This is going to be a huge weekend here. If they are going to pull Joe Biden, it's going to come this weekend. I think it is increasingly less likely as we have been watching this develop all week. But there are some breaking news developments right here, right now that show that the internal Democrat power brokers, they are not backing down.

Today I'm wearing my shirt that says find new voters. Looking forward to seeing a lot of you there. Okay, so breaking news right now.

There are 18 Democrat elected officials who have called for Joe Biden to step down, 17 representatives and one senator. And breaking in the last couple of moments, major Democrat donors have told the largest pro-Biden super PAC that they have frozen $90 million in pledged donations. According to the New York Times, quote, a coordinated Democrat rebellion will be underway in the next 48 hours, and that rebellion will be televised.

This is a coordinated Democrat rebellion, and it is well underway. Now, let's take a step back here. What happened yesterday? Yesterday was Joe Biden's big boy press conference. Now, if we're looking at that press conference objectively, there were parts where Joe Biden seemed almost back to form where he was just somebody that was in a like a senior nursing facility. We're grading on such a curve here that it's hard to look at these things objectively. However,

There were sound bites that reminded us that this man is not well, that he should not be president United States, that he should not be anywhere close to the nuclear football. Imagine if you are trying to negotiate a major arms treaty. Imagine if you're trying to negotiate the end of a war, which Joe Biden has started wars all across the world, the Russian Ukrainian war or the Israel Gaza war. Imagine you are trying to negotiate.

have a high stakes negotiation and you're talking to Vladimir Putin or you're talking to Bibi Netanyahu. And instead of saying, Prime Minister Abbas, let me tell you. Oh, I'm sorry. Who am I talking to? The press conference was a sad, pathetic display of what the presidency has become. Was it Joe Biden's worst moment? No. However, there were a couple little moments where we said, oh boy, this is unacceptable.

Play cut 121. And now I want to hand it over to the president of Ukraine who has as much courage as he has determination. Ladies and gentlemen, President Putin. Yeah, President Putin. Meanwhile, Zelensky is standing right next to him. Okay, so that's just like a one-off gaffe. You know, you're nitpicking. Well, then later in the press conference, he was asked a question about Kamala Harris. And little to all of our understanding, Donald Trump is currently the vice president of the United States. What concerns do you have about Vice President Harris's ability to beat Donald Trump if she were at the top of the ticket? Look, I wouldn't have picked Vice President Trump to be vice president, but I think she's not qualified to be president. So let's start there. Number one, the fact is that the consideration is that I think I'm the most qualified person to run for president. I beat him once and I will beat him again.

Look, everybody misspeaks. I misspeak. I talked for three hours, you know, a day. So that's why the Putin one, okay, he kind of backtracked on it. This one, he didn't even realize he said something wrong. And this is a pattern. This is a pattern of mental decline. By the way, I passed my dementia test for the record. I drew this beautiful cube, which looks like Joe Biden's brain because it's like collapsing within itself, but it's still a cube. Joe Biden can't pass a dementia test.

And this is a pattern that we've watched for years. Now, there is a Democrat coup that is going to accelerate the next 48 hours if they are going to be successful, if they are going to take out the king, if they are going to be able to replace this crime family from running the White House. It's going to have to happen.

imminently. The clock is ticking. We are about to find out how powerful Nancy Pelosi and Barack Obama actually are. Remember, next week is the RNC. Next week, the media turns all of their attention to Donald Trump and Donald Trump is a brilliant, brilliant, brilliant. He hasn't announced his vice presidential selection yet, and he probably won't do it till the convention.

If you want to run up against Joe Biden, which all public polling suggests, his approval rating, people think he's too old, he is a candidate that we believe is beatable, then the RNC will serve as a bailout for Joe Biden. July 21st is the date. Joe Biden believes, and his team is right, on July 21st, the DNC will be meeting early for a virtual roll call.

