on immigration and actually taking it seriously. The side effect of that was the Democrats said, well, we have to be the exact opposite of Trump, which is why the Biden-Harris administration opened the border. Okay, well, now that he's back in office –

It doesn't matter to them. It does. It does not matter who they're picking up. They can pick up the worst person on earth and they're still willing to fight tooth and nail. And we've seen that, you know, even before even before this operation here in Los Angeles.

And this is really the fault of the mainstream media. This is the fault of Democrats in Congress by whipping people up into a frenzy over every little thing whenever there's an immigration enforcement action. And so that's why I'm just concerned that this is going to continue, not just in Los Angeles, but elsewhere whenever there is a big mobilization. Right.

Oh, it will. The National Guard, he sent in the National Guard, and let me just give you the code right from the book. National Guard, President of the United States can send the National Guard into a state without a governor's consent, but only under specific legal conditions, Constitution, federal statutes, and legal precedent, give the president this authority, primarily in cases of insurrection, rebellion, or when federal rights are being denied.

The request, if without a request, Section 252, the president can send in the National Guard to enforce federal law if unlawful obstructions or rebellion make it impossible to enforce federal law in that state by regular means. The president then can send in forces without consent, rebellion or denial of constitutional rights.

If there is an insurrection or domestic violence that hinders the execution of federal laws or results in the denial of civil rights protected under the Constitution. I mean, it is very clear the president can do this. And in any other time in our history, everybody, all Americans would say, yes, thank you. Send in the federal troops to stop this. It's it's clearly an insurrection.

But not the case now. People in California are actually paying for some of this through their tax dollars. Absolutely. And it's evidenced by the fact that they're not waving American flags. They're waving flags of foreign countries. And I think, and this shows how President Trump has improved because in 2020,

He he encouraged the governors in these blue states, mostly blue states, to put out the National Guard. And eventually they did. But that took a little bit of time. That's why I think it shows how the leadership is much more decisive this time around. It's supported by, I would say, by a better cabinet as well, who say, you know what, we're not going to do this again. We're not going to wait for anybody else.

to dither because, I mean, Minneapolis was, I mean, the reason why that got out of control because Tim Walls just did not decisively say, okay, we'll send in the National Guard. And so this...

I just, I just really need people to understand is that this is what the far left in particular Los Angeles, but also other, other areas they've been waiting for this moment. Um, and so I think that it's, it's, it's, it sends a strong, clear message that, Hey, we're not only going to send in federalized national guards, but we're going to send in the Marine Corps. And, you know, Glenn, I was in, I was in the Marines once at one point in life, uh, that, that,

They're ready to go to, um, they, they're, they're ready to go to, to, to take care of business. Um, just because, uh, just like with my vacation, you're ruining their weekend. So they're not, they're not in the best of moods.

They got to get called back because it takes time to get worked up for a deployment of any kind. So, but it's just, it's unfortunate that all of this started because ICE and HSI were taking the people into custody that, like you were listening, right? People that shouldn't be here, number one, but also number two, while they were here doing these horrific crimes against other immigrants primarily, but also U.S. citizens too. So, I mean, yeah,

I think Stephen Miller was, you know, I just saw his video again today when he was at the White House saying, you know, I couldn't pay any member of the media here to

to live next to these people, even if the house was free and you wouldn't have to pay any property taxes. We couldn't pay you enough money because you guys actually all live in these actually nice areas away from them. And that's what really makes me upset is because that is absolutely true. I worked in D.C., the bubble and all that, and that's absolutely true. No one wants to live next to these people, but because of their sensibilities and their misguidedness, they still think, well, other people can because at least we have the money to not do that.

You may get a little excited when you shop at Burlington. Oh, what a low price! Ha ha! Did you see that? They have my favorite! It's like a whole new world! I can buy two! Woo! I'm saving so much!

Burlington saves you up to 60% off other retailers' prices every day. Will it be the low prices or the great brands? Burlington. Deals. Brands. Wow. I told you so. Styles and selections vary by store. Julio, do you have any idea what Gavin Newsom is doing with all this? Because he's spent the last few months trying to convince people he's right down the middle. He's anti-woke. He doesn't want men playing in women's sports and all this.

