just protein and veg. And I've been doing that almost every day. Even though I'm intolerant to it, I feel like the minimal I'm having is enough for me to not react too much. Obviously only drinking water. I don't think I've had anything else bar like my ginger shots or a nootropic shot.

I'm not obviously, so my diet is no sweets, no desserts, no sugar and no alcohol.

I've not touched sweets. I've got sweets in my cup, I've not touched them. So my only snacking thing is grenade bars.