They will be meeting with a virtual roll call to officially make Joe Biden the nominee. As soon as that happens, there is there no more coups. There are no more attempts to take him out. It's over. The cake is baked. And so Joe Biden is trying to stretch out the clock. Oh, big boy press conference. We have NATO. We have Lester Holt at some at the Civil Rights Museum.

You got the RNC convention. Joe Biden is trying to run out the clock and smart Democrats are pressing panic. Not to mention you have the Olympics coming up. Now, if Joe Biden was really smart, he would go to the opening ceremonies at the Olympics and he might mark my words. He might that Joe Biden might just go to the opening ceremonies.

Oh, sorry, I can't deal with this right now. I'm trying to keep NATO together and I'm at the opening ceremonies in Paris. I'm a different time zone. Just kind of keep punting it and keep punting it. But the breaking news this morning, which is significant, is that major Democrat donors are freezing $90 million in pledged donations. $90 million in pledged donations. Saying that they will not spend their pledged money if Joe Biden remains the nominee.

But based on what I saw at that press conference and what you saw and based on all reporting, Joe Biden doesn't care. And this is the fascinating window that we are all getting caught up to speed here. And be honest, I was not totally educated on this as much as I probably should have is the bitterness and the resentment that Joe Biden still has towards Barack Obama and what he calls the elites of his party.

You think that once they install you as president, you let bygones be bygones. Joe Biden believes that he's more talented than he's ever been given credit for, that Joe Biden is better connected, he's a better president than people realize. And if you go backwards into polling back in 2020,

Joe Biden was leading Donald Trump by nine points at this time in Pennsylvania, by nine points. Biden thinks that he succeeded where everyone else failed. Obama and Hillary didn't beat Trump. He did. He was dismissed by everyone in 2020 and still got the nomination. Everyone said the red wave would happen. He said, nope, no, it didn't. And so Joe Biden is digging in and saying, go ahead. Eye of the delegates. You don't. Play cut 145, please. Newt Gingrich on Fox News. Play cut 145.

If Biden doesn't want to leave, I don't see any mechanism to make him leave. He got over 14 million votes.

Nobody else got any significant number. All these people out there now. So so we're supposed to be told that 14 million Democrats around the country don't matter because the senator from Vermont would like Biden to step down. Well, talk about not being part of democracy. You know, the Democrats have spent three years talking about how much they love democracy, except when it's inconvenient. I don't think that they're going to be successful.

So I think Joe Biden stays. Now, again, this could be going back and forth, back and forth and back and forth. But I think Joe Biden holds on. And if Joe Biden holds on, then we must be prepared and ready for a one-two combo.

The media is going to forget all of their criticism and they're going to realign support behind Biden. And then Joe Biden is likely going to shake up and change his campaign apparatus. So let's first go to somebody that I've been watching for years. He's easy to mock. He's easy to make fun of. Kind of sounds funny when he talks. I've met him before. He was OK. It's fine. I think he's wicked smart.

And he used to be center to center left. In fact, he used to sub in for Rush Limbaugh, believe it or not. I'm talking about, of course, Chris Matthews. Chris Matthews is a contrarian, and he rarely misses.

When Chris Matthews is on MSNBC, I drop whatever I'm doing and I'm going to listen very carefully because he's not a woke type Democrat. He's very similar to James Carville. When James Carville or Chris Matthews speaks out, I listen carefully because they're not part of this whole race politics. They're older. They've seen a lot. They were part of the whole kind of Clinton coalition. They're not in the wing of the AOCs or the Rashida Tlaibs.

And Chris Matthews calls something on MSNBC that I think we need to listen to very carefully and closely. First of all, Chris Matthews, I believe, accurately diagnoses Joe Biden is not going anywhere. And secondly, Chris Matthews, with his nearly 40 to 50 years of experience in media, he sees this clearly. And I happen to agree. He's basically forecasting, look,

The media is going to then now come together and say, okay, how can we save Joe Biden? America loves a comeback story. The comeback kid, we damaged him, and now we are building him back up into a populist fighter against the elites.