He seemed to be setting himself up for some move to the middle for a presidential campaign. And then his reaction to this just seems to be, I don't know, some level cheering it on. Yeah, I mean, he's peacocking. I mean, he's saying, oh, Tom Holman, arrest me. We'll just get this over with. Pete Hegseth, what a joke. You know, he's doing his typical posturing. But I think this, again, shows that in a time of crisis, you can either have

a Democrat who's going to sympathize with the violent people that are ravaging American streets, or are you going to go with the other side? And I think, especially because it's not just him, they released that letter, that statement from all the Democratic governors so that, you know, J.B. Pritzker, Josh Shapiro, you know, other people that might want to make a run in 2028, you

This is going to come back to haunt them because, surprise, surprise, most Americans don't agree with just letting rioters rampage through the streets while waving foreign flags.

um so i i guess uh i guess jd vance is gonna have to thank gavin newsom for for uh providing him with more ammunition uh when that when that time comes but yeah i mean it just further proves that there's a reason why california is in the state that it's currently in uh which is not good i you know i used to live out here at one point and i i understand why people love it for a

for its beauty, for what it once was, but it is far from that today. And that is directly because of the policies in times of peace and in times of chaos. Tell me what is expected today. Is this going to continue to go on night after night? Is it going to have respite? What is...

I think so. I mean, it depends to see. I mean, it's kind of crazy that the call to action yesterday was so early in the day because usually these things are kind of reserved towards more of the evening because in the evening they can get away with more stuff. So we're still waiting on word to see what kind of the time is. But no, I think things are to be expected to continue tomorrow.

And it just depends on how many additional resources are put into the Los Angeles area. I know that...

The reporting is 500 Marines with 2,000 National Guardsmen. We didn't really see the National Guard out there, and that's just because under their rules, they are mainly protecting federal locations. And that does free up officers to take care of the rioters locally. But in my opinion, I don't think it's going to really truly end

in terms of the violence, obviously people can protest peacefully, but in terms of the violence, I don't think it's going to end until there is a massive response because Los Angeles is a big city, right? I mean, it, I mean, the county is huge, so you can, sure you can secure the downtown area, but if something happens in Santa Monica or Glendale or, you know, wherever, uh,

that that's going to, you're either going to have to draw those resources and those personnel away and then exposing what they were once securing, or you're going to have to bring in more people so that you have all your bases covered. It is, it's absolutely incredible to watch. And if he does send in the troops, you're going to see Portland and Seattle and Minneapolis and everybody else start to react exactly the same way. I mean, I think this is

Have you seen any of the coalition between the Palestinian, Islamist, communist, socialist kind of activity? Because this all seems to be rolled into one. And I think this is their tactic to get them to 2028, quite honestly. It's just set the whole country on fire.

Yeah, absolutely. I mean, yeah, because this is this is these are always a coalition of far left beliefs when it comes to racism, imperialism, colonialism, white supremacy. I mean, to them, it's all one in the same one in the same. So, yeah, we we saw a few Palestinian flags, saw a few kafias, people wearing, you know, to cover their faces.

And some of the graffiti, you know, makes passion, you know, mentions that issue. And the courts is like, oh, well, I'm glad we didn't forget that because, you know, clearly that hasn't been given enough attention these past two years. But no, I think you're right. And we're seeing in other cities the same kind of far left network promoting protest

I saw one that's supposed to be in Chicago. There's one supposed to be in Tampa. I don't expect Tampa to get out of control because they actually take care of riders head on. But, Glenn, you're right. So basically what I'm hearing is that I'm not going to go back to my vacation well any time soon. No, you're not. Leo, thank you so much. I appreciate it. Let me tell you about our sponsor. It's the Berna Launcher. If you're watching what's going on, and Tampa, by the way, is a huge, huge hot spot for Hamas.

If you're watching this and thinking, well, this could come to my neighborhood, my town, you might want to get the Berna Launcher. The Berna Launcher is something that you're not going to have to spend years in court over because...

You killed somebody defending yourself. This is non-lethal, high-powered device. It fires tear gas and impact rounds. It is designed to stop a threat without taking a life, and it is legal in all 50 states. So no matter where you are, if you can't carry a gun, you can carry this. They ship it right to your house. There's no permits. There's no paperwork. There's nothing.

and their compact launcher is really great for concealed carry. It's great. Burna.com, B-Y-R-N-A.com, Burna.com. Well, I guess we'll give you a minute to let all that sink in. More Glenn Beck coming up. One thing with these L.A. riots that we have seen a lot of is video.

There's a lot of pictures, photographs, video of all these people doing all of these things in L.A., including the violent acts, which are apparently not an insurrection. Just so you know, this is not an insurrection. But we're talking about rocks being hurled from bridges at cars speeding down the road.

I don't know. To me, it looks like attempted murder. That's how serious these charges will be. And I got this sneaky suspicion Donald Trump's not going to just put up with it. This is Glenn Beck.