Chris Matthews sees this and he's the only one saying it on TV. And I'm here to warn you and caution you that the race might look like it is a huge delta, that it's a huge, oh my goodness, we're going to win. No, this race is going to be much closer than people realize. The data is suggesting that it's going to be closer than you realize. And the media is, this is not going to last. This honeymoon period of the Democrat and media shooting match,

As soon as he is the nominee, and especially after they see the RNC convention, you're going to see a whole different tone and tenor out of CNN, MSNBC, New York Times. And do not underestimate the power of propaganda. Now, somebody emailed us, are people really that dumb? 85% of exit poll voters in 2020 in Georgia said that you should have to be forced to wear a mask outside.

Yes, people are that persuadable. Yes, people are that malleable. Do not underestimate the brute force of the propaganda networks. When Chris Matthews talks, I listen. Play cut 142.

He is absolutely right about the elite. He puts up with it, with the elite. But right now he's got the poor people. He's got minorities. He's got Hispanics. He's going to put out labor. He's going to hold that base of the Democratic Party, which he will need in November. And I'm telling you, people are going to end up rooting for him in October because he will have a comeback. And in this elite fashioned attack on him.

They're going to pay for it. But in the end, they're going to end up voting for him. So I think Biden will be the little guy. He'll be the Democrat in this race, the true Democrat. And he's going to get people to turn for him in October. It's going to be stunning. He is not quitting. He is not built to quit. I think Chris Matthews is on to something. Right now, there's a lot of separation between Trump and Biden in polling. However, there is an outlier poll this morning, a poll that shows Joe Biden up to it is still too. It's too close.

For comfort. That's right there. Joe Biden up two in the latest poll today. That does not surprise me at all. Joe Biden is relentlessly pounding the airwaves with his advertising dollars. Now, I might be stubborn and contrarian, but I think Chris Matthews is on to something. I think the media is going to salivate

Post DNC with Joe Biden being the nominee about the comeback kid narrative. And we better be prepared. We better have our forces fortified. And we have to take this opportunity to find new voters, to find new potential Trump supporters. They are going to do the comeback narrative and it will be nauseating. Be ready for it. Don't be shocked and surprised if all of a sudden.

They show that Joe Biden tied Joe Biden up. It's coming. Get ready. Do the work. All right. Chris Matthews is telling you exactly what has happened because he's involved in the resurrection of Joe Biden. And Joe Biden is not going anywhere. And it is going to happen quickly. Let me say this as clearly as I can. This Democrat coup is likely to fail. Why? Because of the stubbornness and the strong headedness of Joe Biden. He's not going anywhere unless they literally take him out.

unless he is no longer alive. He will go in a wheelchair as a vegetable all the way to November. He's not moving. He thinks he's the best president ever. He thinks that everyone has always looked down upon him. Everyone has scorned him and that he believes that I can run a different type of campaign and we better watch out for that. So let me just reiterate the media is

will immediately pivot and they will shift from going against Joe Biden to then raising him up and saying Joe Biden was at his lowest moment after that debate and Joe Biden is looking stronger than ever and he has the momentum and they're going to call it Joe-mentum. They're going to say that he's the comeback kid. Mark my words. And we better be ready for that and or we have to go right now for the political win.

And that's why the RNC, I think, is perfectly timed. You know, some people I was debating with on text last night, they said, oh, I wish the RNC was another week. I want to see more of this Democrat infighting. So wait a second. I said, there's a Marist poll that shows Joe Biden up too. Yes, Trump is leading in the battleground states, but Joe Biden is within margin of error. Why are you celebrating? The amount of pride and cockiness, not by the Trump campaign. The Trump campaign is being excellently run. Susie, Chris Lasavita, James Blair, they are really disciplined people. Some of these

Hang around consultant types. Oh, Trump is going to win no matter what. I said, what are you talking about? I talked to a major donor today. Oh, Charlie, I don't know if I want to give the ballot chasing. Trump's got this in the bag. What solar system are you living in? Will you think that Joe Biden is going to just be easy to beat? Should it be easy to beat? Yes. He has a multibillion dollar apparatus that can chase ballots and they are going to try to resurrect Joe Biden, use the negative into a positive.

And they're going to call him the comeback kid. Let me read some of this. While there is widespread consensus among media and Democrat elites, then even in the Trump campaign, that Biden is largely cooked mentally. The data is actually more mixed. The NPR Marist poll came out. Their last one was June 18th, about a week before, showed that Biden and Trump were tied 49-49. They did another poll and it shows Biden up two points on Trump. Again, that could be an outlier. But if it really was that moving after debate, it should be 10 points.

Nope. An Ipsos poll released this week shows Trump and Biden tied in a two-way race.

Trump just up one in a multi-way race. A morning consult poll from shortly after the debate had Trump up just up two points. Now, we've been talking about this a lot on our show. What will the post-debate Biden look like? What will their narrative be that they dream up? How will they try to get the lead back over Trump and win re-election? How are they going to build Joe Biden, the comeback kid, and actually maybe the comeback coot?

Might make more sense. And we think we know the answer. They're going to go all in. This is very important on extreme populism. They're going to make Joe Biden into a sort of left wing Donald Trump. You can already see this with Biden calling in to mourning Joe. He's trashing the elites in the donor class and in the press.

There's a lot of room for Biden to embrace a more radical populist platform. He's already talking about imposing rent controls nationwide. His administration has proposed an unprecedented tax on unrealized capital gains for the wealthy. He's already campaigning on student loan forgiveness. He could expand that promise and make even wilder pledges to override the Supreme Court.

It's basically Joe Biden as a bigger, more dangerous John Fetterman. He can go on stage and say stuff like, I don't always talk good, but I fight good. And this could work. Underestimate the Democrat machine at your own expense.

The elders of my party are against me. Now, I want to play the entire Chris Matthews tape. And this is important because we only played a taste of it.

Chris Matthews first, I think, correctly diagnoses Joe Biden's psyche here that Joe Biden is not going anywhere. And if Joe Biden starts to run against his own party and the elites, the Democrat Party and against the media, does that make Joe Biden more likable? So you have two insurgent candidates. Will Joe Biden's loss in the debate?

And the catastrophic implosion turned Joe Biden into a knockoff version of Bernie Sanders? Maybe. Now, we have to acknowledge the obvious. He's fighting against Father Time. And Father Time is undefeated, with one exception, Jesus Christ. Father Time is undefeated. And so the more Joe Biden tries to lean in for this populist, nationalist, Democrat Bernie Sanders nonsense, can he even say those lines? Can he look at

the cameras and deliver the message? Probably not. But if Joe Biden frames it as my own party hates me, but I'm there for you, that's what they're going to do. And the media is going to slobber it because they hate Donald Trump that much. I'm Scranton Joe, the man of the people. Even the former president doesn't want me. Nancy Pelosi doesn't want me. But I'm fighting for you. I'm telling you that is what is coming next.

They are going to throw this right into the strike zone and we better be prepared for it. How do I know this? Well, because I've been around for 12 years. I see it very clearly. Joe Biden is not going anywhere after yesterday. I've seen enough. I'm calling the shot that one New York Times reported. His great credit said a week ago said, Charlie, you know nothing about Joe Biden. I know him well. He is the most stubborn person. He is not going anywhere. Doesn't matter if they freeze $90 million or Arabella says we're done with a billion.

And that actually might force his hand to be even more dangerous politically. Just so we are clear, the less that Joe Biden has to pander to Democrat donors, he might actually end up being more dangerous. However, our great advantage is he's not mentally capable of even operating for a couple hours a day. So that's a good advantage for us. But be careful celebrating super early because Joe Biden corporate is him being very careful, very scripted.

He could just end up signing executive orders. I'm forgiving all student loans. Screw the Supreme Court. Amnesty for everybody. Everybody can vote. So the more that we see that he is no longer connected to the Democrat donor class, in some ways, it might make us having two insurgent candidates on the ballot, which interestingly...

Might open us up to win back more baby boomer voters and suburban voters. Here is Chris Matthews. Again, the whole clip. He says it perfectly. Who is Joe Biden going to listen to? Jill Biden or George Clooney? Perfectly said. Beautifully put.

And then he goes deeper and deeper and deeper into this when he says, look, Joe Biden is going to run against the elites. He's going to run against the people that the American the Americans hate. And just so we are clear, prior to this debate, Joe Biden was doing 40 million dollar fundraisers with Clooney and Katzenberg and all these celebrities. They want nothing to do with them anymore.

And since Joe Biden loves power so much and he has no core beliefs, Joe Biden is now going to LARP, live action role play, as the actual populist insurgent. I'm telling you, and the media is going to love this. Play cut 149 for the entire thing. Thank you. He is a politician who's been good at it. He's been reelected every time since then and dealt with pretty healthy majorities.

In life, he lost his wife and he lost his daughter and he found Jill. Now, who's he going to listen to, Jill or George Clooney? I'm telling you, it's personal. He's had the elite and it's so true about the elite. He is absolutely right about the elite. Look at President Obama. He served for eight years loyally. And yet Obama backed Hillary Clinton.

for president and didn't back him. I hear he never even invited him upstairs. He had a good reason to be resentful, but he isn't. He puts up with it with the elite. But right now he's got the poor people. He's got minorities. He's got Hispanics. He's going to put out labor. He's going to hold that base of the Democratic Party, which he will need in November. And I'm telling you, people are going to end up rooting for him in October because he will have a comeback. And in this elite situation,

fashion attack on him. They're going to pay for it. But in the end, they're going to end up voting for him. So I think Biden will be the little guy. He'll be the Democrat in this race, the true Democrat. And he's going to get people to turn for him in October. It's going to be stunning. He is not quitting. He is not built to quit. They are broadcasting their next move and we must cut it off at the pass.

What a great opportunity next week at the RNC to show him that he is a fake poser populist, that he is owned by the oligarchy, that he is an oligarch himself. They are showing us this rare window and Joe Biden's going to seize it right now. I guarantee you the smart people in the Democrat Party that haven't completely written him off. They're saying you need to now go run a Bernie Sanders style campaign because guess what?

You don't need the big donors because they don't want you. You got to go raise money from the grassroots. Go sign a bunch of wacky stuff. Say you're going to pack the Supreme Court. Say you're going to ban fossil fuels. Expand the Democrat base. Go say you're going to do universal reparations. The most extreme stuff imaginable.

He's not leaving unless he dies. That is what Chris Matthews just said. And he knows him better a lot. He knows him much more intimately than Nancy Pelosi. In fact, Biden hates Nancy Pelosi. Biden hates Obama. And if we think, oh, you know, people aren't going to buy this. People have short memories. Are we talking about Donald Trump's convictions? That was the biggest story. That was a month ago, a month ago. We're not talking about that anymore.

Donald Trump was in a trial six weeks ago. It seems like a distant memory. That feels years ago. People are able to refresh their operating system very quickly in the modern social media era, and the media will seize on it. Post-RNC, going into the August convention, they're going to rebuild Joe Biden, say that, oh, he just had a cold. He was fine. Don't believe your lying eyes. And this guy is now declaring war on the Democrat elite. He's declaring war on the Republican elite because he is for the people. That's their next move because it's their only move.

And there will be a move against all those who called for Biden to step aside. The movement will coalesce against them and Biden will make light of it. I guarantee you, because his speechwriters are pretty good at times. He'll say, even my own party doesn't want me, but you guys don't like him anyway, because I'm for you. OK, I got to just respond to this. Somebody says, Charlie, what you're saying is a brilliant game plan for Joe. I fear giving them their game plan. No, they already have the game plan. OK, they don't watch the Charlie Kirk show for advice. I'm telling you that we are prepared so that we can preempt it.

This is happening. It's an inevitability. Why? Because I fight Democrats every single day. I fight leftists and Marxists. I go to college campuses. I study this stuff for 16 hours a day, and they are going to force this hand. Now, the question is, can they do that against father time? That is the open question. I see the entire field here, and I don't want us to all of a sudden be taken by surprise if by Labor Day this race has completely reset and it's neck and neck. You see, Joe Biden was held captive by the donor class.

And that is why we shouldn't be too excited when the donor class doesn't want anything to do with Joe Biden, because the donor class is actually what makes Joe Biden so untenable and so unlikable for so many of these coalitions where Donald Trump is making inroads. Donald Trump is the insurgent candidate. Donald Trump is the candidate who's fighting the powerful. Joe Biden is now saying, well, why can't I be that candidate as well?

And interestingly, you might see a little bit of a realignment back to how things used to be where Donald Trump says, OK, Joe Biden, you want to go declare war on the donor class and call the media fake? I kind of do that. And Donald Trump might be able to sneak in and win back some of those suburban voters and be able to sneak in and win back some more of those voters that don't want an unhinged lunatic with dementia screaming into the sky, confusing President Putin, President Zelensky, and that Donald Trump is the vice president.

When Democrats run as fake populists, it can be difficult. Look at Fetterman in Ohio, Sherrod Brown in Ohio. He's up against Bernie Moreno right now. When Democrats run a fake populist campaign with lots of money, with Joe Biden still has a ton of money and the backing of the media, that is a difficult thing for us to navigate. Thankfully, though.

We have Donald Trump and Donald Trump has won over Bernie Sanders supporters and Joe Biden had already had. Here's the great news, though, is that even if he fakes as a populist and fakes as a Democrat man of the people, he has been an anti-American globalist president, a traitor to this country.

The border alone should end the Biden candidacy, regardless of what Biden says. Oh, I took executive action because there wasn't nonsense. You allowed 10 million foreigners into this country. They're committing crimes. They're raping our women. They're murdering our girls. Say their names, Joe Biden.

The sooner we play offense on this and not act as if this race is over, the amount of people that are already measuring the curtains in the Oval Office getting ready to move in is nauseating. I got no time for you. And I know some of you say, I've got some of these people emailing us, oh, you know, it's going to be a landslide. No, no, no. Stop it. If it is, it'll be thanks to the glory of God. It should be a landslide, but we don't say that word.

We need to remind the country and educate the country before Biden does this pivot that Biden is no nationalist. He is no populist. He is a man of the oligarchy posing and live action role playing. And he is doing a theater skit. This is a theater skit because he wants to hold on to power more than anything else.

Joe Biden is not going to leave voluntarily. It doesn't matter how many donors withhold money. And Joe Biden is so stubborn. He is so strong headed. He is so convinced that he's a great president, that the more donors and the more powerful people that go against him, he's going to try to use that to his advantage. Get ready for that talking point to be expanded. Get ready for that narrative to be isolated. And not to mention all of the voter fraud operation that they have in all the key states.

They have it in Pennsylvania and Michigan and Wisconsin. This race is far from over. In fact, I believe this race is just beginning. And we now have an opportunity to make Joe Biden permanently in the underdog position by burying him with the truth. But only if you now know the next move of your enemy. And the next move of the enemy is that he is going to pivot and say, everyone's against me. All the powerful people, they don't like me.

And honestly, that is the tone of the country. That's why Donald Trump is so popular. That's why Donald Trump is ascendant. And Joe Biden is going to lean into that in a fake, pathetic, synthetic, artificial way. But we shouldn't be surprised by it. And the best way to not be surprised is to preempt the move of the enemy. Get ahead of it. Condition the audience. Get people operationally aware of what is going to happen. And then find new voters, as my shirt says.

You go to a restaurant, you talk to somebody, you get your wife registered, making sure she's voting for Trump, get your husband, vice versa, cousin, niece, nephew, brother, sister, own your circle.
